10/10 would go back…read more I really enjoyed my experience at this spa. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were clean, relaxing, and enjoyable. Here's how to make the most of your visit with a Day Pass: Pack a tote bag with swim suit, dry clothing, fresh undergarments Mock Up Itinerary: Arrive by 12-1 pm, Leave by 6-6:30 pm Dry Services: 12:15-1 pm I recommend starting off at the Salt Cave for 30-40 minutes, then going into the Mind-Sync area where they have meditation and relaxation. Wet Services: 1:10-1:50 pm saunas first, then rinse off Sauna Tip: I always start with dry then go to wet spending 15 minutes in each one. 1:55-2:15 pm *Depending on what slot is available upon checking in, you can book 15 min Hot Mineral Water bath which was my favorite. Be ready in the waiting area 5-10 MIN before your appointment because they will not go around looking for you!! 2:30-3:30 pm Hit the pool. They also have mineral water pools outdoors no appointment needed. 3:30 Shower 3:45 Snack/Gym. I didn't do it but you might as well. 4:00 Go BACK to Mind Sync and try something new Additional Comments: Price: $160 pp (holiday upcharge) / I do not know the regular price but I believe it's $130 on weekdays Spa: women's spa area was a bit busy with groups of ladies. The hair products were running low, lotion as well. Showers around 6:30 pm were in busy rotation and some ladies had to wait for a shower. Visitors/People: Some visitors do come in groups and might not follow spa etiquette in terms of using their quiet voices but that's outside of the actual spas control and is a result of visiting on a holiday like I did. Check out: Can get a bit crammed up during the holiday weekend (I visited memorial weekend) so be mindful there are 3-4 people behind the counter and if you try to leave 10 minutes before they close you may be stuck waiting 10-15 minutes. I suggest planning to leave and checkout by 6:15 pm Meditation Area: The blankets in the mind sync area are very soft however they are reused so once you're done the staff will fold it and place it back onto the chair. They have headphones and they offer headphones covers for sanitary purposes, which is great. Food: They have a cafe and a food service window by the pool area. I did not have the chance to try the food on site. You can also probably bring your own bev/snacks. They have oranges and nuts on site from what I remember.

We easily spent most of the day here enjoying all of the amenities they have to offer. The day pass is not cheap - $165 per person but you do get to enjoy quite a bit of options. The star of the show for me was the grounding room where I was transported nearly out of body while laying on a vibrating chair with a warm electric blanket and headphones. The mineral bath was nice but a little hot for my taste and the the salt cave didn't quite feel salty enough for my taste but overall an incredible experience. The staff works very hard to accommodate every request and the aromatherapy towels helped me endure the sauna and steam rooms.

We were greeted by Esmerelda and Justin. My boyfriend wanted a deep tissue massage and I opted for a more soothing Swedish massage. The massage started off with Lavender essential oils to breathe in, in order to calm and relax us while they both started. The incredible massage finished with the use of peppermint essential oil on our scalp that was amazing. We both ended up falling asleep during our service because we were so relaxed. Ive had plenty of massages in my life and this was by far one of the best I've ever had. We have another trip we will be booking soon and we will DEFINITELY add a massage with Justin and Esmerelda to our itinerary. Highly recommend. 5 stars!!

Esther and Justin were incredibly professional and listened to our massage needs. They were accommodating with setting up in our hotel room. Esther periodically checked in with me throughout my session, and my boyfriend said Justin was "The Business!" We are still talking about how amazing Esther and Justin were. We are planning on booking their services the next time we are in the Palm Desert area. Do yourself a favor, invest in your wellness and book with them. You will not regret the experience!

I had a red carpet facial in a GORGEOUS treatment room, that had a beautiful gas fireplace. The facial itself had a nice peel and my facialist was very good. There is an adult pool in the courtyard while I was getting my facial. Even though there was a sign that sign it was spa guests, there was a mini-fiesta while I was getting my treatment. I mean like these people were rowdy ... the booze was flowing, the conversation was loud and there was a distinctive smell of ... umm, skunk. Although the treatment was nice and so were the facilities, this was a bit of distraction from my relaxation. The spa is quite small, and there is a steam shower which steams up the entire small changing area. In the spirit of full disclosure, although I did enjoy my treatment and the very accommodating staff, I don't like a tip included in the service (20%). Typically I tip at least that much, but it doesn't feel like a tip when the receptionist states "Is adding 20% ok?".

I treated myself to a massage and facial for my birthday it was the perfect way to celebrate!…read more Miguel was an incredible massage therapist super professional, knowledgeable, attentive from start to finish. He focused exactly where I needed it most: my neck, shoulders and lower back which have been giving me trouble because of my pHe explained that I probably would have benefited more from the therapeutic massage instead of the Swedish massage I booked. I was worried a therapeutic massage might be too intense, but he reassured me and used just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling relaxed and with so much less tension. He was very respectful, draped everything professionally, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The room was a little warm, but he did everything he could to make it as comfortable as possible. My facial with Andrea was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, professional she truly has magical hands. The facial massage was one of my favorite parts of the facial. My face felt tightened and toned afterwards. Image Skincare products smelled incredible. My skin looked so radiant, hydrated and glowing afterwards. It was exactly what I needed. If you're a local, I highly recommend supporting this wonderful small business you won't be disappointed. If you're staying at the hotel definitely treat yourself to a service while you're there. They work by appointment only so I recommend booking in advance, as Andrea the esthetician is on call. The spa itself is a little dated but honestly that didn't affect my experience one bit. The quality of the treatments and the professionalism the genuine care I received were what truly stood out. I highly recommend them. Thank you Andrea & Miguel for my wonderful spa experience.

Didn't think much of it till my skin started to burn Later that day. I kept out of the sun, and never have had a problem prior. The next day my skin was red and raw on my cheeks. One day after that, it looks like a bunch of little cuts. I'm not one to complain. But the lady at the front desk on Sunday morning told me it was something I needed to take care of, and I should see a dermatologist. I asked if any sort of compensation or certificate, and she said she couldn't. Highly disappointed to be leaving to go home with my skin like this.
