After telling her I already confirmed for Friday, she gets an attitude and keeps saying they don't allow drop offs Thursday or Friday. I tell her my rental car isn't ready until the originally scheduled day. She proceeds to tell me to call them and figure it out. My husband who originally scheduled called and she had an instant attitude telling him "I know I get that". I cancelled the repair. Why am I going to pay you thousands for you to have an attitude and be unorganized?

My experience was some what neutral. The body work was done great but then I confronted the owner…read morethat put decals on it got weird. My bodywork was on my hood and ps rear fender , however the body shop guys took off my sticker on the ds and ps, well when they did that on the ds they dug into the paint to the primer, about a dime size chip. Not I gave The benefit of the doubt that they would fix that well when I got the call to come pick up my vehicle come to find out the owner actually had put the new decal over that dime size chipped of paint And when he put another decal below it, it was very crooked about a quarter of an inch to 3/8 of an inch difference so it's very crooked. If I have the pictures to post on here, I would show you I confronted the owner about it and it got a little weird and gave some reasoning for it and basically said that if it bothers me that we can work something out with a discount on Another repair. I still had to pay full price for this repair. The owner is super super super nice really cool awesome and I didn't feel like getting confrontational because I'm a non-confrontational person but I just thought that it would've been noted for me to come back at another time so they could do the repair right seeing as they didn't even have to work on that side anyway, and it was their mistake.

Trust is essential when you take your car to a body shop. It's your baby! Entrusting My 5 babies to a body shop or mechanical repair shop was hard u til I found the right ones. Caliber Collision is my choice for body work. The reasons are simple. 1. It's convenient as it is near home. 2. When I walk in I'm treated like family. 3. I know the job will be done right. 4. I know I getting a fair price. 5. I get to see Chelsea, the best receptionist ever. Adorable and super friendly, she radiates kindness and competence. She even wrote to my insurance company and got me a $800 refund on my deductible!! Now this isn't chump change!! 6. All of the staff are competent, nice and helpful. 7. The reception room even has coffee and popcorn.

This time I backed into a pole at a grocery store and it put a sizable gouge in the back bumper. I got my car back from the shop a few weeks later and it looks brand new.. which the bumper actually is! A nice bonus is getting greeted by the adorable sweet efficient lady at the front desk. Now a few months down the road and the paint is peeling, not to mention price was almost tripled upon original estimate. Would not recommend unless you like being screwed over!!!!
