    I had an amazing experience with Jacob Martin and David at Galleria BMW. This was the easiest car purchase I've ever had and I will be buying all my cars here even though I'm on the opposite coast. Jake answered all my questions quickly and went above and beyond with sending me photos and videos since I'm out of state. He is extremely polite and helpful and made this such a nice process for me. Unfortunately I had my vehicle shipped to me by a freight carrier (not associated with Galleria) and they totaled it before I ever got to drive it, but I plan on buying the same BMW from Jake when I get my insurance check and Galleria BMW gets a similar car in. Overall I can't say enough good things about the entire process here and I will be a lifelong buyer just because of how easy it was without any pressure at all. Thank you!

    First, let me say they have the best prices. I did my homework for about 3 months before I pulled the trigger to buy and they had the best prices by far. The store is exceptionally clean and the staff is aware and friendly. We met a young lady name Katie who introduced me to the carbon black X3 with the cognac interior. I was undecided because I didn't want a black car, but that color was definitely luxury. Its not actually black, it has that blue when the sun hits it or even when you walk around it a certain way, but I was still undecided. She was patient with me and she answered all my questions. I probably got on her nerves being indecisive and sending enail after email, but she was cool about it. Katie is bubbly and refreshing!! For a moment she seemed a little frustrated, but she hid it pretty well. The finance part was a breeze and Michelle made it comfortable. There was no pressure or any over sales tactics ehich I appreciated. When I went to pick up my vehicle it was a whole THING! Everyone saying Congratulations and they definitely spoil you with a sign with your name, a bag of gifts, your car covered with a bow. The restroom was very clean and I went several times over 3 days. I don't live close but I will be taking that srive to get my maintenance

    On May 27, 2024 my husband and I traded in our vehicle to purchase a used 2023 Kia Niro EV from Galleria BMW located in Diberville, MS. We live in Texas and paid $1800 to have the car shipped to us. We financed the vehicle through a Credit Union. The sales associate, Avery Cooper, and Finance Manager, Cody Bowman committed to securely transporting the vehicle to us and facilitated the Tag, Title, and Registration application. My husband and I had repeatedly requested that the license plate be transferred directly from the old car to the new car as the plates held a sentimental value, and it would expedite the process. Once the Kia Niro was delivered to TX on June 4, 2024, we received temporary plates as Texas law only allows 7 calendar days for out of state temporary plates. We made them aware on June 10, 2024 that we had not yet received the tag and they informed us that had not even submitted the application yet. I made sure that they had all the necessary paperwork and reminded them that I wished to have the same license plates. We were then without plates for 2 months due to the error by a Galleria BMW. It was difficult being able to get my family to daily events and get to work trying to avoid incurring fines/tickets. While my husband also works, we were not able to share his vehicle. Each day provided stress essentially driving without license and registration to meet my family's needs. Unfortunately, the Kia was registered with new plates without our knowledge, or any follow-up from Galleria BMW. On July 25, 2024, we then received the title in the mail with 'No Lien Holder' listed on the title while the dealership knew we had financed the vehicle through a Credit Union as they had received the check. We immediately notified Galleria BMW of their additional error and were asked to FedEx the title directly to them. A week later we received a notice from the Credit Union that they had not received the title, and it was under investigation. We had to explain the situation and as of today, August 21, 2024, they have yet to receive the title. On August 13, 2024, I had requested a refund for the Tag, Title, and Registration portion that we paid ($353.25) due to the error on Galleria BMW's part and for the hardship this has caused our family. We finally received a response from Dealership Manager, Leslie Williams, that she was not willing to pay for these fees. The following days I made 3 attempts to call her to discuss over the phone and to speak with her leaders, Bo Mandal (President) and John Valletta (Vice President). The final conversation that we had Leslie became irate and disconnected our call mid conversation. I feel that the dealership is now unwilling to make the situation right on their part by refunding the $353.25 that was paid for tag, title, and registration. Update: It took submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office of MS for the dealership to FINALLY do the right thing and agree to the refund. Please be warned before giving them your hard earned money.

I had an…read moreappointment and spoke to someone about getting an interior and exterior car detailing with my main concern being dog hair. I was told to drop off my car from 0800 to 0900. I was there at 0830. Their hours posted on their door said they open at 0900. I waited till close to 0930 before someone showed up. Spoke to a different rep who did not schedule my appointment. I believe it was the owner, who said the opposite of what I was told, he told me that if I wanted all the dog hair removed I would have to leave it overnight. That was not the original plan. I was told they could do it and it would not take all day, that the estimate would be starting at 280. Since I could not leave it overnight, we agreed on however much dog hair he could remove today and the car would be ready at 5pm. I swear all they did was vacuum and hose my car down. When I went to pick it up 30 minutes prior to closing. 430 pm. It was not washed on the exterior. I looked over the work they did. There was a new dirty water drip on my passenger seat, no leather was cleaned, the inside windows were not cleaned properly I could still see smudging in the corners, there was dog hair still in the side doors. No carpet shampooing was done, still had a the same two stains on my floor mats which one was fabulousa and the other was carpet cleaner that leaked when I was transporting them, no leather cleaning or conditioning. There was dog hair on the dashboard. I was so upset that for 8.5 hours my car looked like how I dropped it off, dirt still in the door frames, trunk area. I looked like they just vacuum it. When I put the seat down a cloud of dog hair filled the air. There was dirt in the seat rails. The seats were not removed which I would expect in a car detailing especially at a location called Supreme Luxury Auto Detailing and there was goo stuck to my carpet. The owner told me that I could bring it back another day to have the hair removed for 40 dollars an hour. He proceeded to tell me the process of how they use special tools to do it. Boosting about the high powered vacuum. After trying to sell me on a ceramic coat for 4,000 that would last all year but come off over time with automatic washes. He then told me that they can remove all the dog hair and the special tools that they would use would be a tweezer. I took it the next day to classy chassis and in less than half the time they took to vacuum my car. Classy chassis removed all the dog hair, cleaned and treated the leather, shampooed the upholstery and mats, waxed my car. It looks new. It is shiny and reset. I feel like because I was a girl that supreme luxury auto detailing took advantage of me. I know how dog hair is removed they have several tools they can use. Analan Mini Pet Hair Remover for Car Detailing. A lily brush, a brush on a power tool, vortex cleaning gun. My car was empty and pre vacuum by myself and I used a squeegee like brush to get the majority of dog hair out prior to taking to this place. I gave up on it and trusted them. My dog passed and it would have been nice if I would have found out sooner about classy chassis. Trust me don't go here. Classy chassis does walk ins. They do a better job and you get more done in less time. Supreme luxury auto detailing did not even do a decent job there was no need for a paper floor mat to get into my vehicle. One was not even provided. I have had auto detailing in the past if I wanted to have it vacuum I would have done this at a gas station. Update- I spoke to Caleb (whom scheduled my appointment) and he validated that I was correctly accurate that the condition of the car after a detailing was a disservice. He apologized and refunded my money. I appreciate that he took the time to call and apologize. Great customer service.

I clearly told the attendant she [my daughter] didn't have a subscription. The attendant walked away to speak with someone regarding a tag number. My daughter only wanted to purchase a single, inexpensive car wash. The matter became more interesting with the next female attendant. This attendant (located at the bay area) was not having the best morning. Her countenance said it all. She began to give bad instructions on how to line the vehicle up properly onto the conveyor. This female attendant was having trouble being verbal. Once she was forced to become vocal, she wanted me to respond to her rude, aggressive behavior with submissivness. The instructions she was giving were lacking in competence, experience, hospitality, cognizance, and coherence. The customer service was poor. The situation for the service became sour. I wanted to leave. My daughter took over and drove. This was a bad move as the youth [car wash attendants] weaponized the police. She didn't fear for her life. The situation was typical. She acted a Karen because I matched her energy. This lady almost caused several thousands in vehicle damage. I was banned from the premises and if the owner looks into this situation the owner will find that the wrong person is in the wrong position. Both of those females need to be enrolled in college with perfect attendance on the dean's list (and not dealing with the public: a pink collar job perhaps). This attendant caused unnecessary actions and is definitely the wrong person for this job. I don't recommend a flex car wash for many reasons unrelated to this incident. If you have a chance do a Bing search or Google search for "non-conveyor touchless carwashes near me" then do that first. I was left wondering where the brains were to the beauties.

Leather and panels wiped and cleaned, however spotty in some areas: especially corners and base of windshield. Cup holders and internal windshield weren't even touched. Time originally estimated as about 4 hours, but I got in early and not too much mess to tackle in my car. Total time was about 1 hour. Also received a complimentary quick external wash. Not bad overall, if you're looking for a quick and shiny cleaning.

They took about 3 1/2 hours to completely detail the interior and exterior. They did a good job on the interior with removing all the dog hair and wiping everything down. A few spots were missed. The exterior was clean and sprayed with wax protecting coat. I'm not a fan of that because your able to see the excess residue. For my car the cleaning took about 2 hours. I dropped my car off close to closing time. Not sure if the crew is tired or different people. I had spots and my interior wasn't as well cleaned as i would of hoped for. Overall I would recommend Mr. Klean to those who need their car detailed. The shop has a seating area if you want to wait. And your able to see everything they do as well. You're not speeding an arm and a leg for your car to be cleaned. Fair prices for good work.
