Terrible customer service. They were talking mocking customers while I sat there waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. (It took over 7 hours for my service and I had zero update from the service staff). I drive to the Mobile BMW for service now to avoid this disaster of a dealership. Specifically Avery - when I was looking at a new car, he refused to speak to me (the buyer of the vehicle). He would only speak to my husband who knew nothing about the vehicle being purchased. Also one of the above mentioned speaking very negatively about customers and potential buyers. He kept trying to sell me on a SUV that his manager had previously wrecked. I had an amazing experience with Jacob Martin and David at Galleria BMW. This was the easiest car purchase I've ever had and I will be buying all my cars here even though I'm on the opposite coast. Jake answered all my questions quickly and went above and beyond with sending me photos and videos since I'm out of state. He is extremely polite and helpful and made this such a nice process for me. Unfortunately I had my vehicle shipped to me by a freight carrier (not associated with Galleria) and they totaled it before I ever got to drive it, but I plan on buying the same BMW from Jake when I get my insurance check and Galleria BMW gets a similar car in. First, let me say they have the best prices. I did my homework for about 3 months before I pulled the trigger to buy and they had the best prices by far. The store is exceptionally clean and the staff is aware and friendly. We met a young lady name Katie who introduced me to the carbon black X3 with the cognac interior. I was undecided because I didn't want a black car, but that color was definitely luxury. Its not actually black, it has that blue when the sun hits it or even when you walk around it a certain way, but I was still undecided. She was patient with me and she answered all my questions. I probably got on her nerves being indecisive and sending enail after email, but she was cool about it. Katie is bubbly and refreshing!! For a moment she seemed a little frustrated, but she hid it pretty well. The finance part was a breeze and Michelle made it comfortable. There was no pressure or any over sales tactics ehich I appreciated. When I went to pick up my vehicle it was a whole THING! Everyone saying Congratulations and they definitely spoil you with a sign with your name, a bag of gifts, your car covered with a bow. On May 27, 2024 my husband and I traded in our vehicle to purchase a used 2023 Kia Niro EV from Galleria BMW located in Diberville, MS. We live in Texas and paid $1800 to have the car shipped to us. We financed the vehicle through a Credit Union. The sales associate, Avery Cooper, and Finance Manager, Cody Bowman committed to securely transporting the vehicle to us and facilitated the Tag, Title, and Registration application. My husband and I had repeatedly requested that the license plate be transferred directly from the old car to the new car as the plates held a sentimental value, and it would expedite the process. Once the Kia Niro was delivered to TX on June 4, 2024, we received temporary plates as Texas law only allows 7 calendar days for out of state temporary plates. We made them aware on June 10, 2024 that we had not yet received the tag and they informed us that had not even submitted the application yet. I made sure that they had all the necessary paperwork and reminded them that I wished to have the same license plates. We were then without plates for 2 months due to the error by a Galleria BMW. It was difficult being able to get my family to daily events and get to work trying to avoid incurring fines/tickets. While my husband also works, we were not able to share his vehicle. Each day provided stress essentially driving without license and registration to meet my family's needs. Unfortunately, the Kia was registered with new plates without our knowledge, or any follow-up from Galleria BMW. On July 25, 2024, we then received the title in the mail with 'No Lien Holder' listed on the title while the dealership knew we had financed the vehicle through a Credit Union as they had received the check. We immediately notified Galleria BMW of their additional error and were asked to FedEx the title directly to them. A week later we received a notice from the Credit Union that they had not received the title, and it was under investigation. We had to explain the situation and as of today, August 21, 2024, they have yet to receive the title. On August 13, 2024, I had requested a refund for the Tag, Title, and Registration portion that we paid ($353.25) due to the error on Galleria BMW's part and for the hardship this has caused our family. We finally received a response from Dealership Manager, Leslie Williams, that she was not willing to pay for these fees. The following days I made 3 attempts to call her to discuss over the phone and to speak with her leaders, Bo Mandal (President) and John Valletta (Vice President). The final conversation that we had Leslie became irate and disconnected our call mid conversation. I feel that the dealership is now unwilling to make the situation right on their part by refunding the $353.25 that was paid for tag, title, and registration. Update: It took submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office of MS for the dealership to FINALLY do the right thing and agree to the refund. I have completely lost my trust in BMW!! If they were the only dealership left in the world, I'd rather walk or ride a bike to get to wherever I have to go rather than going to them! It took me almost 2 years to write this review. Unfortunately, I will never, ever, trust BMW again in this lifetime. Be prepared to read this ridiculously long review as I've waited and waited for soooo long to see if anyone would eventually reach out try to fix this for me. I bought my 2022 X7, M package, in June 2022, brand spanking new with barely 70-80miles on it. Not even a month into having this nice, almost 90k ride. One day in July 2022, while backing up, been doing this since 2001, in my small parking lot at my shop, their whole system blacked out on me in the middle of me reversing in, mind you I had a 38k Acura prior and gave me zero, ZERO, problems, of course I am relying on the camera to let me know how close I am to the object in the back, but it completely blacked out n within that second of it blacking out and me stepping on the brakes it was one second too late, I was in disbelief with my own eye what I'd just witnessed. So I called the Galleria BMW, told them what happened, what I was told was incomprehensible. I couldn't believe with my own ears what I was hearing on the other line, these ppl were extremely nice n helpful and didn't mind taking my money but when something like this happened, I was told to not rely on my camera...I was shocked, disappointed n it was disheartening to have heard this, not from Kia, but BMW, a supposedly a reputable dealership here in D'Iberville, not for a 20k car but a 90k car. They gave me the runaround instead and told me to call BMW headquarters, which I did and unfortunately, I was told to contact the dealership where I'd bought it from and so on. Tried again but they said that they're not responsible for me not paying attention to my surroundings and I shouldn't have relied on my cameras...like WTF. My 38k Acura ppl treated me like royalty but these ppl at BMW, a 90k car, treated me like I was some dumb ass that just bought a cheap ass used car from a nobody dealership. I'd gotten so discouraged and tired of the mistreatment and the back and forth with both the dealership and the ppl at BMW headquarters that I gave up. Fast forward to 1 year n 10 month later, after pouring in $46,510 in 2 years for a vehicle that I didn't even own a rim or a tire . After I'd finally gotten the courage to go through the terrible treatment and experience all over again and told the story to one of their people's there that had been reaching out for me to trade mine in for "a newer vehicle", they decided they're going to make things right for me and told me instead of paying 1480 a month for my X7 which I own nothing of, I could lower my payments to 1292 a month for a newer X5, this is a complete downgrade for me but being that I was exhausted with paying all that money for absolutely nothing, I decided to give them a chance at making things right but of course they're still trying to get me until I mentioned the part where "you guys forgotten that you owe me and are supposedly making things right" how is this making things right if you're still overcharging me for a downgrade with a 3% less interest rate. The back and forth took place once again. We did come to an agreement of a number that I was okay with paying for the x5. Unfortunately, they "couldn't give me a documentation" saying they're taking over the responsibility of fixing my back bumper for me so State Farm can release and cancel my claim which I've filed back a long time ago but something told me to not proceed. I wanted to keep my messed up back bumper as a reminder this is how I was treated by BMW! My first luxury car, won't be my last but BMW WILL NEVER EVER HAVE MY TRUST AGAIN!! 2 stars for now and permanently if the dealership won't pay for repairs Bought a 2019 BMW X3 three weeks ago from Galleria BMW in D'Iberville, MS. I noticed a rough idle during test drive and noted that this must be fixed to salesperson. Was told the dealership would take care of it. Service looked at it and said it was probably low octane gas. Service said run 2 tanks of premium gas and see if that remedies the rough idle. After 2 and a half tanks of premium gas the rough idle didn't go away. During this time the car had an add coolant indicator light. Checked coolant, it was very low. I added coolant. Went back to dealership next day exactly 3 weeks into ownership. Service diagnosed two defective engine mounts, leaking water pump ( replace water pump and drive belt ), leaking upper radiator hose and leaking heater hose( replace these hoses ). Repairs are $3,986.24 and they say I am responsible to pay for repairs. They offered to pay $800 - $850 of repairs as a one time courtesy to first time buyer. Really? I feel I am not responsible to pay any of it. The car was obviously in need of hidden repairs when I bought it. No word from sales about an exchange or repair solution though they said they would have options and contact me on yesterday after saying "We'll take care of you." PSA: DO NOT PURCHASE A BMW... Everyone knows that BMW is touted as the "Ultimate Driving Machine". And until this week, I believed all the advertised hype. My 2017 BMW X5 drives and handles extremely well. Basic maintenance is all inclusive for the first 3yr / 36k miles when buying new which of course can be extended at cost. Garage kept, maintained by BMW maintenance professionals... what could possibly go wrong? While running errands August 2019, my area experienced some moderate to heavy rain for about two hours. Once the rain subsided, we made our way to the vehicle. Much to our surprise, the inside of our car was flooded out. How could this be? The sunroof was closed. We immediately made our way to the local BMW Dealership to get this problem remedied.  The following day, we were phoned to come in and see the issue. Apparently, BMW sunroofs have "drain holes" that are intended to funnel water from the sunroof through the vehicle to the rear of the front fender wells for disposition. Ours were apparently clogged. This clog essentially prevented the water from being excreted from the fender wells, allowing the water to enter the interior of the car. The water entering the car shorted out the electrical components of the passenger seat, shorted out the electrical components located near the rearview mirror, shorted out the airbag sensors and ruined the carpet. Essentially, this water caused thousands of dollars' worth of damage.   Remember, this car is garage kept, less than three years old, never taken off-road, and 100% maintained by BWM professionals.  To my further amazement, none of the damage was covered by the warranty. While BWM does every single bit of maintenance to my vehicle, it somehow is my responsibility to clean and maintain these drain holes. Perhaps, due to ignorance, I had no idea sunroofs even had drain holes. Much less that it was my responsibility to inspect and clean them out. I hit the internet to see if this was actually maintenance that BMW should have been doing. I was unsuccessful in finding a definitive answer either way. However, I did discover that BWM has been sued a few times over this issue, Class Action in California and New York. I'd like to add that BWM does not even provide any recommendations on how to accomplish the cleaning of drain holes nor frequency to inspect and clean.  Buyer Beware, when you set out on your next car buying experience, by-pass all BWM dealerships completely unless you are financially prepared for the ramifications or are handy enough to clean and inspect drain holes. I phoned the BWM corporate hotline for assistance and got the brush off. I had considered myself a BMW FOR LIFE customer. That sentiment is in the past. I will never consider buying another BMW. I went to get a tired changed. I told them exactly what tire I wanted on my car and that I wanted them to see if my rims had the sensors in them because I knew I had them in my other set of rims. They worked perfectly fine with my sensors on my other rims. They told me I need a new computer module, which I didn't. On top of that they put a different tire then what I said put on my car. All this after waiting 5 hours for one tire to be changed. read more

The value of my trade was considerable and not counted in my lease calculation. Salesman commented that he'd "stolen it." Salesman did not address ADA concerns regarding accessing and exiting the leased vehicles by showing more suitable models that were much more suitable forcing me to re-lease at great expense another model! I'm out hundreds of dollars per month for 3 years. Then they convinced me to give up miles in the final financing negotiations. Incredible. This could have been a win win for everyone. This past weekend I discovered a problem with my car. I went to Galleria BMW Monday afternoon to assess the situation. I was expecting to have to make an appointment for my car to be inspected, but the service department was able to see my car right away. The service representative, Kim, informed me of the issue and told me that she would rush order the part I needed. I got a call back Tuesday morning informing me that the part was in. By lunch time on Wednesday my car was fixed and washed. Kim at Galleria BMW was a wonderful service representative and was very good about communicating about the part being delivered, setting me up with a loaner car, and answering any and all questions I had regarding the service of my car. Really horrible experience with the repairs. I took my BMW to Galleria three times to fix the same problem. I had my car at the repair for a few week each time. I never got any good updates from them and had to call multiple times to get any updates on the car. On the third time I sent the vehicle in to get their best repair guy, I called them to get an update 8 days after I left the car and they hadn't even touched it! I'm incredibly disappointed by my entire experience and haven't even received a refund on the first repair which never fixed the problem. Please don't go here and go somewhere else. I've never done business here. They have a beautiful location and the vehicles are amazing. Unfortunately I am posting this because just a few minutes ago I felt like I was going to have a heart attack because of how scared I was when a BMW driver came flying up behind me (3 lane interstate and I was in the far right hand lane) and weaving in and out of traffic at an alarmingly fast rate. From my calculations over 90 miles an hour just to get to this dealership. This little guy works there. Young kid black BMW convertible tinted windows. He has blonde hair and he doesn't have a really strong presence when you see him. I actually followed him there to confront him about his driving and how he's going to kill somebody and this guy actually said I'm sorry you feel that way. Hey buddy it wasn't a feeling. Some very strange behaviors going on here! I stopped in to look and almost purchased. My sales associate was awesome! However, when it came to the financial person, Michelle, I believe is her name is where it got weird, really weird! As she is going over my financial information, basically if I was good to go or not this other lady comes in and starts rubbing/ massaging her and she just stops and goes to this odd state. Keep in my she was loud talking my information from her office to me sitting in the cubicle on the other side before her rub. I don't know if this was something sexual, but it was really uncomfortable, and the loud talking of my info. I expect when I go to a dealership, really any dealership especially BMW that there is a level of professionalism. In a way it was like a scene from a bad movie where there is a leader and her minions come in to cater to her needs. Extremely odd and uncomfortable, I made up an excuse and ran out of that place. All the way home, I was like what was that! Maybe if it's car lot brothel that would be ok, but it's not, it's BMW. I mean are you guys trying to do this make sales? Either way it was odd behavior for the work place. I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars. I have never experienced worse customer service from a car dealership in my life. Michelle Ladner, the finance manager, is an awful person - condescending and incredibly rude. This was the fifth BMW I have purchased and the first (and last) I purchased from Galleria BMW. Michelle told me she could only get me one approval and the terms were absolutely awful. I ultimately returned the vehicle three weeks later when they were STILL asking me for documents to close the loan. That same day I purchased the same make/model BMW from a different dealership. They approved me instantly and at an interest rate 5% lower than Galleria. Also - be sure and remember if you are registering your vehicle in Mississippi - Galleria doesn't tell you that the tags are not being handled as part of your deal (something every other car dealership does) and you should expect a BIG surprise when you get to the tag office. For the car I purchased, they wanted $1,000 for my tags. While the sales team at Galleria did a decent job, the finance department, headed by Michelle Ladner, is a terrible group who are very poor representatives for BMW as a brand. not recommended! in fact i do not recommend buying a bmw! i have a x3 still under warranty and 3 bmw dealers/service locations inclulding galleria (where i made my purchase) have yet to fix my camera/software issues. this is a known issue! i have researched my issue on the nhtsa.gov and bmw refuses to fix my vehicle! they turn off the warning notifications and 5 minutes after i leave the service department the notifications come back on. based on my research i have defective cameras and bmw refuses to replace the cameras to fix my issue. read more

I should start this review by saying that I actually live in California, but bought a M2 from Galleria BMW because of their excellence anyway. An M2 is a more difficult car to find especially in the color and spec that I wanted it in. I contacted a few different dealerships in my area, and all told me that I would need to custom order one, and wait a few months before it would arrive. Then I found Galleria BMW completely by chance. My sales representative was Spencer Johnson. If you are in the market for a BMW you NEED to contact him even if you are out of state! I told him exactly what color, and options I wanted on my car and instead of telling me I needed to custom order it, he was able to find that exact car already on a boat from Germany, and have it shipped directly to my house.
