Then they continued to charge my credit card for the next several months. You only get 10 minutes with a credit card and they charged my card $10. $1 per minute is extremely high. Next issue was that no soap came out when the high-pressure soap was selected. Finally, when I pushed the stop button to stop the charges, the timer continued to run. When I went in to ask the attendant, they said the timer was a known issue, but they said the soap looked fine. Maybe they didn't believe me that no soap was coming out of the hose, but they didn't seem too concerned. Just shook their heads and said, "sorry about that." No offer to refund me for not getting what I paid for.
