We talked for a few minutes and I told him that I graduated from OU and showed him my tattoo. It was cool that we both had the OU fight song as our ring tone for a family member. It's a pity that you rarely find these type of places... the type that seems as if making money is an afterthought because of the love of what they do. If you're into trains then this place is absolutely for you. They sell other types models of "traditional" models other than trains but they don't carry them in stock and require ordering.

His really nice car was broken beyond repair, I thought, but we brought it to Wild Bill's to get the word of an expert. The two men at the RC desk very patiently helped my grandson test each system in turn and make most of the repairs himself with their help - replacing a broken gear, adding some missing screws (including a larger one where the threads were stripped), new batteries all around, and then a cool colorful body. It looks and works like it is new again! They showed incredible patience and kindness for the 20 minutes it took to finish the repairs, and I could not possibly be more impressed. The staff was very helpful when you could find them. Even they were helping customers that would be one thing; they were busy kibitzing among themselves or doing housecleaning stuff. It was very frustrating, especially when you needed them to unlock a cabinet to get something. They do have an incredible selection of model kits, RC, Lionel Trains, and hobby paint and supplies; just not trains... I did purchase some items and spent more than I should have; but it wasn't worth the drive.

As I was trying to argue with them they decided to change the price to $10. That's very rude and it's the principle of matter. A good business does not do that, they honor the price that's posted. They then fix it for next time but they want customers to come back so they should make the customer happy.
