Yes, prices are less expensive at the big box chain stores, but then you have to drive to get to one. Staff was more than helpful. This trip we were looking for an easel pad for a presentation. They had one type in the size we wanted, but not what we needed. This one hangs on a peg, we needed one that simply sets on the easel and has a harder cardboard backing for support, the only one they had had a real flimsy backing to it. The place is big, has the smell of toner and printer ink, as they do printing and such as well. They also have a gift shop area up front.
