I had called him over and over trying to give him information so that he could build a case and he acted like it was all irrelevant. I asked Mr Rudy to ask the judge for certain things like a tier to mediation, which he told me was too late to ask for so I asked the judge myself and it was granted. I had to ask the judge myself to pull police reports, school records and other things that Mr Rudy would not ask for.
