This pace is t terrible. Staff is super nice, lanes are clean and the seating is super comfy. I only found it strange that score control boards were missing from several lanes as if owners opted not to repair those to save money but it didn't hinder usage of the lanes or the fun I had there. Overall a solid bowling alley I'll certainly return to. Pricing is not bad with an unlimited bowling price per hour. If you have a small group it's a fair value since you can probably get about three games in per hour coming out to about $5 per game which is the average cost at other alleys. If you have large groups then I'd split the groups up in multiple lanes to get a bit more for your buck but otherwise fairly competitive pricing in my opinion. My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning on a hot summer day which made for a little uncomfortable experience otherwise I would have stayed longer. read more

Had an hour to bowl with some friends, but only an hour. Paid for the hour, 10 minutes in my lane fails to re-pin and it takes 30 mins to get back up and running. I asked for a refund since we wouldn't even be able to finish our game in the hour and they said nah. They could give us an extension but that was it. They didn't care that our only hour to play in the day was wasted just sitting around waiting for their machinery to work. Honestly super lame experience and a big vibe kill. The best food we have ever, ever had in a bowling alley! Sweet Onion Brewhouse which is attached to the bowling alley has the most amazing food service, and ambience! Great music playing in the background and just a super fun experience! If you want to bowl, do you have to make your reservation online, and do it early! I decided to celebrate my birthday here with a party of 15. I was truly disappointed. When we walked in, the bartender was sitting at a table as if she were a customer. We waited about 10 minutes before we came to her and asked if there was a bartender. I paid up until 7 pm, but they closed the bar and kitchen at 6 pm. I placed an order for food. They took my money but no food. I'll have to wait until the next day for a refund. Please don't waste your money here. You pay for a service that's not provided to you. If you book a party until a certain time everything should remain open until your time is up. I was very disabled in this place I will never recommend this place to anyone read more

I had an absolute fun time bowling, but that was it. Attempted to order another game, my party and I were told that there was a 2 hour wait. We proceed to check the site, there was an opening in 30 minutes and an hour. We order the lane for the next time slot, the payment processes, the service desk tells us they don't have it. Now, we're attempting to dispute and they won't settle or return the money. In addition, when going in the bar, there were no menus, or drink menus of any sort. We sat at the bar, awaiting to be served, to no one tending to us. We then see a worker and asked for a drink menu, or menu in general, we were advised there weren't any, then to be told we'll be tended to shortly, after 10 minutes of sitting at the bar already. We ended up leaving after a great game unfortunately. I wish there were other decent bowling options in the area, or I knew of others, because for a first time, things were great, until it was game over. If you want to go bowling, check it out, unless you can find something closer and better, and don't expect the greatest customer service, and I would refrain from using their website from any kind of reservations. read more

We were called names, and basically attacked for reaching out to her on the day SHE requested and dude not respond. Then when we were told the deposit is ready we were told they were going to take our photo picking it up. Not just sign a receipt and show a driver's license. We were told never to return and that we are should think about this. The counter girl is awesome though and said she would not take our photo because it's illegal and stupid. Chapter 2: the owner reached out and asked us not to attack them on Yelp. Said they are just too busy to respond to our texts/call. She told us she will let us know Tuesday we can pick up deposit. Tuesday came and we sent a text asking when to pick up. No response. At all. I understand you're a business and you're so busy. But your business is the customer. And so far it's not a good look. Super cool entertainment center with what amounts to a full sports bar on one side, modern bowling on the other, and a full arcade-size game space for the kids. Plus pinball machines on both sides. Very nice. The food, though, is pedestrian standard American diner/bar fare and took a long time - Saturday night rush and all, understandable though on the service time. I attended Wednesday night with a group of 8 people for their "Cosmic Bowling Special" which is a total joke. Their website says: "Laser Lights, Black Lights, and Runway Lights. Our Cosmic bowling lanes even glow in the dark during our Cosmic Bowling Events!" However the only things that made this "cosmic" bowling were the black lights and runway lit lanes. There were no Laser lights or anything making this experience any more spectacular than bowling in the dark. The website also said that the Cosmic bowling was from 9PM-12AM on Wednesday Nights. That it was a $5 admission, $1 shoe rentals, $1 games & $1 Drafts. When we arrived at about 9:30 the place was nearly empty except for one other group bowling. The people running this establishment were extremely rude and barely present. They gave us a hassle over putting 6 people on one lane. Saying that it would take an hour for a game that they were going to close early because it was empty. Excuse me? You're closing early on customers who paid your admission to get in for the 9-12 Cosmic Bowling? Yup, they sure did. They kicked us out by 11pm. The website also said $1 drafts which was a total lie, we all paid $3-4.50 per draft. When we asked to speak with the manager, they were nowhere to be found. The food wasn't spectacular. The Staff was rude. The Website was entirely false advertising. I absolutely do NOT recommend this establishment in the slightest. If you're looking for an enjoyable cosmic bowling experience I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

I came on a Saturday night and there was absolutely no wait for a lane! Games were $4.50 plus shoe rental was about $3. The quality of the lanes and balls were fine. The arcade is pretty good too. They have air hockey for $1 a game or mini bowling for $1 half a game. The mini bowling is even more satisfying than the regular bowling because you can get all your frustration out by destroying (not literally) the small pins. I didn't come to drink but there's decent looking sports bar inside too. It can be difficult to spot the bowling alley driving here. Fairly nice place, modern and well thought out. We enjoyed the bar area although the bands were considerably louder than expected. I don't drink but others in our party said the drinks were very overpriced and bar service nearly impossible to come by. I did try the food and found it to be quite good, but one member of our party ordered the tacos which were three for $9 and tiny at best. The bathrooms were a nightmare, filthy and stinky and the only stall in the men's room had vomit splattered all over the commode, walls and floor. Went to the Off the Radar escape room yesterday at Quinnz Pinnz. Where do I begin? We arrived early, had to give up our coats, phones and purses. Then watched as they were just put behind the counter. Perhaps a locked closet would have been more appropriate. We waited in the bar area until they were ready for us. Deciding that a bathroom break was appropriate before starting my son in law and I ventured into the men's room. OMG, the room smelled so badly that my son in law ran out of the room. Needing to go, I left, held my breath, and went back in. The rank odor is beyond description. There was a brief description of the room then we were let in. Starting almost in the dark was difficult but we were able to figure that out. You are given 3 clues, but in every other escape room I have been in, you can request a clue, here they are put up on a screen, with clues that we had already solved. Half way through, they had to stop the clock because one of the props wasn't working. We didn't solve the game and for the first time, when they came in to get us, they didn't give us the final clues...in fact the man barely spoke to us. It wasn't a bad way to spend an hour but I wouldn't go back to try the other room. FIX, CLEAN OR DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE MEN'S ROOM! read more

Gave mad attitude when we asked to have more than one lane even though they had blatant open lanes even on the reservation sheet. They also have this Ponzi scheme of a raffle where they have you buy a ticket, and then if you're picked they watch you bowl for four rounds and if you get at least 2 strikes THEN you win money. Family visited QP on a Saturday evening in summer to case the joint for a future child's birthday party. 6:30 pm and the place was all ours, not another customer in sight. Immediately greeted by front end staff, very courteous and informative. Gaming area was 100%, all games clean and working flawlessly... VERY impressive (only thing not working perfectly was the game play card kiosk, new card dispenser offline (front desk produced one promptly). Food purchased from snack bar. Order accurate, prices decent and quality first rate, delivered to our lane. Bowling experience SPECTACULAR; AMF equipment working 100%, front end sets up scoring for you before you reach your lane, pinsetters and scoring FLAWLESS. Clean and best maintained lanes between Newburgh and Middletown. Rental shoes pretty well worn, however. Clean, spacious and friendly sports bar with decent assortment of craft beers and wines for a bowling center. Half an hour into our visit more parties coming in fast and hard. This place was rockin' from 0-60 in no time. Hats off to Robert Quinn Jr. and team for the BEST, bar none bowling center experience to me. Outside the building was clean and top tier maintained. I had fun here. Just played a quick game with 2 other friends. Went on a friday night around 9pm and it was pretty quiet.

No complaints here. When they used to be Middletown Lanes, the bowling alley, pizza stand, and bar was just dated and crappy looking.. Now that they became Quinz Pinz, they redid the whole place and the atmosphere is a lot more sophisticated and fun! The bar looks really awesome now and they added an arcade and an open kitchen with lots of food (much better than Perky's Pizza's (the old food they used to have)). Cosmic bowling is always a blast! Great music, usually a DJ and lots of strobe lights.. Great to do if you want to go out for the night and have some fun! They have league bowling and events on certain days at certain times. Quinz Pinz (Middletown lanes) was the first place I went after I was born because my parents were both on bowling leagues there and I've been spending lots of time there ever since. The bathrooms have looked the same since I've been born.. I think it would help if they did something to change them up a bit. The staff is really nice and they're pretty much all fun people. There's lots of lanes. The bowling shoes are on the newer side. There's a lot of balls to pick from. They have bumpers and ball ramps for younger kids. They do parties & I think they still have a party room to have food and cake in. They have a bowling ball shop where you can buy your own ball and get it customized or buy other bowling supplies you may need. There's 2 pool tables in the bar. & the lanes are of good quality (not over greased or under greased; not crooked) This is my favorite bowling alley to go to because it's lots of fun and I'd recommend it to others. read more

I got assaulted here by people not following proper bowling etiquette, the night started with a group of 6-8 people wearing street shoes while bowling, walking down the lanes, and eating and spitting drinks onto the bowling surface... When I informed the staff the group became verbally and physically violent with me and my family. The staff said they would move us to another lane but by this point, the damage had been done and the group in question continued to verbally harass us and I even got hit in the back of the head with a bowling shoe. I would have called the police and waited but my family and I no longer felt safe on the property, and we promptly left. It's sad that a family night bowling can turn into a potentially dangerous situation. No one in the whole world should have to be treated like that at a BOWLING ALLEY. I left leaving time on my lane and unable to continue to bowl or enjoy our night... This is a night that my family and I will remember in HORROR for years and years to come, and I am sure I will NEVER forget "The night my family and I tried to go have a fun night bowling and I got assaulted with a bowling shoe." Came back 11 days later to bowl.. The management called the police saying my friend had matched the description of someone who robbed the place earlier that week which was false. My friend was detained for 20+ minutes before he was released. I asked politely for a full refund for the hour I paid for and was told i was being unreasonable, was given 11 dollars out of the 28 i paid for a full hour of bowling. This is ridiculous, paying customers accused of a crime neither had committed and literally nothing offered to us at all in return. Me and my husband used to LOVE coming here, the food and drinks are good and we enjoyed the music. We used to be there every weekend until they change their rates forcing you to play hourly instead of per game or even letting you have to option to choose if you want to play hourly or per game. And their military discount used to be great also but now they don't offer it on weekends, only weekdays but it doesn't say that online. It's false advertisement and we weren't happy. So I would recommend going to the newer bowling alley in the mall, Round1. They have about the same price but they bowling options of hourly or per game and they acknowledge military discount EVERYDAY of the week, including weekends! Just had my daughters birthday party here and everyone had a great time. The kids had a blast with the music and lights. The adults enjoyed the football games on behind the lanes and were talking most of the time at the high tops. Service was very good but not over bearing. I would highly recommend this for kids birthday parties. I'd say the pizza is better than most bowling alleys...well maybe not Brooklyn Bowl, but most bowling alleys that aren't party of a brewery. read more

The lanes are well-maintained and there is hardly ever a wait. The price is good. There are always coupons to use to knock the price down a bit as well. When going with friends, you can get a lane and just pay for a couple of hours, which saves you money as well. The arcade looks great, but I never use it. The service at the bar is good and they are always friendly. The game room area with pool tables and darts around the bar is a popular place on weekend nights, and the crowd is great. It's a nice bowling alley/bar environment with a good crowd. A great place to go to practice or to hang out with friends and bowl a few games while drinking. read more
