    So fun!

Indoor fun center for all ages! We came here on a Saturday late morning and was pleased to find that the place is so big that it wasn't too crowded at all. My kids had a blast!! They have options for 1 hr, 90 min, or 2 hr time. 2 different rates for kids over/under 5 yrs old. 90 minutes for 5 & under is $18 vs. $25 for 5+. For my 2 kids, 90 minutes was perfect for their first time. I think next time, we'll do 1 hr. There are tons of activities for the kids, totally worth the price! Know before you go: 1. Kids need gripping socks, so wear them if you have them. If not, you can buy them here. 2. You need to sign a waiver form and I believe you need to enter your driver's license info. 3. Dress your kids in bright colors... It's hard to keep track of them when they are running around... I lost sight of my kids at least 3x! 4. Bring water!! The kiddos will be tired!! They have concession stands for drinks, snacks, etc, but it's much more economical to bring your own water. I would give this place 5 Stars if they had a better child security. While there's only 1 entrance/exit, they don't have any security gates to ensure kids are left with the same adult when they entered. I've been to Belly Beans where they use a badge system to ensure the kids exited with their adults. This would be great for this place. With that said, we'll definitely be back!

However they did take out the VR and another attraction which I find confusing since it is still advertised. Go karts are fun and controlled. They do have some rules about flipping where it used to say "jump twist flip" which is now duct taped out which is a little counterintuitive. Overall a fun time and great experience!!

The go karts were our main reason for coming but they don't allow you to purchase just the go karts, you have to buy a whole package that includes the other parts of the indoor park. I had urban air gift cards and due to the high cost of the packages I wanted to use the gift cards as payment. Unfortunately their system for this type of payment was down and we had to wait quite a long time. We then realized the go karts were also down so we were about to leave, but played some air hockey in the "arcade" (really just a couple of games and some claw machines). The payment system and go karts both came back to life and we paid and got wristbands. My husband and son both did the go karts. They aren't super fast, but decent speed for little kids. They also seemed to have some technical difficulties and were stop/go for a while. Many of the other attractions like ropes course and belaying area were closed. It wasn't the best atmosphere or experience and we wouldn't come back here or recommend it to others.

We planned to get there as early as possible to avoind any crowds, since this was our first time. We arrived at 12 pm, right when it opened. The place was empty and we were greeted by some friendly and helpful employees. We filled out the appropriate waivers (can either be done on your mobile device or they have a computer set up near the counter as well)...the waivers are for adults and children. The 60-minute bounce passes are about $20 for children and $25 for adults. They are good in "rounding-up" the times...si if you arrive at 12:15, they will give you allow your time to expire at 1:30, giving you 15 extra minutes. You are also required to buy and wear socks (about $2.50 each), but they can be taken home and used again if you return. For my family of four, it was about $100. There is an arcade section in the front area which has some shooting games, air hockey and a bunch of other ticket-winning games where you can accumulate tickets and trade them in for prizes, similar to Dave & Busters. This area is generally small and was a nice bonus. All the machines in this area are card operated, which you can purchase at the front counter...essentially 4 tokens equal $1 and most games are 4-6 tokens per play. After you get your pass, you get to roam free. There are a few different bounce areas; open bounce, foam pit, volletball area, climbing area and a large free bounce area. What I really appreciated was that there were a few designated areas for the little ones (5 and under). For someone who hasn't bounced before...let me tell you...it was quite a workout. My legs are sore they day after. The only additional area you can purchase optionally, is the rock wall climb area...which I believe is about $5 per climb. There were drinks (soft drinks - $3) and snacks (cookies/chips - $2ish) for sale at the front counter. One gripe was that we could only find one bathroom there (family bathroom), and the condition was pretty bad...especially for the place only being open for under two hours. Another gripe was that a bunch of the arcade machines did NOT work as expected. We needed to have points on our game card reimbursed a few times. While we were there, from about 12-2pm on a Friday, the place never got really crowded. The workers, mostly teenagers/early twenty-somethings, were all very nice. They all seemed to have positive and cheerful attitude. I understand that it may not be easiest to deal with bouncing kids all day, so kudos to them. Overall we had a great time here, but I would likely check out the other places in the future for comparison.

She had an absolute blast. There are more advanced areas for bigger kids with a knack for adventure, like a small obstacle course, rock climbing over a foam pit, and they also have a vertical incline that kids can climb with the assistance of an employee (harness required). This is a wonderful place to get all that kid energy out. They have arcade games and a small cafe which has pizza and hotdogs. The cubbies are near the front door and also near the bathrooms on the right hand side. Leave your stuff at your own risk (i've never had an issue). There is a lot of parking, but stay clear of the truck bays to the left of the entrance. One of the employees said there's free coffee for the parents on the weekends, although I've never had any.

We bought tickets online in advanced and let me tell you, the price alone is highway robbery. $37 per kid for admission and for a pair of their "special" Sky Zone socks is ridiculous. At $80 total for two kids for an hour and a half of jumping I was hoping there would be lots for the kids to do. Well, I was wrong. Only a few of the trampoline sections were open and others were closed. The inflatable obstacle course with trampolines was closed and that looked like the most fun section. My kids could only bounce between the trampolines, the foam pit, and the basketball area. They seemed to be short staffed so I assume that's why some of the areas were closed. After my kids got tired of the same bouncy areas they asked if they could play the arcade games, I had to tell them no because that was another added on price I just couldn't dish out. Overall, my kids got what they wanted, which was a lot of bouncing time. That's why I am giving Sky Zone two stars. I don't think I will return to Sky Zone any time soon. I did see they had a Groupon, but November 10th was a black out date so I did not buy it. Maybe if my kids are itching to bounce again I will buy the Groupon since we already have the expensive socks.

My son and his girlfriend arrived at 7:00 pm, paid full price ($28.99 each plus $7 socks), and were checked in by busy staff who never informed them that their time would be cut short because of Glow Night at 8:00 pm. When 8:00 came, they were told they had to leave -- no warning, no choice, no accommodation. They were literally kicked out. Had they been told, they would have simply waited for the next session. Instead, they lost most of what they paid for. And it ruined their night. When I contacted the manager, Jack, he refused to offer any resolution -- no partial refund, no credit, no future jump time -- and insisted this is "not something we offer." No compensation, no customer service. He also claimed his staff must have warned them they only had an hour, which is not true. My son was never told this. As I said, they'd have waited for the next session. That is not customer service -- that is taking people's money without clearly disclosing what they are paying for. This was a simple situation to fix. Giving them one hour at a later date would have cost Sky Zone nothing and would have shown basic respect for their customers -- but they chose to do nothing. We've patronized sky zone for years. We won't be returning.

Overall they had a fantastic time. There was a lot to take part in which we had neither the time nor desire to do so on this visit (skating rink, pickleball, video game arcade, billiards and golf). I appreciated the age segregation as it prevented horseplay from older aged ones from harming younger children. The restrooms seemed far from the play area. It was a great source of entertainment but you have to keep a close eye on small children. My one criticism was that there were props in one of the play areas that were very heavy and could harm someone if they hit someone; they also posed a tripping hazard. They were shaped like a giant Swiss cheese wheel. Bounce is conveniently located in the Galleria Mall, so there is ample free parking.

We used a Groupon and had no issues redeeming when visiting on a Friday morning. We were instructed to complete the waivers at the kiosks near the entrance. We did have to purchase the mandatory socks which was $18 for three (3) pairs. Before proceeding to the play areas, we put our things in the little cubes they have for storage...i.e. shoes, bags, etc. Keep in mind these are open cubes which anyone can access. I never felt unsafe in leaving our things there...but as always, there is a risk. It was not very crowded on a Friday morning at around 10:30am (they open at 10) so it was a pleasure navigating the space with minimal crowds. There are lots of areas to enjoy for both adults and children. The main area has trampolines as well as some interactive areas where you jump to tap buttons and two video screens where you mimic the movements on screen...both area great. There are a few obstacle courses: ninja, balance beam, and swing pit. The basketball area is also great with a cushioned surface, two hoops, and targets where you can throw balls at. There are two huge slides in the center which are fun. Finally, there a "rock climbing" area with a few different climbing options. You must have the "climb" option added to your pass in order to use it though. You will be belayed during the climb. Be mindful that the gripped socks provided do NOT offer the best grip while climbing in my opinion...climbing was much more difficult that I experience in traditional rock climbing places that provide rock climbing shoes...then again, maybe it is just me. There is a food area which sells some snacks: soft drinks, chips, candy. There are also a few tables nearby where you can eat. Overall we had a great time here...the space was very clean and well-maintained. All staff we encountered were very nice. Be sure to check ahead if visiting with toddlers as there are some restrictions on which areas they are able to visit.
