The emergency hospital had given him a fever-reducing shot that was supposed to last 24 hours. When we arrived at Tiger Tails first thing the next morning, we clearly told the staff and doctor about this and that it had only been 12 hours since it was given. The doctor took his temperature, did a quick checkup, and said he was fine -- then sent us home. We had pleaded that it was strange he wasn't eating or drinking and he was vomiting with hints of blood, but she kept insisting that he may have just ate something bad or just elder dog symptoms. Just 13 hours later, my dog passed away. I trusted Tiger Tails to take our concerns seriously and to monitor him properly after everything he had been through, but I feel that they dismissed his condition too easily. I am heartbroken and will never forget how this was handled. Please be cautious and make sure your pet gets the thorough care they deserve.

I called Tiger tails as soon as they opened this morning and I spoke with Jordan, and she was so unbelievably kind and helpful. She worked her butt off to get us in as early as possible, and even called me back twice to offer two earlier times, which we took. As soon as we got there we were greeted with super friendly staff. They led us to our excluded room (because of the cough) and every single vet tech and vet that came in was amazing. They were so gentle and loving to my baby, and explained everything they were doing. She did a thorough examination, asked questions, and determined it was kennel cough and sent me off with two different meds. I am a pretty anxious person when it comes to illnesses, especially since this is my first dog I personally own, but they were so welcoming and understanding, putting me at ease. I am SO glad I ended up going here, and will be going back for all her future shots/check ups. Thank you to the entire staff that helped me and my baby today!!

I love that PetSuites offers Puppy Preschool, where there's structured playtime and structured rest time. This also helps keep him on his potty schedule. He's always so happy when I drop him off in the morning (and this is coming from a puppy with major separation anxiety). I've been really impressed with the staff at this PetSuites. They're all friendly, genuinely seem to care about the animals, and will send me the cutest pictures of my little man at play. With COVID, they offer Curbside pickup and dropoff (or you can go in with a mask on). They have indoor and outdoor play areas (another thing I like about it here). It's a relatively new facility so it's super clean and modern-looking. I have a friend that takes their dog here for normal daycare, boarding, and grooming, and they love it! For the past several years, Dr. Sherry Hilton has been our go to veterinarian who seems to know Adi as well as her own family. It is not unusual to receive a call from Dr. Hilton at our home whenever any special labs have been necessary. We are grateful that our girl is pretty healthy still as she has a treatable thyroid condition, has some small stones controlled by modifying her diet and some inexpensive meds. Adi has some occasional anxiety with changes in barometric conditions, but a Thunder Shirt and a very small dose of Travadone does the trick. Danger!! I have two…read moredogs, both of whom have gone to Unleashed since I rescued them in Jan 2017 and Aug 2018. My little one, a ten year old Bichon Frise, has been grievously injured there twice. The first time was on Dec 30. She was attacked by a large dog, required surgery, came home with multiple drains in her neck and body. After that attack, I was told that they were increasing from three to five the number of dog "groupings" to group them by not just temperament but by size as well. I was also told there was additional staff training and that they were increasing dog supervision staffing. That clearly did not happen. Yesterday, my dog was attacked again. I was told it was by a Golden. My little dog was in with much larger dogs. She came home from surgery with twenty-seven staples across four wounds, which were each two inches long. While I was waiting at the vet, I was aghast to see a just-posted review by Jason, whose beagle was attacked there twice, in February and the day before my dog's most recent attack. That's four in five months: Dec, Feb, two days in a row in May. Why does Unleashed refuse to keep small dogs separate from large dogs? While it's true that Unleashed covered the vet bills, this utter disregard for pet safety is reprehensible. I reported the most recent incident to Fulton County Animal Control last night; they took a thorough report. I am also pursuing this with Animal Protection/Dep't of Ag, the agency that licenses kennels, groomers, daycares, etc. My beloved pets will never again go to Unleashed. I believe they should be shut down unless they make meaningful changes to keep safe the dogs in their care. Allowing large dogs to commingle with small dogs is a recipe for heartbreak and disaster. They knew after the Dec 30 attack on my dog that it was a problem, yet did nothing - thus allowing three more attack incidents. Shameful. There may have been other attacks that I'm not aware of. I'm not one to post reviews, good or bad, but people should know - especially if their dogs are small - that Unleashed is not a safe facility.
