I explain my situation with my garage door. The receptionist told me that within one hour A technician would be sent to my location. It was raining lightning and thunder going on. Two hours later Mike was knocking back on my door explaining he had accomplished his work. I thought I had only a broken a bolt but come to find out that a spring Ihad actually been broken and had to be replaced. Mike replace the spring and turn up the entire garage door fixture.
