The service I had was an hour long treatment where they massage your head, shampoo and condition, and then clean your face as well. Towards the end they put a face mask on and turn out the rainbow-shaped water spigot and they massage your arms and wrap your feet in hot towels. They have a sound machine going and dimmed lights so the whole process is calming and relaxing. PRO TIP: if you reference their Groupon for this service, they will honor the price.
