Do not use.  I ordered the Loving Harmony flower arrangement for my wife (through blossomflowerdelivery.com) and the arrangement she received did not look like photo from the website.  I opted for the "Premium" option, which is supposed to super-size the bouquet, but if it did, I'd hate to see the standard bouquet!  The bouquet she received included most of the flowers that were shown in the photo on the website, but they were smaller and it was missing the smaller accent flowers (Baby's Breath?). Their Refund Policy is a complete farce.  It says, "If you are not completely satisfied with your floral gift, we'll do everything we can to make it right."  In reality they made ZERO effort to make it right. I contacted them immediately upon receipt and asked for a replacement bouquet.  Initially they argued that my complaint wasn't valid because the photo I sent them was of the "back" of the arrangement and this was a one-sided arrangement?!  Outside of a wreath, I had never heard of a one-sided arrangement and the website does not indicate that it's a one-sided arrangement.  When I sent a photo of the "front" of the arrangement they argued that they gave me the correct quantity and type of flowers that they were supposed, so there was no grounds for a replacement or a refund.  They didn't care one bit that I was dissatisfied or even offer a discount off of another arrangement. I paid just over $100 for the arrangement in the photo. Images below are what we received (front and back) vs what is advertised). I strongly recommend that you purchase your flowers elsewhere. I had seen a photo of a blue and white bouquet in the Sympathy Gallery on the web site that I wanted copied for my mother's memorial service. This was a large floor bouquet for in front of the altar, and Amy was able to beautifully reproduce it for us using seasonal flowers in the colors we requested. Delivery to the Danville church was perfectly timed, and the flowers were truly stunning. My mom would have loved them! Talk about last minute!!! A dear friend was hospitalized on July 3rd at John Muir. Walnut Creek Florist took my order at 3:39PM and delivered a gorgeous arrangement of flowers before they closed for the holiday!! Ingrid was amazing at getting the details from me on the desired arrangement and had the delivery driver standby as all was being created. As time was of the essence, Ingrid told me she needed to call the hospital to get the room number. All this was expedited before she even took my credit card payment!! My total was fair, especially because this is supporting a local business, but you can ofc get slightly better prices/more flowers elsewhere. Very disappointed. =( I work in the floral industry, so I understand that sometimes it's hard to fill a flower order that would look exactly like what is pictured on a website. I get that. But I don't get it when the flowers arrived like the florist didn't even try. Like maybe some kid picked some dead flowers off the side of the road and jammed them in a vase. I picked out a bouquet that had light pink roses and lilies arranged in a brown vase with a ribbon tied in the middle. I'm okay even if you don't have the right vase; sometimes it can be hard to get. But could you maybe at least put in flowers that look nice? The arrangement that arrived at my friend's office consisted of flowers that didn't even bloom yet! The flowers weren't even in the right color. I mean, even if you didn't have the picture of what it's supposed to look like to compare to, when you see it, you'll still say, "Oh man, that looks like a piece of crap."
