I thought the therapist had really good technique but the overwhelmingly loud music (something called tribal beat) made really relaxing very difficult, and that was without my hearing aids. People were all professional, friendly and very nice. I guess my issue was mostly a cost/value issue. I thought the prices were really high. Both of our treatments were holiday gifts. I think my daughter would go back but I just can't justify it. Guess it just comes down to what you are used to paying.

I go for a massage every two weeks with the same person for the last 18 years, but I was given a gift certificate from Massage with Kaitlyn. I can tell you she will be my fill-in and if there ever comes a time when my current massage therapist retires she will be my choice. I highly recommend her and she also works with veterans so if you are a veteran and you get a prescription from your doctor, her fee will be paid for by the VA. The commitment and love from the owners to teach their students the years of education and experience is incredible. As a student, besides the basic requirements, you are able to choose what classes suit you best as a therapist. I recently went into this business to get a full body massage because I wanted to get in quickly,…read moreand there was only one lady working there, but I was the only person there and now I know why. She was very sweet, but her skills left a lot to be desired. This wasn't like any other massage that I've ever had and I get them frequently. She spent most of the time on my back doing the same stoke over and over for probably a half hour to 45 minutes , and there was no variety at all, and she never even touched my feet which is my favorite part. Most of what she did was pushing down on my arms and legs or using her elbows on my back in a sweeping stroke. That wasn't even the worst part! I paid her in cash and she insisted that I give her a bigger tip than I had planned on. Normally I tip generously, but she didn't do a very good massage so I wasn't going to give her much based on that. Not only did I get a crappy massage but got bullied into giving her a bigger tip, I've never ever been told that I WILL give a tip in the first place and then had someone argue with me for more! If you want a good tip then do a good job! I will not be returning to this business and will stick with the places I know.
