All the people here are friendly and very supportive no matter what your fitness level. The coaches are great and will teach you good form and will design "scaled" workouts for your fitness level. You will find that in a group setting, you will push yourself a little more and obtain a better fitness level at a quicker pace than if you just relied on yourself to workout. Each workout ("WOD") is different every time you go so there is no daily boring routine. I was amazed how my cardio fitness level improved and the amount of weight I could lift improved quickly. I went to my first CF class worried about the pain in my shoulders and lower back and after a couple months, no more pain! If you are a meathead weight lifter, this is a place to go. Some of the guys and girls lift quite heavy here and its amazing to watch them!!!

I actually find myself getting up early on my days off to go to Hotworx for the yoga. During the week I enjoy going right after work. The times are convenient since it all runs on continuous loops 24/7. The infrared saunas warm you deep inside, allowing the muscles to have less strain and more motion. You begin sweating in the first five minutes. Bye bye toxins. There's enough variety to keep you interested and motivated. Besides the 10 saunas there is a small gym area equipped with various weights. Most of the time whether it's just the times I pick, I'm usually the only one in the saunas. The facility is available 24/7. Staffed hours are posted. There are several security items in place for unstaffed times - hall lights dim if no one moves in the hall for 20 minutes, only members can enter with special app on their phone, and there are two panic buttons available to take with you in a sauna. The app allows me to check availability of saunas and times to book two days out. It also records sessions and calories burned. Give it a try.

This gym has a team-based and community feel, and everyone is so warm and welcoming. Every class I've attended has 2-3 coaches present. This is super helpful as they walk around to help with correcting form and providing encouragement! Each class is different. There are resistance focused, cardio focused, and hybrid focused classes. I've never had the same workout twice. The workouts are very clear to follow as there are screens throughout the gym that show an example of the workout and help you know where to go next. It's great to do and not have to think! The workouts fly by and are so fun. I'm glad I found this gym and I'm looking forward to taking more classes!

I work in Mound House and can't get into the gym before work so decided to check this one out after…read moreI got off. I arrived around 3:45 ish and was surprised to see it was pretty busy. The front desk staff wasn't as friendly as my home gym but that's okay. I only popped in to use the treadmill for about a half hour. The treadmills are different than my home gyms and I wasn't sure how to find the pre programmed workouts but I still got my 30 minute work out in. I figured out how where to find the preprogrammed work outs after I had already finished mine but that's okay because now I know for next time. The women's restroom and locker room area were very clean which I was happy to see. I also liked how everything was spaced and how conveniently the equipment cleaning stations were placed. The front desk staff was much more friendly than I first arrived.

A little frustrated…read more... Doctor said I'm too fat, so I joined this gym. Workout plan is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, early AM. I've shown up here 3 times now and they're not open early AM on Mondays. I don't know when they open....but they're not open at 4AM. The PF App, Google, and Yelp all note their hours as 12:00AM - 11:59PM Monday - Thursday, then closing at 9:00PM Friday - Sunday. They don't seem to understand that 12:00AM on Monday occurs just a fraction of an instant after midnight on Sunday. So really, this gym is only 24 hours Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I'll give them a week or two to figure out how to get someone there for the Monday AM shift before I instruct my bank to stop payment to Planet Fitness. Anytime Fitness is actually 24/7....
