Visually appealing! The Sunday brunch buffet is great and it included endless mimosas. The wait staff is always very nice. It can be crowded so make reservations. The only disappointing thing about the buffet is that turkey products were lacking. Not everyone eats pork. Label meat please!!! It's only fair we as consumers know what we are eating.

Golf Course and Driving Range Review-…read more I wish I could give this place 10 stars - that's how wonderful it is. Driving range is open 7 days a week, $5 for a bucket of balls, about 30 balls. Machine takes cash or you can can get a token at the club house. Grass area, roped off so you don't have new people teeing up 15 feet in front of where they should be. Well kept. The putting area is wonderful and can be found just behind the first tee box. Club house opens at 5:30AM in the summer so there are people hitting balls before work! Golf Pro - Matt - is amazing. Great with kids, gives lessons. The course is a 9 hole, executive course with a level of difficulty that is hard to find in NW Indiana. The course itself is narrow with lots of long marshy areas that will eat your ball. The elevation changes are fantastic and again, really rare for this part of Indiana. The course itself is the most well maintained in the area. 9 holes will cost you about $27 with cart. The ranger on the weekends is Wayne and he is such a wonderful, caring person. In passing, I told him I was looking for a specific type of golf ball and the next time I saw him, he had a bunch for me. Wow! The carts are electric and very smooth. Most of the leagues are during the week and in the AM so this is a great place for twilight golf as well. 9 holes typically takes me about an hour 20. Tips - The range is closed Wednesday afternoon until Thursday morning for maintenance. If you are just going to the range, park near the back of the lot.

A Truly Magical Experience Our wedding was a micro wedding…read morewith a very special focus--our beloved cat, Bonnie. As such an important part of our lives, it was only fitting that she take center stage on our special day. Bonnie was not only our Cat of Honor, but also the bride's bouquet, ring bearer, and even the groom's "cat wife." Her presence made our celebration uniquely personal and unforgettable. From the beautifully decorated gazebo to the elegance of the Oak Room, magic filled the air. Every detail came together to create a wedding that felt as though it had been lifted straight from the pages of a fairy tale. If ever there was a fairytale wedding, this was it. Our coordinator, Eva, was instrumental in bringing our vision to life. Her creativity, guidance, and dedication helped transform our dream into the magical celebration we had always imagined. It was truly a day we will cherish forever.

The ceremony was outside at the gazebo and the reception inside in the Oak Room. It does not even need much decor, the space itself is so pretty. We utilized the downstairs bridal suite. So beautiful. It was a small wedding, maybe 70 people or less. The staff did a wonderful job; they served appetizers and plated dinner. Very attentive to guest's. Excellent bartender. My mom utilized a partnered dj, limo driver service and shuttle service. Then, their event coordinator, Eva. The coordinator, Eva, deserves her own review- but if you are in need of a coordinator, she went above and beyond for my mother. She could not be happier with her service and compassion provided along the way and day-of event. Thank you, Meyer's Castle for an event we all will be talking about for years to come.

They have a few parking spaces in the front of the building with a larger lot in the rear. It was not too crowded and we were seated immediately. Our server Michaela was very friendly and suggested a few food items for my wife which were GF. I started with the House Old Fashion and my wife had the Bee's Knees. Both were very good and cost 10.00 each. For lunch I tried their Pecan Whiskey BBQ wings. 5 wings cost 10.00. They were good size and very tasty but I didn't taste any of the Pecan Whiskey flavor. My wife had the Barbacoa Tacos which were filled with braised beef. She could only eat 2 of them so I had the third taco. Flavorful but I would have preferred more salsa or a dipping sauce. I wanted to try their Drop Dead Bourbon separately so I had a small tasting. I loved it so much I bought a bottle to bring home. Cost was 60.00. The history of this distillery dates back to 1857 and is one of Illinois' oldest standing distillerys and was once Al Capones largest bootlegging facility during prohibition. I would love to go back and try a few more of their hand crafted cocktails and one of their signature burgers.

When we were in college we would gather around the tv set and cackle for the hour-long special. Kenny Howell and Pierre were two of the first comedians to appear on the show and we couldn't wait to see them live! EBT is a nice-sized venue in the south suburbs with chic decor. The only issue I had was with the service. I arrived about 15 minutes after my party and the already had drinks. They informed me to go to the bar to order because no servers were coming around (although I saw several wandering about aimlessly). I ordered a drink and since I was informed about the slow waiters, o ordered food as well...the Parmesan garlic chicken wings with fries. The bartender was very friendly and fast and I wanted to leave her a nice tip on my card, but there was no tip option. So strange cuz you can literally buy a Streetwise newspaper from a Streetwise vendor and there's a tip option on their not-pad. had to scrounge up some singles from my bottomless purse to tip her. ANYHOO, I go back to my table and told my crew I ordered food and if they wanted some, they needed to go to the bar. As they hemmed and hawed, a disgruntled young man came by and disgruntledry (yes, I make up words ) took their food order. Moments later a server came with my order and asked me to pay but I told her I paid at the bar. She looked at me skeptically but I insisted I did and she should go ask the bartender. About 15 minutes later the disgruntled dude came back with everyone else's order his disgruntledness was so obvious, we were slightly uncomfortable. But that's when I noticed you could leave tips on the waiters iPads. The lady came back around to check on us so I bought another drink and gave her a tip. I mean, ain't nobody out here waiting tables for no tip. We all shared wings, tacos, salmon and jerk rolls and the other good part is that the food was phenomenal! Perfectly seasoned, sauced and no leftovers. The other great thing about EBT is the owner Tiffany. What a gracious host! She was friendly, hospitable and made everyone feel comfortable. You can tell she cares about her establishment. I hope she's able to find a good FOH manger/supervisor to help that aspect of the biz run smoother. All in all, it was a great experience and I'll definitely be back for another show. If you're a city-dweller, it's worth the trip.

Unfortunately the parking lot is very small, but I arrived early so I didn't have a problem. I don't know why some event spaces do this, but to get into the bathroom stall, you have to turn sideways because the toilet is very close to the stall door. I love the loft looking ceilings. I'm considering hosting an event here. I'm not sure if the owner herself offers decorating services, but the place was impeccably decorated.
