Out of 7 different St. Augustine/Daytona taxi companies that I contacted, theirs was the cheapest by a decent margin. Norma was kind and thorough. She looked up our flights and made sure we were leaving on time. Traffic was bad that day, so she called us, and sent the driver early so we'd make it to the airport on time. Peter picked us up at my in-laws, helped us load luggage, tried to make a little small talk, but then we lapsed into a comfortable silence. The car was clean, and smelled fine, no smoke or other weird odors. He dropped us off at the wrong check-in bay, but it wasn't a far walk. Overall, it was a safe, comfortable drive, for a lower than average price, and I ended up where I needed to be and on-time!

When I arrived at the Brightline Station, there was no driver. I called the number provided and they did not answer and the voicemail box was full. I text and still no response. I was alone, in the dark at night at the train station. Luckily, a very nice uber driver accepted my request and arrived in 15 minutes. FYI - the uber was 33% cheaper than the price Rocket Taxi quoted. I called Rocket Taxi the following day to find out what happened and they did not pick up. The voicemail box was cleared so they definitely received my message from the night before. I left a voicemail and, to date, have never received a response. For all they know or care, I could still be waiting at the Brightline station. Do not book with these folks for yourself or your loved ones as you/they could be left on their own and, potentially, in a dangerous situation with no help. Buyer BEWARE.
