The woman on the desk told me there would be a 20 minute wait to be seated outside, though only 4 tables were taken and like 20 were empty. Not waiting. So I just sat at the bar and had lunch. It was a good move. The bartended was great! She was funny and fun and efficient! I decided on the chicken enchiladas but modified the sides a bit. It took about 30 minutes for them to arrive and the order was 100% correct. You can never go wrong with Cheesecake Factory. My San Peligrino and the enchiladas came to $27 before it. I skipped the yummy looking cheesecake due to the calories. The "regular" cheesecake is 850 cal. The carrot cake is 1750 cal. The other cheesecake offerings fall between in calories. We had mainly appetizers for lunch time. Daughter had spicy rigatoni with grilled chicken, & my son and I had the zucchini fries, & chicken tenders with a side of fries. The fries weren't really needed as the zucchini fries were great in itself. I could have eaten a bowl of this awesome appetizer. The bread was just wolfed down as my pregnant daughter was overly hungry and then said if we ate more we may not be able to eat what we ordered. We came here for my nephew's birthday on Friday night. As soon as we arrived, we were seated. However, the first waitress we got, was not good. She appeared to be tired as she was not smiling and not friendly. Also, the small plate I got was dirty and she seemed to be annoyed when I pointed it out. She did replace it. Saturday was a perfect day of post-Christmas shopping at Dolphin Mall in Doral. With the holiday rush behind us, I scored some great deals and capped off the evening with a new movie. By the time the credits rolled at 10 PM, I was starving and knew there was only one spot nearby that's been consistently great for years "The Cheesecake Factory". Upon arrival We were seated in seconds, and our amazing waitress, Alice, introduced herself and immediately started helping us with our order. I was parched, so I kicked things off with an ice-cold Corona straight from their freezers, served in an equally chilled glass, exactly what I needed. For appetizers, I went with the stuffed mushrooms, which were absolutely delicious. Wanting to keep it light for the main course, I ordered the cheeseburger sliders with a side of buttered corn. The sliders were spot-on, and the corn was buttery perfection. The grand finale? Alice recommended the BASQUE cheesecake for dessert, and wow it was beyond good! Her suggestion was a game-changer, and her attentive service throughout the night made the experience even better. Simply because we don't have one in Tallahassee and I missed their cheesecake. Have to tell you I could not finish the cheesecake with Elian D. It was much too sweet! Had lunch here with my son for his birthday accompanied by my best friend and her son. The waiter took about 7 minutes to greet us. He was quick to get our order, it was lunch time so it was lively. The spinach dip appetizer we got was bland and underwhelming. I ordered their well mannered dirty martini and that was a 10/10. My best friend's passion fruit mojito was a 6/10 it was well crafted but something was missing. The food came out and it looked good. Had a great brunch there this past weekend. We had pancakes with bacon and some rolls since we were not very hungry. The pancakes were so good we didn't leave any traces on the plate. They were fluffy and just the right consistency. We had to ask for the whipped cream as it wasn't brought at the beginning, but it was just a condiment we could've eaten them by themselves. The bacon was great, smokey with a touch of sweetness and perfectly crispy. The egg roll sampler was pretty good, with the exception of the avocado one. It was just too mushy and bland for me. This past Saturday night at 5:00pm. The small young hostess tried to sit us at a booth with a double stroller and too high chairs at the end side-by-side that don't even fit side-by-side at the table... when I asked her where we're supposed to put two high chairs at this booth??? she said at the end side-by-side with a smart ass face and walked away. So my husband said forget it let's go to Pf Changs... I told the hostess we are leaving because this table doesn't accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 high chairs) properly and you obviously could careless. So we start walking out and when I turn around in her direction as we are leaving she is talking shit about my family and making VERY obvious nasty faces. So I always feel the need to make sure they know how rude they are and told her, her faces are unnecessary considering she was trying to squeeze 2 highchairs side by side instead of being patient and doing the job..... then walked away again. My husband said not to even get the manager because we know nothing happens. The young generation gives zero shits about customer service and there aren't hard enough consequences for treating people like shit. I loved how she described the selected menu items which sold me every time. I was going to go with the Peach Bellini, but she said the Georgia Peach was much more flavorful. Indeed she was so right! The ladies had ordered some delicious crispy Brussel sprouts and Zucchini fries. The fresh bread was so delicious. For the entree I just couldn't decide and then narrowed it down to a shrimp pasta. The waitress recommended the Bistro Shrimp Pasta which was really good. After this I decided to get a cheesecake to share with the Hubby. There were sooooooooo many options on the menu.
