We were sat quickly but were waiting a good 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from any of the waitresses passing by us. This is not like a regular fluffy pancake with apples on top, it's buttery, egg-y, sugary, dense and intense and also way more food than one person should eat but it is amazing and totally worth the 30 minute wait! Disappointed We arrived on Sunday, July 25, 2021 late afternoon to find out they were closed early at 2:00pm instead of there usual time 3:00pm. We visit often this location there was not any reason for them closing early. The Hostess was kind enough to open the front door that was locked to notify us they were closed today at 2:00pm. Upon other times we have visited we have seen even preferred customers to be attended after there usual closing hours. We even have seen customers arrived closed to there closing time and still they are accepted in and provided seating. Mind you: the North Miami (Adventura location) before COVID open till 6pm. The food was good I got the pancakes, French toast, and a side of bacon. The pancakes kinda tasted like pancake mix and didn't have the chocolate chips inside. They are baked and fluffy and full of great flavor. They are also huge so probably 1 is enough for 2 people to share. The pancakes are also very delicious and light. I was also very impressed at how fast the food came out. That's always a bonus when your on a tight schedule during the work week.
