The food was pretty good. But, Instead of improving, the service is going downhill! I don't know what is going on with this restaurant. We come here pretty often. We were sat quickly but were waiting a good 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from any of the waitresses passing by us. After around 5 more minutes, I got the attention of one of the waitresses and asked to place our orders. The food came out pretty quickly and it was very good. Although I asked for crispy bacon and got lumpy bacon, lol. We had to hail down the waitress to ask for refills. One of the waitresses came to refill with such a sour look on her face . When we asked for the bill, I noticed that they charged for my coffee which was supposed to be included in the senior meal. This is twice that it has happened. First, this is a typical fast food pancake house so I'm rating it accordingly to what is expected from such a place. The service was great with friendly waitresses. The bathrooms were also clean. Disappointed We arrived on Sunday, July 25, 2021 late afternoon to find out they were closed early at 2:00pm instead of there usual time 3:00pm. We visit often this location there was not any reason for them closing early. The Hostess was kind enough to open the front door that was locked to notify us they were closed today at 2:00pm. Upon other times we have visited we have seen even preferred customers to be attended after there usual closing hours. We even have seen customers arrived closed to there closing time and still they are accepted in and provided seating. Mind you: the North Miami (Adventura location) before COVID open till 6pm.
