My child built a great relationship with all of them and it was clear he was learning and growing under their care. About 6 months ago they started using an app and I received regular updates and photos about how the day was going - loved this! The prior directors, Jessica and Anissa, and the current director, Misty, have all been great and have happily answered any question I had or engaged in a conversation if I had any concerns. Our childcare needs have changed now, but if we need a daycare again, OST will be at the top of our list for both care and value.

She has no concern for your child's or your concerns. I have three children that were all going there (10, 7, 2 years old). I had to move my two year old to another daycare due to him getting bitten and scratched constantly. I understand when you have a toddler things are bound to happen at daycare. My concern is when I brought this to Gianna's attention about the safety and reporting and consequences of behavior it was brushed off, like it wasn't that big of a deal. Every single week he was enrolled here he had one to three ouch reports sent home EVERY WEEK! The teacher Natasha was very nurturing and made sure to give my son tlc when this happened and was VERY transparent about all of the situations, she was able to explain what happened what she was able to do about it, but when I went to the director.... Uhg let's just say it didn't matter. I have never felt so disrespected by a care giver in my life! I had to speak with her a few times about this and every single time it wasn't as big of a deal as I was making it out to be. One time I had my 7 year old in the office with me and I was holding his hand talking to her about my concerns for my 2 year old and she literally got in my face and was extremely Rude and saying we can't do anything for your child since it's not the same child that has bit him... she then proceeded to say that if you feel your child is unsafe you should remove him from the program. Responsibility and accountability was always evaded with Gianna... instead of trying to fix the problem she would say well we can't separate the kids... well then maybe we should address biting... granted kids bite because they can't speak their frustrations... so as a director of the daycare what do we do about biting!? Her response was all we can do is separate them for that day and call the parents of the child that bit... okay... well on one side that makes sense but for my child to be bitten pretty much 5 weeks or so in a row by "different" kids hm... something needs to be addressed obviously! I got to a point where I didn't even feel comfortable talking to the director anymore. She seriously does not care about anything... the way that she speaks to children is absolutely ludicrous saying "get out of my face, you are a child you don't get to ask questions" talk about emotional abuse! I have so much going on in my life that I don't need a daycare that has a five star rating, I'm supposed to trust, to have no care in the world! Honestly, I just don't get it! Thankfully the regional director got involved and it will be handled accordingly. I still don't feel comfortable having conversations with the director though! I will go to the co director or the teachers before I talk to Gianna.. this was my first time putting my children in daycare because I've been a stay at home mom for ten years. This is why I would rather stay at home with my children because of stuff like this. I just want to let everyone know my situation because I don't want you to go in there blindly. If they got rid of Gianna I would probably put my 2 year old back into the school but knowing Gianna doesn't care much about children and the concerns for occurrences like this, I can't. Also, the bulling of her own staff is sad. The way that she tries to scare the people that work for her because SHE got in trouble is beyond me. In my opinion Gianna needs to go this is no way upper management should ever act! I am completely baffled!

On August…read more20, 2024, an inappropriate photo was taken of my child, as he was crying, and sent by text message in a group chat with staff and administration. The photo was taken in .5 to distort my child's face and made into a meme, stating "POV I'm left at day care all day." Five administrators sent a laughing response to the photo. For context, this photograph was taken at 4:30 p.m. during normal working hours when I trusted the day care to treat my child with respect and empathy while I worked to provide for him. My child was clearly in distress in the photograph; however, instead of treating my child with care or compassion, the staff at Wright Brothers chose to treat both myself and my child with mocking cruelty. The staff clearly felt no fear of repercussion as the administration was included on the chat and, in fact, laughed at the image. This exemplifies that the culture at Wright Brothers does not give respect to the children or the parents who are trusting them with their children while they work.

Her teachers take excellent care of her and the other children in her class, she has fun and learns so much every day. This is so much more than just a place where she's safe while her dad and I are at work: it's a nurturing learning environment, with caring teachers who she loves like family, in classrooms with minimum 4:1 ratios. She gets both English and Spanish, is fed healthy meals, given consistent naptimes, and is building real friendships with kids she's known for a long time. Miraculously, it's also less expensive than other places where we'd inquired. I was so lucky to get her in here. We're going to be moving out of state in the coming months, and taking my daughter from CAC is the hardest part of the move. I know we'll probably never find a place as good for her where we're going, and that breaks my heart.

They also have referrals for AZEip if your child needs it. This is NOT a money run business like you find at places like Adventure time with inconsistent staff. They even have rates for government employees. It took us 3 years to find the best place for our kiddo. Don't pass up Brichta without checking it out first. It is truly a west side gem. In addition to their regular curriculum they also offer enrichment class! During the day!!! While your little is already at school! Music! Sign Language! Spanish! Soccer! These are taught by actual instructors and coaches.
