Being a collectables/antique store requires expert level knowledge and attention to minute detail, unlike a thrift store. #3. Throwing things in a pile on filthy shelves with dollar store items and trash and pricing them like they are antiques or collectables without any of the proper steps outlined in #2 is simply an attempt to scam unwary consumers. #4. Props to you if you want to run a thrift store, this is a truly needed service in our community. Pricing needs to reflect the values of "thriftiness". No special attention needed for items you intended to sell in your thrift store. Just put the stock out and price as if it were a garage or estate sale of items of unknown value or quality. #5. Attempting to "police" your thrift store for "flippers" ends in the result described in #3. This is HUGE, if your items have been donated, you received them FREE OF CHARGE! Think really hard about how you answer this... How can you, with a decent heart and soul, price your items so high that the ones who truly need them, can not afford them?? You're basically stealing from good-hearted souls who think a needy child will receive their donation at a very reasonable price...or an elderly person on a limited budget will be able to afford their donated items? You're ensuring that only resellers and collectors will be able to purchase the FREE items! You're making a huge profit off of FREE items that are donated for the needy! The last time was today 09-02-18, she and Roxanne were absolutely a joy! We bombarded both of them with questions, an exchange, and a inquiry regarding placing an order for my granddaughter's checkered Vans. They handled our craziness with ease and kindness. She also provided my granddaughter some advice for handling her ringlet hair curls by jotting down the name of a product she uses. You don't find that kind of customer service any more. I finally got to try the Walmart bakery for a custom heart cake. The man that took my custom order said he wasn't sure if the decorator would be able to execute it but he/she did amazing! When I came to pick it up around 9:40PM I was told if I arrived a bit later i would've missed them, but I checked beforehand and bakery hours state they close at 11PM? So not sure if hours are accurate. I got a 10 inch cake for $24, it's a steal. So yummy and the cake wasn't dry at all!! I would definitely recommend, their team is talented.

After 2 delay notices today, the last 1 at 9:00 p.m. we were informed it will be "sometime tomorrow". That was my kids dinner. This is the 2nd time in 2 days we've had to go without because of this Walmart. My daughter has the only car at work, or I could go myself. This is why we depends on delivery. We ended up having to cancel our order last night, so we did without yesterday too. This Walmart is unreliable and doesn't care about anything but the all mighty buck. Never going back. I'll drive clear across town to go to the other Super Walmart. Avoid this Walmart on Marine Blvd. in Jacksonville, N.C. if at all possible.
