The place is busy. Looking for a piece of luggage. Tried to open but they are all locked. I guess people load them up and walk right out the door. How sad. Anyway, had to wait for a manager to really check them out. The manager was very helpful. The luggage was $95 and I will let you know how it holds up after I get back from Morocco. Also picked up two long lounge dresses for $10 each. Dianne at check out was very friendly and kind. The only thing about the store is that where the carts are it is very dirty. It is also messy. I was visiting from out of town for a wedding and I was in desperate need of a formal wedding outfit. I went in looking at the clothing options I had and I must say that I came across such an amazing employer by the name of Julie. Her personality and hospitality was so pleasing. Is zero stars an option?? Line is HUGE and only one cashier working. No other employees in the store. If I didn't have a return, I wouldn't wait. The store is constantly ran by one cashier at night, but with a line this long the wait is easily over 30 minutes to check out. On a Saturday... come on. It isn't fair to the employee either. read more

Time for school and this is the place to go for some awesome deals. I wasn't expecting much when I went inside but lo and behold I was indeed surprised! The store was clean and very well put together. I was able to locate things I need and even things I didn't need! Sigh.. Lol I noticed that they have clearance items placed throughout the store so be sure to look around so you don't miss these what seems to be hidden sections! The ladies powder room was clean and tidy which I was thankful for as some places do not take pride in cleaning. I do recommend coming here for awesome deals and if you are like me you want quality in your items , but that doesn't mean you have to go broke in doing so. This is my go to place for clothes shopping in Jacksonville. It's usually crowded and fairly picked over because it's the only location around. I went in today and the shelves and racks were heavily picked over. A lot of items are damaged so you need to carefully check for rips, etc. before purchasing. Some aisles are very narrow, especially over in home goods. Staff are usually friendly and I never had an issue returning items that don't work. read more

Although its during the day on the weekend there werent manybsales associates there. I was asked by 3 different people if I worked there all looking to get questions answered. I waited for 10 minutes at the fitting room waiting for someone to show up to get my clothes. I finally just walked in and left and came back 3 times and everytime there was no one around. I spotted the two secret shoppers immediately one was on his phone and the other was too obvious not to notice. I hope they hire more staff before the holidays. The other thing Im confused about is how is it they have about 10 suit selections and the sizes are for people 6ft. 38's - 42s are real sizes. read more

I came in today originally looking for onesies for my niece. A lady noticed I looked a little lost and I was considering I don't have children of my own, she helped me out and showed me all around. Great place to come too if you're looking for a 4XL large coat or blue jeans with rhinestones or money as the print on your clothing. Even the sports apparel is made for people that are 4XL or bigger or people just like to wear for XL size shorts while they play basketball or workout in. I'm only writing a review to share my terrible first time here. I'm 7 months pregnant and before I could enjoy looking around, I had to pee of course. When I walked in the women's bathroom I almost puked because the smell of crap was so so over powering. Another women said "it's always like this". I mean, come on.! All four stalls were occupied with pooping women & then when one finally became free.. there was crap in the bottom of the toilet & pee all over the seat.! Who raised these women to leave a restroom like that? I will probably never go back, it was that unpleasant. I mean the smell alone was enough to send me running for the hills. read more
