I seldomly shop at Gap, but I decided to stop in this Gap store in Ross Park Mall. I did not find any regularly priced merchandise that I liked, but I decided to purchase two shirts that were on clearance. At the checkout counter, an employee promptly scanned my shirts and processed my payment. She kindly thanked me for my purchase. In the store, I had held the shirts up to me, and they looked as if they would fit my body. At home, however, when I tried on the shirts, one was too small and one was too large, although they were the same size. I concluded that Gap has inconsistent sizing. Well, I spent only $16 total on the two shirts, and I will donate them to charity.

The sales girl and floor manager would not listen to us and refused to exchange a pink jacket that was given as a gift online to my granddaughter for her birthday. I was really taken back by her attitude towards us and unwillingness to help us. She insisted we were unable to exchange an item purchased online that was a gift. I got this off their website when I got home: (Returning or Exchanging a Gift Did you get a gift that's the wrong size or color? We can help you exchange it for another item or a gift card). Clearly she needs educated about her place of employments policies. Unbelievable and ignorant!

Getting into this location can be somewhat awkward at times based on the parking lot layout, but catch it on a quiet day and you can have the store to yourself. Always a friendly staff, but the men's section can sometimes be a mess. My most recent visit had multiple sale racks just jammed together with not much access.

The racks and shelves were packed with merchandise. Their prices were moderately high. Many years ago, I loved J.Crew's dresses, but they no longer make many of them. At the checkout, I did not have to wait in line for long. I bought two t-shirts for $41 total. The employee correctly rang up my purchase and thanked me. I like the fit and style of the t-shirts, but their fabric wrinkles.

I did notice that they didn't seem to have as much for boys as they do for girls and you do have to watch because there are some things there that do have small stains and rips and some of the stuff is a little overpriced for used clothing but overall you're getting amazing deals here, especially if you're looking for name brands. They also have baby equipment, furniture, and toys and it all looked like it was in great condition too! I'll definitely be shopping here again!

OK no, I like Lush, Body Shop, VS, and others. But Hot Topic might be my fave. I have shopped in this Maurices at least a couple of times. During my most recent visit, the store was fully stocked and well organized. As for styles, I am middle-aged, and I always think that some of the clothes look to be for senior women rather than young or middle-aged women, so I would like to see some younger styles. Furthermore, I consider the prices to be moderate, such as $40 for a sweatshirt. I appreciated the clearance section in the back.

Once finding what fit was right for my body, all I had to do was pick a shirt I wanted and they brought it from the back individually wrapped. During check out, I was then offered & excepted a "palate warmer" which spoke to the brand and their attention to creating a phenomenal customer experience.
