Terrible customer service. I will not recomend this place to any family with kids! The girl who supposedly take care of us was pushing me to order fast because it was a long line and I have 2 little daughters and made me feel not comfortable at all. The staff here is always so welcoming. The place is kept tidy even during the long summer days when there was an abundance of kids. The flavor of their soft serve ice cream is one of the best my family and I have ever had. We have been visiting about once a week throughout the summer. We love visiting chill hill after dinner in Vickery. The folks there are incredibly kind and the place is always clean and has DELICIOUS yogurts and ice cream with plenty of toppings to choose from. Such a great piece of our neighborhood. Grab a scoop and let the kids play on the green space. read more

The family loves this place, lots of flavors and toppings. You pay by the cup size and you get to put as much or little of any of the toppings. The staff is always polite and they have traditional had dipped ice cream also. read more

Came here on Sunday afternoon to enjoy a little ice cream. Staff was very friendly, let me try whatever I wanted to and was very patient with me and my other half. Ended up getting the Cappachino Crunch in a waffle cone, very delicious. Definitely come back! read more

Never been here before and reviews looked good. I will say this.... there were signs outside about social distancing BUT why bother with that when your employee wears no gloves or mask? As he leaned into the ice cream tub to scoop my flavor, all I could think was, ooh look at his face practically in the ice cream... if his nose was running, it would run into the tub of ice cream... I guess this Pandemic has made me extra sensitive but I will not be back here until this business decides to keep their customers ( and employees) safe and mandates masks/gloves for their staff. I'd have given them 5 stars bec the ice cream was delicious but they got a 3 bec if reasons cited. read more

Be prepared for an expensive ice cream, a one tiny scoop cone and a one tiny scoop cup, $6.49. A very small scoop. No toppings. The quality was as good as you can get anywhere else. My wife and I bought a gallon of ice cream and some cones. Now we make our own and sit in front of the store in the park. New: Tried 2018, and owner redid to a small cup 4.00 Build your own. Now it is reasonable. read more

The Chill Hill is the perfect spot to come relax and have a frozen treat. I love the laid back atmosphere outside with tables and beach chairs. The inside can get a little crowded because it's a small house. On to the yogurt, I have been to every FroYo shop within 50 miles of my house and this one has got to have the most exotic and unique flavors. The yogurt & sorbet is more sweet than tart but still really good considering very few shops offer these kinds of flavors. I tried the watermelon, blackberry & the Italian Tart and decided on a mix of blackberry & Italian tart topped with fresh fruit of course. It was really good the tart really toned down the sweetness of the blackberry and it made for a splendid combination. My favorite part about this place is that it's in the middle of Vickery Village which is a pretty happening spot most nights but at the Chill Hill lounging in the courtyard outside eating my yogurt I almost feel like I'm on the beach relaxing without a care in the world. read more

This is my new favorite froyo spot. Located right in the center of the Vickery Village near the lawn area, it's the perfect hang out spot. I visited a ton of froyo places and this is the first and only one that I have been to that does not base their price off of weight. Instead they have a set price for each size and you can out as much frozen yogurt and toppings as you want. For someone like me who likes a lot of frozen yogurt, this is awesome news! And to top it off, the prices are reasonable. Another thing I liked about this place was were lots of different froyo options from sugar free, fat free, sorbet, and regular. The employees are willing to let you try as many flavors as you like with sample cups. All you have to do is ask. If you're not a frozen yogurt fan, they also offer hand dipped ice cream and popsicles. I tried the chocolate chip cookie dough froyo and cookies and cream froyo. Both tasted amazing! After ordering, I took my froyo outside and sat on the lawn. You can't beat that. Love this location and their froyo! Check them out if you are in the Cumming area and looking for an awesome dessert place. read more

Yum Yum Yum....I come here about 3 times a week for lunch(usually just the California Tart with blueberry and raspberry). Self-serve frozen yogurt with toppings from the most healthy such as fruit to more kids friendly toppings such as cookie dough and M&Ms. The flavor changes daily depend on the season. This place is very kid friendly and will cool off the heat of GA. Take as much or as little as you like because they charge per ounce(40 cents I believe). Enjoy :) read more

The Chill Hill is centered on a square in Vickery Village. Once you get your choice of ice cream or frozen yogurt you can eat then throw the ball with the kiddos in the square. There are over 10 choices of ice cream and a wall of frozen yogurt with plenty of topping choices. They have sugar and waffle cones as well. We go frequently and have always had great customer service. A few weeks ago they had a deal of fill a cup with frozen yogurt and toppings for 5 bucks. The cup was the perfect size for an adult. Highly recommend. read more

My wife and I visited on a Friday night, and this is honestly some of the best ice cream I've ever had. I got black cherry, my wife got the very special bananas foster. I highly recommend both. And the staff were friendly and served us quickly, and didn't get exasperated when we wanted to try a dozen flavors. read more

The ice cream here is the best ice cream. They source from Greenwood which is hands down the best I've ever had. Super friendly staff. They kept the door open after 9pm so my wife and I could sneak some sweets before bed. It's a cute little place in the heart of Vickery village. The froyo is standard fair. Yummy stuff. I would have no problem if they expanded to milkshakes. I will give fifth star once I get a milkshake. read more

Great experience! The best ice cream and frozen yogurt ever! The key lime bar is a must try. Paul the owner is always there and very friendly. Brings back an old school charm. It's great to sit outside in the courtyard and enjoy your frozen treat. I like that you can bring your dog by and get them a drink outside. Must try this spring and summer. read more

There were two elbow macaroni mixed in. The cornbread was mushy and covered in gravy. It tasted fine, I just would have preferred more texture. Both beers were very good. I had a sour to start that was like a very tart pink lemonade. The pink color came from blueberries but I'm not sure I detected any blueberry flavor. My second beer was That Coconut Porter and it was mellow and smooth with good coconut flavor and nice dark color. There was lots of street parking and many shops and restaurants in the area. A band began playing in the taproom next to the restaurant at some time. Also a large outdoor space that was full of kids running around playing as I was going home. Looked like a fun place for everyone.

I witness the owner berating an employee of another business for parking in the car lot. She was obviously injured and required assistance to her work. The owner continued to scream at this lady even after she broke down crying while trying to explain that she was injured. At this point he continue his harassment by asking how she was injured. The lady then said she would move her car and then he then yells NO you do not move your car and demanded that she tell him her name. The woman got into her car and left. I don't know how good the ice cream is but I will not ever give that man any business. I hate a bully. read more

They have so many different treats to choose from, including ice cream, fudge, chocolates, caramel apples, and just about every sweet you can think of. It almost makes it impossible to decide! I really appreciated that they let us sample the ice cream before ordering, and they even offered samples of the fudge. That definitely made choosing a little easier. The ice cream was incredibly creamy, rich, and full of flavor. You can tell it's high quality, and every bite was delicious. The shop itself is adorable, the staff was friendly, and the whole experience just felt fun. Whether you're craving ice cream or just want to browse all the homemade sweets, it's definitely worth stopping in. I'd absolutely go back to try more of their treats!

Ice cream - 5 stars Service- 2 stars…read more Just went in for my first Handel's experience. No other customers were there, so it was quiet. There were two employees that we saw- one guy, one girl. The guy was absolutely miserable from the moment we walked in. He held the door for us, that's a plus, didn't greet us didn't say a word. Maybe he was upset he had to pause his music in his AirPod. Acted like we were bothering him even though we ordered something super simple and rather quickly for our first time. The two stars are for the girl who at least greeted us with a smile and told us to have a nice day. You work at an ice cream place not the Forsyth county jail. Have a damn smile on your face. As an ex ice cream shop employee life does not suck that bad.
