They seem so used to people having this issue and there is just nothing to be done about it other than give you a substitute item. Lastly, and most importantly, they wear gloves, the same gloves, for everything. It was disappointing to see someone come from the back with disposable gloves on, touch just about every surface in the front as they restocked, and then rearrange all of the pastries with the same gloves.
