The Chocolate Curtain provides an outstanding service and goes above and beyond. Both Erin and Jason are very professional and nice people. I love the taste of their chocolate and their special treat - home-made "coconut marshmallows", which they have once in a while (those have to be ordered in advance as I understand). They are capable of serving very large parties too. I remember Erin serving at an event with hundreds of people which also had at least a hundred kids - and the table was always clean and presentable. She was on top of the ball, had time for everyone and was doing everything with ease. Chocolate Curtain did a phenomenal display at my wedding. We had three fountains and they dyed the white chocolate fountain a light blue color in the evening. The set up was beautiful and the guests loved it! The coordinators stayed by the table all night and were very responsible at set up and breakdown. I worked with Jason and he was very easy to communicate with, very responsive and all and all, one of the better vendors I had. I docked one star b/c the pricing was still a little steep for what I had originally discussed. We had communicated about 6-9months prior on one price agreement but b/c several months had passed and their pricing changed, he wasn't able to honor the original pricing we had discussed prior. Not Jason's fault and pricing does change for companies. Jason still managed to throw in a few nice perks regardless so I appreciate that! (My photobooth company on the other hand stuck with our original pricing agreement 1.5 years later so i guess i was spoiled with them.) In any case, if you're looking for a chocolate fountain vendor, this is DEFINITELY the place you want to use. We had the 34" fountain at our wedding recently and it was a huge success. They even had the fountain up and running almost a full hour earlier than we had asked them too. We had planned to have it start running after dinner, but they had it going during the reception which everyone loved. We got compliments throughout the night on the fountain, and most of them were from adults (though the kids were mesmerized by it)! The general consensus on the best dipping item was the cream puffs, though the rice krispies were a close second. Sean was extremely communicative about all the options and costs. Our building needed an insurance and we had a decent amount of back and forth for getting that in order because our building has very strict policies but Sean worked with us through all of that.
