I wanted to throw-out a Great Big "shout-out" to Splurge and Ric for everything they did to make our wedding day come true. This was COVID style wedding, which meant we couldn't have our 250 guests but had to settle for 1/10th the size because of all the restrictions. You'd think that would be lots of stress but when Ric took over all the stress went away. We changed locations and vendors. Splurge to the rescue with less than 2-weeks to Prep! I hate to micro-manage and Ric assured us that if you put your "trust" in him, all would come out perfect. Ric has that "A" personality who takes over, this made our event turn out Fantastic. Excellent table settings, including upgraded chairs, personalized water bottles, champagne bottles, hand sanitizer (covid-19) and Favors were at every place setting. Other personalized items were cones, service aprons, entry banner, windows and bar signs. The wedding cake was great. He also took care of all the flowers and they looked wonderful. The meal was extraordinary too. A bonus was he went and got fresh Premium Sourdough french bread that morning for our meals. 14 years ago Splurge handled my wedding. I was a fist year teacher and my husband was just starting his career in construction. My wife and I had Splurge cater and plan our entire wedding. Ric and his entire staff were AMAZING. If we could, we would love to give this review 6 stars!! Seriously, Ric surprise and delighted us many times throughout the whole planning process and overdelivered on our special day. He was EXTREMELY pleasant to work with. We had almost nothing planned 1-2 months before our wedding (except the venue was booked), and he came in and figured EVERYTHING out for us, with very little effort and time needed from us. We were extremely worried and stressed with our busy lives, yet Ric comforted us and made us feel everything was going to be fine. He got us an amazing wedding coordinator, awesome DJ, fantastic wedding officiant, and took care of all the big things (vendors, tents, tables, flowers) and went over the top on all the small things (personalized aprons for the staff, personalized glasses for all our guests, custom printed stickers, signs, etc.) Though Splurge is not "inexpensive", they are definitely not crazy expensive like many folks we talked to. So the prices were fair and the results were the best - my wife and I couldn't have imagined a better day and 95% of the event/planning magic was due to Ric and his team. Went to an event that was catered by them so I won't be able to comment on price. Some of the food was the "usual suspects" fruits, cheeses, veggies, crackers, olives, etc.. The presentation was pure eye candy. Huge flower bouquets, tiered presentation and flowers everywhere even on the serving trays that they used to pass out appetizers. The appetizers were little bites of goodness. The salad was my favorite with candied pecans and a nice selection of add-ons like shrimp, chicken and shaved parmesan cheese. The servers were very attentive to the guests. Always offering you an appetizer, picking up plates and glasses, replenishing the food tables and making sure you had a drink. The non-alcoholic bar had a large selection with at least ten different drinks to choose from and a friendly bartender. Besides a beautiful bouquet the bar also had a fish bowl filled with those little orange fish crackers. The serving utensil was so cute it was a little fish net you would normally use for an aquarium. The chocolate fountain had it all. Sugar cookies, marchino cherries, rice crispy treats, marshmallows, Madeleines, Oreos, coconut macaroons, mini croissants, dried apricots and strawberries. 5 star presentation and service. read more

If you are looking for a caterer that will literally do everything for you, Splurge is it! They can do everything from your flowers to food! We have so many amazing memories from our wedding day! Rick met with my husband and I a few times to get our ideas of what we wanted out of our day and we let him run with it and man...He really went above and beyond!!! We had our ceremony at our church and they were able to transform our church into a beautiful ceremony with cute white chairs, beautiful floral arrangements, pictures of my husband and I in the hallways leading into the sanctuary, and a beautiful isle for us to walk down. When we arrived at the reception site from as we walked up my husband and I realized that the while some of the staff of Splurge had aprons with our names and wedding date monogrammed on the apron or vests with the pattern from our wedding and Rick even had a shirt that coordinated!! The Detail was amazing! It doesn't end there....then in the cocktail hour area they even had a chaise sofa re upholstered to match the theme of our wedding! The staff welcomed everyone with passed appetizers and there choice of wine, beer or non alcoholic. Seriously!...it was so great! As the bride and groom they brought us a plate of amazing food so we didn't have to go through the buffet line and also took care of our parents.
