I love visiting the Aquarium Restaurant. It's one of my family's favorite places to go. The atmosphere is truly magical--every time we walk in, it feels like stepping into an underwater world. The giant tank is well maintained with vibrant sea life; my daughter is mesmerized by the tank every time! Watching her light up at the passing stingrays and schools of fish makes our visits even more memorable. The staff is always attentive, the food is delicious (especially the cocktails and desserts) and the whole environment is perfect for special occasions with the family. The Aquarium Restaurant truly delivers. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed a recent visit to meet up with family staying in town near Opryland. It has been many years since I visit last. I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service was good as well. I enjoyed fresh and chip platter and it was good. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their meals as well. Ambiance is what you come for and loved seeing the fish. Plenty of viewing walking around too.

Yes this is a tourist trap but I don't care. I went to Aquarium Restaurant with my friends back in college and never wrote a review (shame on me). My friend wanted to come back so we made this a priority on our weekend getaway. We arrived Friday night and we were surprised that we did not have to wait at all to be seated. They did ask if we had a reservation so I highly suggest getting one even if you might not need it. The theming is amazing. Every small detail down to the salt and pepper shakers are themed after the ocean. They also have a massive tank with all different types of marine life in the middle of the restaurant. The menu specializes in different seafood dishes but they do provide other options if you're not a big fan of seafood. I ended up ordering the Louisiana Cajun Pasta and loved it. The portion was huge and had a spicy kick to it. It comes with spinach but the team was very accommodating in removing it due to a dietary restriction. They even put a wooden flag in the bowl so they made sure no spinach went in the dish. Since it's a tourist trap, it can be expensive. My dinner alone was 25 dollars so it's not a place I would visit often. If the restaurant wasn't as elaborate as it is, it wouldn't be worth the price but I think the experience is worth the splurge

Very cool experience, but reservations are a must -- and they are serious about timing. You only get about a 15-minute grace period, so arrive early. The highlight is definitely the ambiance. Walking through the tunnel when you arrive is awesome, and dining while surrounded by fish is a unique experience. You can also walk around and enjoy the aquarium, which is fun. The food was decent. This is definitely a place you go for the experience rather than the food. Overall, a fun and memorable stop, especially for first-timers in Nashville.

We were visiting the Opry Mills Mall when I saw the sign for the Aquarium Restaurant. I had heard from a friend that it was a really great place. I was with my family and I told them we had to stop in. Later, we were meeting some friends for dinner, so we decided to just have some drinks at the bar. The 200,000 gallon tank is in the middle of the restaurant and tables surround it. There is room for people to walk around it and stand in front of it without disturbing the diners. We saw stingrays, fish, eels and sharks, and I took plenty of pictures. I learned from their restaurant that they have mermaid shows. I will have to go back for that.

The Aquarium is in a mall. You can walk if you're able to walk a mile from the Gaylord Opry hotel. We drove. It's mostly fried food. Fun for kids because of the aquariums with fish. It's not my type of restaurant. We had the broiled crab cake and that was delicious. I had the Greek salad with shrimp. It was okay. My partner had the blackened catfish but they forgot to put the catfish on his plate. It reminds me of "The Rainforest Cafe" for those of you who know the place. It's busy. I'm a high class foodie so it's not a place I'd return to. Our waiter was bouncing and he was great! The wine was 1/4 glass for those wine concierges. Friday night reservations at 5:45. Enjoy. I gave it a 3 star due to it was noisy, LOTS of kids (naturally) and no Gluten Free options. Enjoy!

If you like aquariums, you'll love dining here. It was really cool to have dinner surrounded by sea life. The food was good--especially the scallops. Our server was friendly, and the food came out pretty quickly.

this is the first time eating here. we ordered the $22 appetizer. the cheese curds were cold so we had to send those back to get new ones. the crab dip contained no crab but shrimp and runny sauce. the quesadillas were ok. the fried alligator was tasteless. the main entree was the broiled platter. the lobster was ok and most of the platter. my son's French fries were cold so those got sent back. the restaurant was way too cold so it wasn't enjoyable. the food is overpriced!!! the aquarium was super cool too look at. that was the coolest part of dinner. military discount was nice. too expensive for the amount.

Beautiful Restaurant located inside the Opery Mills Mall. They have a large Aquarium fish tank centered in the middle of the restaurant and tables and booths spread throughout. There's no bad seat in this place. For an appetizer, we shared the castaway combo and for my entree the appetizer was good. There was fried gator, quesidillias, fried onions, fried cheese, crab dip w/chips. Plenty left over to take home. For my entree I ordered a chicken Ceasar salad (add shrimp). The food was mediocre at best. The Caesar dressing was good, but there was entirely too much on my salad. It made the salad super wet and not really enjoyable. The chicken and shrimp were good. My husband ordered the Cajun pasta. It lacked and flavour and by no means tasted like an ounce of Cajun. He ended up sending his food back and got a Ceasar salad as well. His was just as overly saturated with dressing as well. Our server was great. She was very attentive and kept apologizing for lack luster Cajun pasta. I had higher hopes for this place as I've came here once before and the food was great. Today, not so much.

Such an unique experience! It's like you're eating inside a giant fish tank. Watching the fish swim around while eating is a wonderful break from staring at a cell phone! We were even fortunate enough to see 2 mermaids swimming in the tank while we were there. The kids in the room loved it! I thought the food choices were great. There are several combination platters, and they don't give you a hard time about sharing. Portion sized were pretty large, and over all, we felt the food was pretty good. Yes, it's on the pricier side, but considering the location, we weren't surprised. And besides, someone had to pay for all that fish food!

We booked through OpenTable and they had our reservation ready when we arrived. We had a nice view of the aquarium which was worth everything for my kids. We had an appetizer and main courses, which were very tasty. My kids split a cheeseburger kids meal. The service was appropriately paced. Overall I would recommend this restaurant to people with kids. If you wanted to go here for a romantic date, you could do better.

Apparently only one section of the restaurant can accommodate 8 people and we were asked to wait. Despite calling ahead and confirming there was no wait for our group. We were flexible and suggested our group take two booths side by side. And was told no. Two different server sections and "policy " would not allow the split of servers. We happily suggested two servers, two checks, at two tables. Problem solved...but was told no, citing "policy". Ok...how about those two empty booths 4 feet away from each other? Are they in the same section? Yes, but we cannot split you up because you came in as a group? "That's our policy" Again the restaurant was half empty on a Sunday during brunch. And yet they could not seat us in separate booths that were right next to each other?? My questions are as follows: 1) Are you able to forward me a snippet of this "policy" the manager spoke of? The one that says groups cannot be split up at their request into adjacent booths with different servers and checks? 2) Does this policy also state that once server sections are drawn in dry-erase marker at the hostess stand, they are immoveable and permanent regardless of customer experience? 3) Let's assume for a moment that the ENTIRE restaurant was empty, except for a party of 8 in the dedicated larger party section. Moments later, another party of 8 walks in....would policy prohibit that 2nd party from being able to sit until the first party finished? Customer experience gets 1 star. This was our 2nd and final attempt at Keke's in Mt. Juliet. The first attempt - we made it into a booth with 7 people (one on the end), but the restaurant didn't have forks. This time, we switched things up and hit it for lunch instead. Good call. We grabbed seats at the bar, where Todd was holding down the fort. The guy was outstanding. Drinks never sat empty, food came out smoothly, and he somehow managed to be attentive without hovering over us every five minutes asking if everything was okay. My wife started with the Nashville Margue, which goes down way too easy for something packing moonshine. Light, refreshing, and carrying enough kick to remind you you're in Tennessee. Then Todd introduced us to a Bloody Mary made with a new pickle-infused vodka. Now, that sounds like one of those ideas that should either be amazing or a complete disaster. Turns out it's amazing. My wife loved it so much she's already talking about coming back tomorrow for another one. For food, we started with the pretzels and beer cheese. Simple. Warm. Soft. Salty. At $14.50, they are at least $1.50 less than the standard Broadway cocktails in the star bars, so iti s a less expensive option to get a drink. The Finch is everything you could want in an upscale restaurant: great atmosphere, great food,…read moregreat service! We had a larger (10) group celebrating two birthdays and the staff handled things without breaking a sweat. We arrived a few minutes late for our reservation but it was no bother as our table was still being prepared. On that note: highly recommend a reservation, this is a popular place! Once we were seated we had the pleasure of Nichelle, a wonderful waitress. She was on top of everything we needed or wanted and we had very little wait time for her return. Great service! And the food... DELICIOUS! As you can imagine, our group of ten had a good selection across the menu and there was not a single person who was disappointed. Everyone loved their amazing food. What tops everything off is the atmosphere here. It's popular so, as you can imagine, it's a bit noisy. However, I like to call it "lively". And they really nailed the physical design, so inviting and upscale. I'll stop there and simply say: check this place out, it's great!

So many great things about The Finch. My server, Savanna, was EXCEPTIONAL, like AMAZING. She was…read morebright, helpful, and attentive to the max, but not in an annoying way. She even went out of her way to get me a drink that had fallen off the menu a few weeks prior, a delightful cucumber spritz. The ambiance is awesome. As others have said, music isn't too loud, just pleasant in the background, so it would be ideal for having a conversation. The space is open, bright, light-filled, and stylish. Parking is in a private lot behind the restaurant and they validate parking for up to two and a half hours. I wish I could rave the same way about the food. While the cocktails were refreshing and they had a cocktail for every palate, my steak and eggs was bland. It came out a little closer to rare than medium, but I can live with that. But I am not sure I detected a speck of salt or pepper. The steak was at least tender and the sunny side up eggs were cooked appropriately. The potatoes were dry. And I did have the wagyu meatball appetizer. It's a large portion, so easily shared amongst two or three people. Cheesy and saucy with a little spice. The focaccia could've been toasted a little more. I considered the short rib hash, but my server told me it could be salty and hit or miss (I appreciate her honesty and she 100 percent should be praised for it). I came during brunch (even on a weekday). They also serve French toast, desserts, oysters, burrata, potstickers and tuna tartare, salads, burgers and other sandwiches. If you come for lunch or dinner, you can also get grilled salmon, blackened redfish, shrimp and grits, pastas (cajun chicken, pappardelle bolognese, tortellini) as well as various cuts of steak. It's conveniently located right across from the Frist Museum and is part of the Union Station Hotel. I would try this place again for dinner, but would skip the brunch. And again, Savanna was top tier! She deserves all the flowers!
