Clean interior good amount of machines

Cute claw arcade in Torrance with a decent number of machines, friendly staff and clean setup. 1 token per game on the larger machines but two plays per token on the smaller ones. Very cute selection of plushies and trade ups are possible but for the medium/large stuffies only. I've become somewhat of a regular of these arcades as they've been popping up in SoCal, and have become somewhat good at figuring out what helps for machines. Weight distribution matters and claw strength! I found that the small machines were much easier to win prizes (maybe by intention) and the larger machines had such cute prizes but loose grip strength in the claw making it harder to win the bigger, good prizes. So all of a sudden your tokens start vanishing quickly. I had 50 token credits and ended up with two medium sized plushies and 6 small items, which for me is on the smaller end of a haul. Still had fun but other claw arcades may give you a better win rate. Parking is plentiful, in the same lot as a Dollar Tree and several other stores.

Big machines are 1 coin per play, the small machines are 1 coin for 2 plays. It's a $10 minimum charge to play. Random but cute to do after having sushi next door

This was my first time going to a "Clawcade" it was super cute and we had a lot of fun. My youngest adult son loves claw machines and I really wanted to take him to a human claw machine, but we decided to go to a clawcade that would be fun for the whole family. This establishment is actually a great idea for all ages. I saw a lot of little kids; however, my adult boys as well as me and my husband enjoyed ourselves. We won quite a bit of stuffed animals so winning is very common here. Prices are actually very good. I was impressed how affordable it was for the whole family and I would highly recommend this clawcade for your next fun outing for your family. The downside is that it's not a big place, but there's a lot of machines and although it's busy, it's not too bad. If I was alot closer to this place I would come more often. Bakersfield needs something like this!

My husbands fun fact is that he is good at claw machines, he says that you have to be willing to invest time and money but if you stick with it then it pays off. I found this place while randomly finding a claw arcade in the SFV. He lit up when he went inside and said the claws were good! All machines were in good working order, the claws strength was just strong enough. There was a good variety of stuffiness I spent $60 which was there best value with one "free" stuffie. He played and won 14 which I think is too many....

We were lucky enough to win this cute Pooh Bear purse.

We really enjoyed a trip into this unique arcade that exclusively features claw style games where you attempt to pick up a prize with a mechanical claw. The arcade is near Kura revolving sushi so if it's busy at the sushi bar you can slip into this arcade for a little fun before having dinner. The claw games are extremely challenging but still fun to play. It may take awhile to win something or you may walk away without a win. Still the feeling in here is playful and fun with lots of different games and different prizes available. The service was outstanding too. The staff was attentive and friendly and helped us get comfortable before our game play.

Wide variety of prizes! Very clean inside and friendly staff. Most games are $1 per try. No issues while playing.

RUN, don't walk, to LA's newest claw machine arcade! This place is *ADDICTIVE*! Having eagerly anticipated The Clawcade's opening via social media, walking into this incredibly clean, well-lit trove of treasures was extra delightful! With 20+ machines, the adorable assortment of stuffed animals ranges from Hello Kitty + Friends to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to Winnie the Pooh backpacks and more. In addition to medium and large stuffies, there are 4 mini machines that are perfect for kids to play. Head Claw Master Christina and her team really make the experience! Christina is so friendly and is always happy to share her claw skillz, from giving you in-it-to-win-it tips to re-fluffing/re-filling machines. Thanks to Christina, we walked away with 7 stuffies the first time and 3 stuffies more recently! Whether you're looking for a fun family afternoon, date night, or party hosting venue, Clawcade promises awesome excitement for all! *So happy to support a local Asian-American family-owned business!*

The staff was EXTREMELY friendly! Very nice and welcoming. It was cute, spacious and fun! They have little mini ones too which was nice. I just moved here and it's definitely a place I'm going to bring my family too when they visit!!! The price for everything is pretty reasonable.

The workers were so nice and made sure our experience was well worth the drive. They have many really cute plushies to win! Store was clean and had AC. Definitely will be returning in the future.

I've been on a mission to play all the claw machines in LA and saw this new little spot. I put down $20 with a few yelp check-ins (you get $2 of coins each check-in) and ended up with two larger sized plushies. I felt the cranes were pretty fair compared to many other claw arcades that I've been to. The payouts seem to come more often than not and double tapping the button does indeed lock the claw into place. The trade up values wasn't really shown so I don't know if you can really trade up plushies for bigger stuff although it did say you could on the wall. Prizes were better IMO than other spots so I give this place a thumbs up for fairness and price. $1 per play, definitely a fun spot worth checking out in Gardena!

The food area is set up near the register area. They gave two 4ft tables to use here, so we had extra space.

We gave him a list of songs we'd like, and he rolled with the punches and went for it. He also led our guests in a jeopardy game about my husband and me, in order to dismiss the tables for the buffet food. He projected a powerpoint of us as a couple, growing up, in our respective towns. The guests absolutely LOVED him, as did we. We are quite happy that we chose RBH. I truly debated whether or not to leave this review because our wedding day itself still had some…read morebeautiful moments. However, after reflecting on the entire planning process, I feel future couples deserve transparency before making such a large investment. To start with the positives: the venue itself created a beautiful atmosphere for our wedding, Critic's Choice Catering was loved by our guests, and several setup details, including the welcome table and cake tables, were set up as planned. Many guests complimented the food throughout the evening. Unfortunately, the planning process behind the scenes was extremely stressful and, at times, disappointing due to repeated communication issues, inconsistencies, and preventable mistakes. From the beginning, Kaycie (the founder and coordinator) sold us on the venue by emphasizing that it was "all-inclusive" and offered things other venues did not. During our initial meetings, I specifically asked for an overall quote that included a dinner package so we could determine whether the venue fit within our budget. I trusted her expertise and guidance when she provided us with pricing, and because it fell within our budget, we decided to move forward. Several months later, we discovered that we had actually been quoted for an appetizer package rather than a dinner package. Kaycie stated that we had mentioned possibly bringing in our own catering company, but that was simply a question we asked while exploring options. It was never confirmed that we would be using outside catering. The difference in pricing was substantial, and we felt misled. When we raised our concerns, we were told that we should have noticed the pricing difference and asked more questions before submitting our deposit. As first-time wedding planners, we relied on the expertise we were paying for and expected accurate information from the start. Another concern involved what was actually included with the venue. During our tour, Kaycie proudly showed us a large book of linen options and explained that they offered far more choices than other venues we had visited. Later, we learned that glassware, china, silverware, tables, chairs, linens, and other essentials were not included as we had believed. As people who had never planned a wedding before, we did not know these items would need to be rented separately. We often felt like information presented in person did not align with information later provided through email. For larger weddings, I would strongly encourage couples to get every detail in writing and verify exactly what is and is not included. At one point, we were told, "We have no control over how you read and interpret our literature." As clients relying on the venue's expertise and documentation, that response felt dismissive rather than helpful. One of the biggest disappointments was the seating chart. Kaycie sent me another bride's seating chart as a template and instructed me to follow that format. I did exactly that and even asked her to review it beforehand to make sure everything looked correct. She confirmed it was fine. On the wedding day, however, families were split apart, couples were separated, parents were seated at different tables, and children were not seated with their families. We later learned that she had told some of our guests she could not fully read the chart. Had that concern been communicated beforehand, I would have gladly clarified it or come in myself to ensure it was set up correctly. Instead, one of the most important organizational pieces of the reception was mishandled despite us paying for coordination services and setup assistance. There was also a serious issue involving one of the bartenders, who we later learned was terminated. Multiple guests informed us that he refused to serve drinks unless they tipped him, despite the fact that we paid for bartending services and supplied all of the alcohol ourselves. Guests reported feeling pressured to tip, and one guest was even told, "I have rent to pay," before being asked to send money directly to him. Another guest was left in tears after an uncomfortable interaction. We were also told he attempted to charge for premium tequila shots using tequila that we had personally provided. Several guests commented that drinks were inconsistent and tasted different throughout the evening. I do want to recognize Brendon, the operations manager, who was kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic. He listened to our concerns, acknowledged that these issues should not have happened, and took accountability for the areas where they fell short. His response was the first time we truly felt heard during this process. I understand that no wedding is perfect and that unexpected issues can arise. However, communication, accountability, and professionalism are critical when couples are investing significant time, trust, and money into one of the most important days of their lives.

This is a great spot to checkout since it is only 15 min from the forum. When I was ordering my drink, I asked "do you have tasters or do you offer flights?" The female employee was just nodding her head as if I was bothering her with my questions and her giving me an answer was exhausting her. I tried to clarify.. "so yes you have both or just a flight?... so you offer flights?" I simplified it since apparently I was only getting yes and no head nods. She wasn't very friendly and only spoke when necessary. Mind you, it was a Wednesday at 5pm and the place was not busy. So it wasn't like there was a big game on and you are over annoying customers. There was nobody even in line when I showed up. My sister had the other employee help her and she said the same thing about her, not very friendly. I'm assuming it was the end of their shift and a male employee with facial hair took over. He was so nice. If I had a question about their offerings he would explain or suggest a sample. I remember he was nice and friendly the first time I went as well. All this to say, come for the beer and just be open minded about the customer service quality since it may be a hit or miss. I may give them another try because the beer is top notch. I really enjoyed all of their IPA's. Chubby Unicorn was one of the best milkshake IPAs I have had.
