Yes I always wanted to try ceramics and yes, I thought I might have an affinity for it, but I never would have expected it to change so much in my life in a positive way. The instructors here are something special. They have a rare ability to meet you exactly where you are -- whether you're a complete beginner fumbling through your first attempt at centering clay or someone who's been coming for months and is ready to push their skills further. They're generous with their time, patient without being condescending, and genuinely excited about what they do. That enthusiasm is contagious. What made me decide to become a member is the community. There's a warmth here that's hard to manufacture -- people cheering each other on and lifting one another up. It's a space where you can step away from screens and noise and just make something with your hands, surrounded by people who get it. I didn't expect to find that when I signed up for a ceramics class, but I'm so glad I did.

When you walk in, you register with your name and they call you into the room. You put sensors on your wrist and ankles. The orientation is pretty thorough. Then you are outfitted with goggles and a headset. The experience is so interactive! I was scared and I didn't realize I was screaming. I felt so bad for my friends when I saw the video afterwards. I really got into the game and ended up having the most kills lol. I also really like the video they give you afterwards of the experience. I highly recommend it for a teambuilding or party.

It's a little pricey just like any good Dubai chocolate, the quality is absolutely worth it. We also picked up a few truffles, and they were SO delicious. We painted on tote bags -- and I am usually the "not artistic" friend -- but Deepa made it so simple, fun, and pressure-free that I ended up completely absorbed in it. I didn't know how they would bring the escape room to us but it was perfect. We were going to do an offsite with a location based one but timing and location wasn't working for us so I thought I'd try breakout IQ. I'm so glad I did! It is a true test of team building and communication. The facilitation at the start was great. It really spoke to what I wanted my staff and me to get out of it. And the debrief was on par as well. It fit in nicely with the theme of our day long retreat. Besides fun it was educational on an individual and group level. They can perhaps talk to the church authorities close by for use of their grounds or take them to the end of scenic way (4 minute walk) and use the grassy area there! There was no ice-breaker so the kids shy to talk to each other and there was little or interaction among the kids! Classes start at 9 am. Break is from 10-11 an and lunch is from 12-1 pm and classes end at 3 pm! I will update this review if things change!
