My wife and I recently moved from Oklahoma to California, and let me tell you, the condition of the vents and duct system in our new home was disgusting. After years of neglect, the air quality was terrible, and it was honestly hard to breathe. Then we found Dino, and I am so glad we did! Today was the second time that I used this company. The first time was in 2021 when I had just moved into my house. Just as in 2021, Dino showed up on time, personable, and ready to get the job done while sharing knowledge in the process. I like how he asked what was going on that led me to contact them again for vent cleaning. I explained how I had just had the furnace replaced with a heat pump and that the force of the air was causing debris to start coming from the vents. Long story short, he took a look at the heat pump, vents, etc., and explained what was going on and what he planned to do. He was very thorough, to include stopping to show and explain things in the process. He finished within the estimated time and did a great job in cleaning up once he was done. The $$$ cost was acceptable for the service provided. I have no complaints. I plan to use them again when needed. read more

We contacted Southern California Dryer Vent Cleaning and they set an appointment to come out the next day. They arrived on schedule, and gave me a quote before starting. In the course of the cleaning they consulted with me on another potential issue. The self closing flap on the original vent hood was no longer functioning. That would allow access to rodents and small animals, an issue they frequently encounter. So in addition to cleaning the vent pipe, they also replaced the vent hood with a metal vent door that latches closed magnetically, preventing entry from rodents. They kept me informed throughout the process; sent me photos showing me what was taking place. They finished on time and cleaned up the materials that were removed from the vent pipe. We were pleased with the outcome and now we notice that the dryer is drying better than before. I recommend this service. It makes your dryer more effective, and brings you peace of mind.
