This is going to be a different review because I would like to highlight two different attributes of what I consider Old School Customer Service/Business Practices demonstrated by the Clean Air People out f Temecula. 1. Professionalism-Spoke to Chris from Clean Air in a panic.My dryer had been inoperable for weeks and my service tech told me he would not be returning to complete the job until I had my dryer duct cleaned! What? So I reached out to Clean Air People and spoke with Chris in a panic! Luckily, there was a cancellation and Chris sent his Tech Dino over in a matter of hours.Chris asked me lots of questions to be sure my needs would be met. He was assured me the job would get done and he was true to his word.He even asked questions about services the dryer tech performed and some of the questions I couldn't answer.I could just tell from the concern in his voice ,the job would get done and Chris was true to his word. 2.Knowledge/ Expertise-So Dino arrives locked and loaded and ready to perform duties. He was so knowledgeable and was informing me of the importance of cleaning dryer ducts and even the ventilation vents to get the best clean air flow possible.I learned so much during the service visit. Dino was again concerned about my dryer issue The quality of service , expertise, and the value of the service .......listen I am a customer for life. I hired The Clean Air People to come to my home on 9/30/22 to clean out my dryer ducting and flex hose. My dryer was not drying very well so I did some research and found that my ducting needed to be cleaned. I called The Clean Air People on 9/28/22 to schedule an appointment. I spoke to Chris and the earliest they could come to my home was early October. I needed it done sooner than that so Chris squeezed me in and came over just two days later in the early morning. I was very pleased they were accommodating for me. He arrived on time and educated me on what needed to be done, cleaned out the dryer ducting thoroughly, and got my dryer working in no time. Dino from The Clean Air People came out to my home here in North County San Diego. He arrived right on time and did a great job cleaning my dryer vent ductwork. He had some challenges due to how the duct was set up, but he overcame them, explaining the process along the way. The cost was very reasonable, especially since he had to do some custom work to fix how the vent was set up in the first place. He vacuumed around and inside the machine, leaving the area nice and clean. Dino was very professional and at the same time, friendly and pleasant. Dino to the rescue! I called to have my air and dryer ducts cleaned and he was expedient, efficient and helpful. We discovered to my horror that I had a rodent infestation I was unaware of and he calmly guided me through the process of how to handle it. He sanitized my system and fogged my house w/ a natural air disinfectant. Next I called the company that had installed the system less than a yr. ago and set traps. They will now install metal rodent proof ducting and do another cleaning. Through all this Dino kept in touch and offered info and professional support.
