He actually arrived earlier than the appointment time, and checked if that was ok before showing up. He cleared my vent quickly and did not leave a mess. A new flex dryer duct was included in the quoted price, which was a nice surprise. No attempts to up charge. My dryer went from 6+ hours to dry to less than an hour. She was able to give me a quote right over the phone. They even replace all the air filters as part of the service. I had my vents cleaned in a different house before, by a different company, and now I know I was completely ripped off. :( Danny came a few minutes earlier then scheduled, ready to work. He explained everything in detail and even did more then I expected him to do. After cleaning all the vents he asked me if I where doing to replace all the covers, which I was.
