I come back the following day to a sign saying that they are close again due to maintenance issues, and the issue is that they tripped a breaker(you literally just go to the box switch in order to fix it). Again, no notification otherwise in order to save the time or gas... another hour and a half out of my life for nothing. Yesterday I finally get a text message saying that they are still closed, but not until after I had already once again, this is now 4 1/2 hours out of my life and half a tank of gas which gas is roughly 5 dollars gallon here. I texted them back telling them I want a refund and that it's bullshit that I have to go through that, give me my blankets back. Someone text back that they do that and they'll have to talk to a manager. I had to come up here today. It's on the desk as I walked in, no refund, no apology, nothing.... please excuse my language, but FUCK THIS PLACE!!! I highly recommend yo find another place and take your business elsewhere! Great work!!!…read more I contacted this bike shop, And spoke to the owner Tom SOMMER, To see if they would be willing to replace a hydraulic brake handle with one I had purchased and had been recommended by the manufacturer as a replacement for a defective one. Mr. Summers agreed to look at the problem and then decide if he would undertake this job. The new hydraulic brake the manufacture suggested did not fit. The big Pine bicycle Center contacted a local vendor and found brakes that would fit this bike. Oh, by the way, this is an E bike. Anyway, long story short, they replaced both front and rear brakes. The new brakes you can find parts for. The old brakes I could not find parts anywhere not even a screw nor a O-ring seal. And that's all I needed to fix the old ones.
