This despite KitchenAid telling us on two separate calls with customer service, it would be no problem when we ordered the appliance. Elegant Crane Services came to our rescue and did a great job, safely, smoothly and without incident lifting the refrigerator (600 lbs.) up three stories, to outside of our door. They were careful and considerate of the property avoiding carports, the roof overhang, trees and railings. In addition we were able to hire them to de-install the old refrigerator, remove it from our condo, crane it down to the first floor and haul it away. We had scheduled the job over two days and they completed it in one. It was well coordinated, they were personable, friendly and demonstrated expertise in securing, lifting and moving large and heavy items. Based on our experience we highly recommend their services. He said he's used All Dade AC for years, so I gave it a shot. Someone came to check my unit same day, they were super honest about everything. They explained they could fix it (for a very reasonable price) but it would just be putting a band aide on it and a new unit was better in the long run since mine was close to 10 years old. I thought a new AC was going to be too much for me, but when I saw it was only about $4000 for an amazing unit (I did some research of course) and they financed it too, i couldn't say no. The whole process took about 2 days: to get the diagnosis, an estimate, get approved for the financing, them to bring the unit and install it. Staff was incredibly helpful and professional as well.
