This is a franchised company so I can only speak for the North Bend location. Very professional. Extremely pleased with the owners as well as the crew. Stephanie gives you a reminder call the day before and does her best to set up a cleaning schedule tailored to your needs. The ladies are the same team each time and if you talk to them about something they will remember for the next time as well. All of their products are green and odorless. If you have a specific cleaner you'd like used for something you can leave it out and they will use it as directed. Everyone speaks English and are "legal". The first 2 cleans are more expensive due to the deep cleaning necessary to bring everything up to scratch, but then the price goes back to the base rate. They even send out a QA rep to see how the team did after the job is finished and will reclean anything you are unhappy with. I would highly recommend this cleaning company. read more

UPDATE: This business DID NOT attempt to schedule any more dates, they very clearly told me they didn't know "when" they could clean again. That is why I am upset. If they had scheduled a different day I would have understood, but Stefanie did not indicate when they could continue service. Furthermore, I specifically requested that the key be mailed back and NOT to check that I had to sign for it, because I am AT WORK ALL DAY and cannot sign for a key, and sure enough, this POS owner sent the key back signature required--after numerous conversations about how I would not be home to sign for it. So do not do business with these clowns, they don't know the first thing about customer service. Don't know what is going on with this business but they are clearly falling apart with staffing issues galore and no accountability. I have paid for an initial clean and ONE regular cleaning and then they flaked on me, told me they couldn't clean my house today, and don't know when they can again. If I had known they weren't going to show up today, I would have spent Sunday cleaning my house myself! Now I have a dirty house and no time to clean it. PLUS I am out the $350 initial clean, which I am going to have to pay ANOTHER company, in order to get reliable cleaning services. I don't care what the excuses are, but staffing issues are not my problem. I suggest finding at different line of business. read more

Wow, was I ever surprised by the service I received from this company. I read through all their reviews, more closely the filtered ones, which were and are so much better and include even more detail. Let me start from the beginning. The owner a guy named Paul, answered the phone and gave me unrushed time to answer all my questions and concerns. At the end of the conversation, he asked me a question that took me off guard. He asked, "tell me three areas of concern that were not properly addressed by your last cleaning company, that are the most important to you? I thought that was a great question because it got into the open my expectations and where I felt my house needed improvement. He gave me his personal cell phone number and told me that if I ever had a problem to please call him directly. That is good old fashioned customer service. Suffice it to say, this owner has his systems down to perfection. the same people show up to my house every week, I live with two teenage male PIGS, I mean BOYS, and my our house is always in need of help. Yes, I found a company who was a bit less expensive, but I've learned through the years that you get what you pay for. I needed consistency and attention to detail. I get both at The Cleaning Authority. Sure is there ever a spot that is missed or needs more attention, absolutely, after all, who is perfect. This review is for the North Bend franchise. We have worked with this franchise of The Cleaning Authority for several years. I've always been pleased with their prompt communication and their ability to accommodate special scheduling requests. The owners of this franchise are very concerned with ensuring you're happy with their services, and it shows. While the cleaning crew will occasionally rotate (you may not always get the same team every week), the staff is consistently kind, polite, and accommodating. I really appreciate how they worked around us on days we unexpectedly needed to work from home. This franchise works on a rotational schedule, focusing their cleans on a specific part of the home each time they visit, while cleaning the entire home. I never really noticed a difference on the focused part of the home, but the home was always clean. The clean is generally thorough, but not "above-and-beyond." I actually think this is a plus, considering their cleans are at an economical price point. If you're looking for detailed cleaning or you're picky, this might not be your service. If you're looking for a fantastic overall clean with trustworthy and reliable employees, I would definitely recommend this service to you. As a nice bonus, TCA uses eco-friendly cleaning products that don't leave a residual smell. I really appreciated coming home to a house that smelled clean, but not like bleach. read more

Owner came to give the quote himself - very chatty and wanted to talk about himself mostly. Quality of the clean was very good at first and then tappered off until I requested no further services from them. Things were not put back in their place. Pictures knocked down and not placed back. At the last clean it looked like our bed was just thrown together - the dust ruffle stuck up under the bed and tons of wrinkles and folds in it. This all may seem picky - but I was paying for a service that I was not receiving. I still can't find my ipod - should I find it then I will repost but I don't think I'm going to. read more

I cannot speak to their cleaning as after waiting for 3 weeks for a scheduled appointment, they then canceled. I needed to be sure I could count on a cleaning service but the owner said they did not have enough people to clean. My question then was why are you still sending out flyers? To be honest, I was impressed with the man who came to give me a quote and was looking forward to using them as they seemed to have good reviews and were reasonably priced. read more

The service itself was fine, but nothing above and beyond, as others have stated. I didn't like that there was a $25 fee if you decide to cancel one month and clean your house yourself. They charge you the fee even with plenty of notice, due to something along the lines of they will have to clean more next time. Very disappointed. The cost was high, but the output was not. Due to the need to care for a severely ill family member since March, and being an essential worker I have been unable to keep up with the demands of my usual house cleaning & decided to hire some help. I came home to find baseboard trim pulled off, which was noted immediately on departure of the team, many of the contracted areas not cleaned at all, and many that were "cleaned" left very streaky. The wood floors still feel grimy, and with visible dust on the tiled floors. My shower remains untouched. The owner was contacted to make it right, and after some hesitance, agreed to send staff out to "fix" it. However, they would not acknowledge damage to the baseboard trim & we were told the burden of proof is on us. When the second set of cleaners returned, they cleaned a couple counters they completely missed & wiped down a toilet they missed. My shower is still left dirty, as is half of my bathroom. I can't really see how this has been made right, so will be asking friends for recommendations to come and clean on top of this, to actually be able to say I have a clean house. Because hey, on top of the rest of this year's insults, I've got money to burn. Right. read more

Expensive clean , mediocre work. Have used other cleaners for over 6 years and had much more thorough and complete clean for the regular clean. This review is for initial clean which was to be a comprehensive clean. House was only partially cleaned, didn't dust many area's ,didn't make some of the beds, I had to re-mop floor cause it was gritty, and the mop came up with a lot of dirt. The list goes on. They did offer to come out and cover all the areas they missed. But this means rescheduling another day in the week, and having to supervise the cleaning myself. Could not get a consistent cleaning team and our house was apparently the "training" house for the constant new and inexperienced cleaners. I liked the idea of a cleaning rotation but was frustrated when they would leave a list of what was cleaned only to find the list wasn't actually complete. They clearly had a set time limit and raced to get things done. My house is clean to begin with, and the service was mediocre. This seems pretty typical for cleaning companies however. read more

Don't waste your money! If I could give a negative 5 that's what I would do. My husband got me a $350 gift certificate. Might as well have burned it in our fire place. Terrible crew. Found them to be much more expensive than previous services but I used them for a couple years. They started off ok but after a while it became a gamble as to which rotation group you got. Had to call once to complain about them not cleaning an area in my shower and got nothing but the run around. The whole model they use is that they clean certain areas each visit and one area each visit is a 'deep clean'. That's a complete joke. I could never tell the difference between the regular clean and the deep clean. Then they had the nerve to try and raise my rates by $15 per visit. Lol. No thanks. Immediately found someone else recommend by a neighbor that is MUCH cheaper and does a better job. I should have looked on Yelp before hiring them and realized they had a much lower rating than others in the area. Skip this expensive franchise company and find yourself a hard working independent person who will do a much better job. read more
