Started the process by requesting a quote for pressure washing my Mom's house through Yelp. Received a response from Erik in less than five minutes. Impressive! My Mom was trying to decide if a good pressure wash would be enough or if she needed to paint her house since it had been quite a while. Erik and I discussed what we were looking for and received a quote during our call. We set up an appointment for the following week. Erik called earlier that day, letting me know the job they were on took less time than expected and they could arrive about 30 minutes before our original scheduled time if we were available. We were. Once he arrived, we did a walk around to check out the house and while there he mentioned he could also do the retaining wall that went around the house if we wanted for an extra cost. It was a reasonable price and we added on that service. They did an excellent job at a good price. Later in the day my Mom was looking over his business card and discovered they also does windows. My cement patio was covered with black sooty mold from the dwarf palm trees. It had been collecting there for about 15 years without ever being cleaned. I finally had the trees removed a few weeks ago and searched for a pressure washing service on Yelp. Pressure Washing Pros had many 5 stars, so I contacted them. Erik replied and set a date. He showed up early and did an absolutely fantastic job. It was really amazing how he removed every single bit of the black sooty mold without damaging the patio. There was an 8'x10' fiberglass shed on the patio which was also covered on roof and two sides with the mold which he washed and now it looks brand new. Erik went the extra mile and blew out all the water under it and even removed the plugged-up drain to show me how to keep it clean. The drain was under the floor of the shed and not easy to reach through a small cut-out hole in the floor. If I ever need him again, I will certainly call.
