Here are my thoughts: PROS - Very well appointed (comparable to Big Cedar) - Spacious for the price (sleeps 8 adults easily, maybe 10 with kids) - Super fast internet (exceeding 30Mbps) - TV in EVERY Room (including the loft, and living room) - High end appliances, smart TV, Bluray player - Push button keypad to open front door (very convenient) - Jacuzzi tubs on each bathroom - Fun amenities - paint ball, high end RC course, disc golf - Courteous and homey staff CONS - There is an $80 cleaning fee (one time, but they also clean it only once) - You have to pay for EVERY activity (25% discount if you stay) - Grounds are not as refined as Big Cedar - Jacuzzi tubs are small (I like Big Cedar's better because it fits 2 people) - You need to wash the dishes before you leave (there is a dishwasher though) - Office closes at 5PM (but you can call an evening number for emergencies) - No good restaurants on property (there is only a small rib joint) TIPS - Arrive on time (check in is 3PM) because the office closes at 5PM (or call ahead to get your front door code) - Parking in front of treehouse will fit 2 cars (probably 3 small cars) Overall, Branson Cedars offers a good alternative if you need to stay close to Big Cedar. It offers a good value especially if you have a larger group. The treehouses are about the same price as the One Room Cabin at Big Cedar (which sleeps 5 at the most).
