Worst dispensary experience. Found these guys on Weedmaps advertising products that they did not have. I tried calling the shots five times literally no answer. So I drove there just to find out that they did not have what I wanted even though they were advertising it in stock. Classic scumbag behavior. When I was in the dispensary I complain to the moron working there and he told me the phone works he's been holding onto it himself. When I showed him the number I called 5 times he told me he's not sure if that's the number he has no idea if the phones are working... Just stupid moronic scum bag people. Not to mention they overcharge me I have a receipt for proof. $55 but $44 with discount ended up being $61 out the door... Worst experience at any shop. Since my last review, they have done a great job at improving the staff and customer service. The one issue I've been having lately is that I have multiple accounts at this location that I have no control over. About a month ago, I was planning to use my points for my birthday but an employee told me to hold off since I was close to 300 points. I took their advice but next time I came, they opened up a new account for me based on my new license; I was not aware this was a thing or else I would've used the points then and there. Furthermore, this led to the discovery that I have not 2, but 4 accounts under my name with various points attached, despite me saying I've been here before for nearly every visit. It's really not a huge issue but it's upsetting to know there's 30 dollars of rewards that they are now telling me there is no way to access, especially when I planned to use them before my license expired. I was told by Chris that he'd look into a way to consolidate the accounts, but now I've been redirected to try and talk to someone named King if I ever happen upon him during a visit. I'd love to be able to just email or call someone directly to solve it quickly, but that didn't seem to be an option. Hope we can figure out a solution like last time. read more

Only giving this place two stars, the reasons for which I'll come to shortly. Been here a couple of times, impressed by the place and product selection. However..... Our reason for going here is that my wife is disabled, and uses edible/drinkable products. As such, the idea of "Curbside Pickup" was appealing, as she can only get about 100' with a walker, and it's inconvenient to get her electric scooter out. So, we placed an online order for "Curbside Pickup" and headed over there (it's about a 30 minute drive). We get there, park in one of the designated spaces and call. Straight to voicemail. Left a message, no call back after several minutes. Went in, was told "The phone number must not be working". Frankly, I call BS on that one. Also, had go through the order again, as they evidently had no trace of it. If you're going to offer a "Curbside Pickup" facility, it has to, you know, actually WORK. I'll think long and hard before using this place again. read more

5 stars because i think they have really good deals to be a legit shop in the Valley. You cannot beat the daily cart deal!! Everyone in there is really friendly and nice. From the security, to the staff inside. It's usually some guy in a hoodie helping me out. He's always really out to give me the best deals and hears me out on what I want every single time I go in there. Ashley and Rachel are another two lovely staff members that help me out every single time I go. Also, the guy with long hair too. i have to get better at their names. i come like way too many times not to know it. My husband goes in there as well. We both love the environment. honestly anyone who has something negative to say was having a bad day or maybe the staff was having a bad day... Some of you forget that we are human and we get to feel our feelings as well. You know we still have to get up and go to work... They require a phone number when you come in then SELL IT TO EVERY SINGLE CBD COMPANY they can. The only dispensary I've been to, immediately after me and all my 3 friends who went together have received nonstop texts about CBD. Don't go there. Go somewhere that respects your info or at least use a fake number. This has been months of blocking numbers only to receive 3 texts a day regarding weed products. I came into the store the other day to find CBD products and high CBD : low THC items. I have severe anxiety and use CBD regularly to combat this. I was helped around the store and made what I was looking for clear to the sales associate. I decided on a CBD topical lotion and a 20:1 CBD gummy. However after trying the gummy I experienced panic attacks and paranoia and realized that the product is actually higher THC than CBD. Thankfully I took a smaller portion than recommended. I don't think I was given the wrong product intentionally but I did make explicitly clear that I was only interested in a higher CBD ratio. Super disappointed. :-( read more

I mainly come to this dispensary for the deals on cartridges since the price point is more reasonable compared to others but tonight I decided I should pair an eight with my cartridge. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and selected a the house brand Spliff cart which I've never had a problem with and wanted to try the Mango Sherbet flower. I leave the store and when I'm driving home I ask my girlfriend to open the flower and does this look like an eighth? There's just no way. For $35 this is what you get? That's outrageous, I hope this is a joke. This is my first time picking up flower from this shop and honestly might be my last. Even Marijuana Factory, just 5 minutes away, doesn't skimp you out like this. I hope we get a response since other reviews state they've had unsatisfactory experiences and emailed the company only to get no response. Tried calling and no answer.
