Came in a little closer to closing time so its not to crowded. Inside was very clean and well organized. Since its almost close to the holidays, i love that the decor in one side had such festive vibe and that all the holiday decors are in one area so you know where to look and not be all over the place. The items are of good quality and so I guess they are a little pricier compared to Tjmax and homegoods for example. Most of their furnitures are in very good condition as well. Spoke to three staffs today (11/5/22) for some questions (including manager and cashier) and all of them were very nice and helpful. I'd love to visit again soon!

My favorite part was the painting section they had so many nice pieces at really good prices. They already had holiday décor out too, and honestly it was cheaper than what I've seen at other places. I also noticed the workers were going around cleaning the areas and checking in to see if customers needed help, which I really appreciated. It took around a full year to receive and have the products installed. The installation technician had to come out 4 times because each time there were items missing that precluded him from finishing the job. When contacting the store about these issues they either were non-responsive or sometimes provided bizarre and unprofessional responses including suggesting I go to Target to see if they would have any of the missing hardware. Another time it was suggested I pick up the products from their internal workroom to expedite the process. Ultimately this was a very frustrating and expensive experience in which the service provided was completely unacceptable.

I contacted Allyson from A and R and she agreed to meet with me in her store and assist me. I brought with me samples of the remodel tiles, fabric samples etc. She spent a good deal of time with me and also showed me a special paint line of BM I didn't even know about. She came up with the perfect colors. Then I was able to go down the street to the paint store she recommended me to to buy samples. I bought the 3 paint colors to NYC today and they were perfect. Best of all, they listened, captured, and implemented our design needs and style. When possible they worked with items currently in our home. Our first project, with A&R, was redecorating a room in which they added to the existing furnishings. The proportions of the furniture are perfect and they knew exactly where to put that special piece. Additionally, A&R has been very helpful with our remodel. Allyson had many great suggestions and assisted in avoiding pitfalls during the construction process. Sometimes it's the small details that really give your home that extra special touch. Communication throughout the process was great. During the design process, we were shown different options both at our home and the A&R showroom and were able to understand how everything would work together. Having an open floor plan, it was important that the colors were able to tie into other rooms. We were updated on manufacturer production schedule, inspection, and delivery. We have been very happy and look forward to using A&R again!

I can't speak to their usual hours, but I believe there was an art festival that just began that night, so the shop had extended hours. The owner was so kind, helpful, friendly, fun, warm and informative. Nothing was priced, and I was a little worried I would get a crazy total at the end when I went to check out, but nope! Every single thing was incredibly reasonable. It is one of those shops where you really have to hunt, do a few laps and walkthroughs and take your time. She had clothes, bags, wall art, dishes, jewelry... you name it. I left with a seashell trinket dish, a Stangl speckled plate and a cat jar/candle that I picked up for a friend. She even wrapped that up separately because she heard me say it was a gift. There were several other shops and art galleries in this lot, but not everyone was open when we stopped in. We purchased the Colette Dresser from Joybird about four years ago and were initially very happy…read morewith it. The design was beautiful, and it felt like a quality piece. Unfortunately, our experience with Joybird's product durability and customer service has been disappointing. Recently, the ball bearings on the drawer runners rusted and fell off, making the drawers unusable. When we reached out to customer service--willing to pay for replacement parts--we were told that Joybird doesn't offer support or replacement parts for furniture older than six months. No repair options, no parts for purchase--just nothing. For a $2,000 dresser, that's unacceptable. Furniture at this price point should be built to last, and if issues arise, there should be a way to fix them. Unfortunately, Joybird seems more focused on selling new pieces than supporting their existing customers. If you're considering buying from them, be aware that if anything goes wrong after six months, you're on your own.

I still loved it veryyyyy much so a new couch had big shoes to fill! Joybird caught our eye for awhile from mostly Instagram ads, but we confirmed with the couple people we know with one that they are good couches that they would 100% get again. I am never ever one to buy something as expensive as this without an in person sit test so we planned to go check it out at this showroom and I am so so happy we did. We were confirmed that they are beautiful couches, and we also discovered that the couch we originally liked was wayyyyyy to firm for our taste. After a few more sit tests we found one we loved. And after lots of deliberation we found a fabric we also loved. The Anton Sectional (basically just a big chaise) looked great in the store and even better (if I do say so myself) in our living room. And so much love to Aiza, the saleswoman who had been extremely attentive to us during our search. She gave us info when we needed it and space when we wanted to keep looking/chat amongst ourselves. There was another woman there who was extremely kind and helpful as well, even after she knew we were already working with Aiza, she was just there to chat, offer opinions on colors, etc. They helped us see the color swatches we liked in different lights, took a look at pictures of our rug and offered suggestions on what would look best and made a big decision a lot less intimidating. We left with a couch purchased and ready to be shipped! And even after warning us that they very rarely will be shipped earlier than expected, our came about 2 weeks before we were initially told, a holiday miracle maybe?? Delivery was easy. Scheduling it was no problem at all and now we have a big, beautiful, comfy new couch that our dog is fairly obsessed with.
