This summer I decided to hop in my car and get myself to Oxnard (first time ever going to Oxnard). This store did not disappoint - it's a cute store. You still get the personal touches, honest feedback, styling tips, and great prices on brand name - think quality and resell value. Just like the other locations, well curated pieces. Seriously one of the worst service experiences I've ever had, the girl was so rude it's wild. Last time I was there I asked if they'd notify me before putting my items out on the floor and they said yes of course (different employee she was super sweet girl with piercings, maybe she miss understood me so totally fine). The day after I went back and asked what they would buy my items for, the girl said "well you should have gotten an email all of this will be in your email." Rude off bat. I said sorry I didn't see the email, any chance you could let me know how much they want to take my Celine glasses for? And she said check the email, to which I did and nothing about the glasses was in there. And I was asking for help, and she was giving me so much sass it was wild. I ended up just saying I might just grab my things if that's okay, thanks... and she just grabs my stuff and aggressively gives it back and then I say "Happy holidays" and she just ignored me completely. Honestly gave me such a bad feeling dealing with her, TERRIBLE terrible behavior and service. I don't care if you have to answer a couple of questions and you're pissed... not everyone knows how this stuff works. Do your job and be kinder to people. Awful experience. Literally ruined my day. read more

Love this new location!! I actually came in to sell some items and Olivia helped me at the buying counter. She was very trendy, friendly, and knowledgeable, and took most of my pieces (a lot of Nordstrom and Revolve). Best commission rates I've seen and worth the trip in to sell your items or check out what they have in stock! read more
