Too crowded. Inexplicably divided into 3 sections. One area that I guess used to be check-in is closed and the space wasted.

I traveled to this airport and had a short layover, they didnt have a lounge at my terminal so I ended up coming here. It was really packed, its a small place considering how many people were there. There was only one person checking in and the two people infant of me took a good 5 minutes and talking to the lady that was checking in. They did have another computer, I just dont know why they were using it. Once I entered, the place was packed, not that I had time to sit but it would have been nice to sit for few minutes before heading back to my gate. There was no space. So i barely had coffee and left because I didnt want to stand. Their food was just ok, I have seen better lounges in other airports. This one is just ok in my opinion. read more

For an airport this big, you would think the lounge would be nicer. This is the only lounge in the entire airport that accepts priority pass. The other two lounges are gaming lounges and don't have any real food or drinks. This lounge is extremely small. They are limited in seats and it's weirdly split up into three seperate sections, making it inconvenient to get food and drinks. The food and drink options are limited too. When I went, the only real food they had was salad, a tomato soup and pasta. They also did not have water bottles to take on the flight, which almost every lounge does. I have a 4 stars. Because when I visited it was overly crowded. The front desk lady was very nice and helped me find a spot. One of pots was almost empty, couldn't t tell what kind of soup it was. Not many choices. And the bar was out of tonic water. Staff is friendly. Would suggest better choices of food items. read more

By far the worst airport lounge that I have been to. Came here twice, one early morning, there is not much people, around 5 so I literally can sit where I want to be and get myself comfortable. However there is no hot food as well, only some pastries available. There is no water bottle as well. Second time I went around 5pm, and there are long line and not even able to squeeze in. It makes perfect sense since the place is tidy. Not everything is bigger in Taxas. Also the staffs are not really been helpful. read more

Long wait to just get checked in, then when it was our turn, we learned that their system was down so they had to use paper check in and that was also taking a long time. There were no free seats so we just grabbed some food, ate by the bar and left. Good thing we got in using priority pass otherwise I'd not pay separately to get in here. read more

We had a wonderful experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were personable and ready to assist however they could. It felt so nice. They were walking around cleaning up and sanitizing surfaces as people left. I really appreciated that. The vegan vegetable soup at the lunch buffet was delicious! My husband and I are not vegan, but really enjoyed it. Across the hallway they have a nice quiet area to relax. We didn't have a wait or have any issues finding space to stretch out and relax. read more

This is the business and first class (mixed) for 9 different international airlines. Separated by different section. It is located in terminal D, between gates 21 and 22 (easy to miss) My experience was with section 5, as I was flying British airways. If you are flying first class, don't expect any difference in treatment or seating (even though you probably paid triple the amount of business class). The food and drink selection were a very sad selection of cheese cubes and pre-made cheap sandwiches. I am very disappointed with this experience. To give them credit, one of their seating areas has a great view of the runway. read more

The attendant/ bar tender, Helen Gebremichel, was extremely pleasant and attentive. I had a few hrs layover on Jan 2, 2023 and it was astonishing to watch her cater to everyone the way she did. Unfortunately she had to deal with an unruly rude guest and her family. The was she and her colleagues handled the situation was very professional. Terrible service from the check in staff all the way to the servers. My husband finished his drink and requested another one. He came all the way over to make sure his beer was finished. The staff is friendly, but the explosion of priority pass users has put this and other airport longes in a terrible spot. It was over flowing with people and there's a wait, but no good area to wait except an equally crowded hallway. Once seated, you're crammed in and there are no available plugs. This makes the lounge a terrible working environment. The drinks are free if you're a pass member, so if you have enough of those you can be drunk enough to enjoy the situation as long as you're not trying to get anything done. Food offerings are a salad bar, a variety of small pieces of sandwiches, a soup of the day, and some cookies and rolls. My recommendation would be to pregame in the lounge (hello, drinks) and then get out of there and sit somewhere in the (much nicer) terminal to work or eat. read more

This was my first time going to this lounge. Had a 3 hour layover for out outbound and return flight and this place was at capacity both times. I was able to get in the first time but the second time i was put on a waitlist. The wait wasn't too long but seating is limited so if you get in you'd have to stand. I barely was able to get a seat when I visited the first time. Food and drinks were great but expect a crowd. I'd definitely try to stop by again if I had a layover but I will be mentally preparing for the crowd. read more

Pretty small but I was able to to get in and grab a seat with a phone charger. It's really quiet and relaxing in here. They have a good selection of finger foods and the bar service was pretty great. The bar tender was very generous pouring the Rosé! I just wish they had more seating. read more

I travel quite a bit with work, and I've had a very positive experience with accessing the "clubs" through priority pass. The service and wait staff was pretty friendly, but the food was just horrific. The toaster was broken, the bagels had green spots of mold all over them, and the fruit tasted mildewy. I was just grossed out and left earlier than intended. Didn't rate one star because I do enjoy the coffee maker and fresh latte. read more

Very underwhelming. It's like hanging out in your closet. PriorityPass members are limited to 19 spots and those seats are cramped. Wi-Fi not working, Dirty carpets but a friendly staff. The only possible benefit is a free beer. read more

Used this lounge while flying Lufthansa out of dfw. The lounge is divided into rooms and each airline has their own room. The Lufthansa one was very basic, with very limited food options (chips & pretzels) and limited amenities. The one TV was very blurry. The drink selection was nice though, with a ton of choices of beer. And, the lady servicing the room was amazing, being both personable and nice, and happy to do anuthing. The lounge also has nice tarmac views, though ironically they're all of American, the one airline that doesn't use this lounge. Just ok, but it is a contract lounge. read more

This is probably the worst lounge I have ever been to.. very little food options.. No labels for any of them.. so it's quite a challenge for a vegetarian like me.. the floors were wet and slippery.. we checked in and got out in less than 15 mins.. read more

This place is the worst. The only good thing about this place is you get WiFi. The WiFi I'm using to write this review. The food is subpar and the drinks might as well be considered all water. As I saw the drink labeled "Pineapple" I thought of something tropical and delicious. But as I wrapped my lips around the glass and took a sip, I tasted something that can only be described as despair and disappointment. My soul left my body as I set the glass down. I went to go get dessert, only to find one bite size of a cheesecake. The only fruit offered was a banana and what looked like the baby of an apple and a peach. I had a banana, enjoying the only good dessert in this place. My grandpa offered me a cookie that was so hard, crumbs would fall when you broke it apart. The Club is actually 5 different rooms that are divided among airlines based on demand. It appears that priority pass or lounge club members are treated like the runts of the litter and relegated to the smallest room. That being said, the service is great and the open bar is well stocked. Don't expect much in the way of food. Convenient to D gates but leave plenty of time if you have to use the airtrain which was only running one way yesterday. Overall not really as nice as the Admirals Club but a nice option for the non-AA international flights or want better beverage options. read more

It's a bit crowded and wifi is spotty. Like most airline clubs there's an open bar and free snacks. The work area has landline phones, Work Stations with PCs, data ports, printers, copiers,a fax, and a conference room. The hang out area has an open bar, snacks, newspapers, and TVs. In terminal D gate 21 you push the elevator button that says VIP to take you up to the cattle call of lounges. Pushing this button will be the only VIP service you get. If your even lucky enough to get into a club due to overcrowding in a small space, the counter staff will grudgingly check you in and point to one of multiple rotating airline rooms. I usually am using the Lounge Club and it is next to worthless here. Once your in don't expect much more than the regular airport offers. Free crappy finger food, a free beer or wine is about it. If that's your idea of VIP have at it. For me it's not even worth the slow crappy stinky elevator ride up. read more

These lounge clubs are located all over the world accessible to visa black card holders, priority pass club members, British airway elites etc. but this one located at DFW is definitely a segregated club. It is actually one big club separated into five separate lounges- you are assigned to a lounge based on the criteria that gave you free access to the front door- the higher your priority naturally the nicer the lounge. I got assigned to lounge #5- the back of the bus. don't ever try to sneak into another lounge other than the one you were assigned to- not a good idea. Anyway- no work station, no showers, one very clean private men's toilet- but only one at a time- and a choice of chips popcorn or pretzels- there were some Danish and cookies available. I guess I am spoiled by the one in Atlanta- one big lounge for everyone who qualifies for free admittance or for those willing to fork out $35.00 for a day pass. The Atlanta lounge club has real food- sandwiches soups veggi cheese trays etc- this one has a choice between hypernatremia and hyperglycemia. But to be fair- the place is clean and the booze is plentiful and varied! And there is a very nice fish tank. read more

We went to this club since it was in the Priority Pass program and it had a limited spread of snacks and drinks (less variety than a vending machine). However, right before we left the manager Sonya came over to the table and removed the two beers we had gotten claiming that we had surpassed the limit. For the two hours we had been there we had each only had three drinks total and it seemed very rude. Definitely not one of the better run airline clubs. read more

The Club at DFW. This lounge is okay. Fair selection of drinks, and beers. Some light snack foods, pretzels, popcorn, pita and hummus. When I was there the Wi-Fi was excellent in the 20 mb range, better than some of the ridiculous Vegas resorts. Waitress was friendly and decent layout. Biggest gripe is why do they close at 7:30 PM. A lot of traffic still going through DFW after 7:30 PM. read more
