I called back again later to get an update and was told they(Including the owner) do not have access to the security camera footage. The next day I called again and spoke directly with the owner who revealed that he did in fact, have access to the footage. However, He stated that the cameras do not face the register. When I returned to the store, I saw very clearly (On the giant TV screen behind the register) that one of the cameras does directly face the register. They also Both claimed there was no surplus cash in the drawer, providing me with two different totals. More Incriminating lies. It was a simple mistake that could have been solved very easily. Unfortunately, it has now escalated. I have a witness and documentation of the transaction, and I am currently filing a formal claim. Extremely disappointed in this business.
