Ive been 4 times now, absolutely horible service They ignore me when I ask for help picking flower Last time I just needed a strong indica to help me sleep due to pain and when I asked what's your strongest, the guy looked at me, didn't respond and kepted on talking to the other lady that works there Today they forced me to carry a basket that felt sticky. Even though they said they just cleaned it. When I asked him directly why I was banned in the first place for simply trying to resolve an issue with an empty $75 cartridge, he refused to give me an answer and hung up on me. Reaching out just to offer empty lip service and then hanging up when asked a basic, legitimate question is remarkably rude and unprofessional. The Sweet Spot - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

Have not stopped in to the shop yet. I have never written a post on yelp before either but felt it was warranted. Earlier this week I parked in the back parking lot for 5-10 minutes while dropping my child off at Aces, which is across the parking lot and someone from their staff placed a WARNING sticker on my car threatening to take my license plate number down and tow my car. There are signs along the building to not park in front of certain spaces but this was in the back parking lot after 5pm. I cannot get the sticker off at all, it's on the driver side window and now I have a hard time seeing when I drive. Maybe I missed a sign as I had not been to the Piner location before but nothing was in front of the space where I parked. You would think after only a few minutes of being parked there they would put a warning note on my car but this sticker will not completely come off at all and now I have to take my car to a detail company tomorrow. I also had planned on checking out their store while my child was at Aces but after that I decided against it as I was embarrassed and put off. The employee said something like, "sorry I didn't call the tow company but put a sticker on your car" and immediately ran back inside and didn't offer to help remove it. Ironically I had actually planned on going check out their store while my son was at Aces and check it out to kill some time! read more

I like this place except for this Credit Card fee they add at check out. Your receipt and what your bank is charged- it will not match. I guess they aren't aware of California Senate Bill 478 that passed. Thought it only excluded restaurants? "SB 478, California's "Honest Pricing Law," prohibits businesses from advertising a price that doesn't include all mandatory fees or charges, including credit card surcharges. 1/08/26 -- arrived at 7:35 and walked in no one greeted me and the kid behind the counter just said ID over here. There was another girl behind the counter who was just starring at her phone. I gave him my ID and he put it back on the counter and didn't say a word or ask me anything. I thought that was odd and put my id in the cart and intended to put it in my wallet after the purchase because sometimes they ask for the name again (always high and lazy in these stores). I paid for my items and forgot the id and the Kid who rang me out never handed it back to me after looking at the cart to grab each item. I left the store and came back maybe a half hour later and asked for my ID the kid acted like he never saw me and asked for my ID. I told him her rang me out and I came back for it. He ignored me and called the manager Mandy, She told me she couldn't do anything and the kid was being a PUNK (charlie s) about the whole situation and did nothing to help. I left without my ID and never will shop here again they are worthless and when the owned checks the camera you will see what the worthless staff were up too this day. Never recommend this place again not worth the lazy staff and experience overall. read more

I've mistakenly bought vapes I thought were sativa but due to similar packaging colors someone had put an indica vape in the place of the sativ's. when I asked to exchange it for a sativa vape of the same cost they just shrugged and said they can't. they don't really care that the customers have to eat shit if there's an mistake. read more

I used to LOVE this place but they hired a bunch of new people who don't know what they are doing and are way overcharging people. The customer service used to be incredible and now I am on the search for a new dispensary because Sweet Spot dropped the ball hard and I don't even want to go in there anymore. The most recent staff member that I encountered had no idea how to cancel a transaction and refused to get another staff member to fix it even though I made it clear that I couldn't afford the product when I thought I could. This man decided to shame me and make me feel stupid for HIM NOT DOING HIS JOB so I walked out with no money left in my wallet and a product that should have costed at least $7 less than it did that day. That is just the most recent example, every time I go in there lately I hate the experience. read more

Parking and leaving is a nightmare. When everything in the place is listed as on sale it not a sale it's just the normal price with a lie. Some dispensaries rely on quality or low prices. This place seems to not have either. I did luckily go when there was as a kiosk by SOG (one of the many brands they had in the place) that actually was fire, the BOGO deal and the guy who was running it made me a fan. His name was Nick I think, if the workers at the sweet spot had half his rizz this place would get my bizz. read more

So many dispensaries in Santa Rosa yet they keep putting in these trash ones that are charging $70 for a SINGLE GRAM CART. Nothing solventless, no rosin... just a cheap ass cart. Won't be going back. Didn't get my a discount for first time visitor. Appreciated no one trying to tell me what to buy... but they should be paying attention to what's being rung up. Too many people in such a small building. Parking sucks. Wouldn't recommend when there are many other dispensaries to go to within a 2 mile radius.
