Great spot to pick up juice and coils, they're certain to have whichever brand you need of either. They are a little lacking in the device selection department and the prices are a bit high but it works when you're in a pinch and need to pick up a new mod. A buddy of mine told me about the Polka Dot magic bars and I was very curious to try it. I did my research online, and am an experienced user and can handle a heavy trip with ease. I opted for the Polka Dot Strawberry gummies. I took 2 pieces every hour. Eventually I'd got to the point where I had consumed 8 out of the 10 pieces. I didn't notice any kind of euphoria, visuals, or any other kind of "feelings" that come with a psylociben trip. Instead, I got violently sick. It started with intense nausea, and than let to vomiting and sweating. It was horrible. Maybe the gummies is made different than the chocolate? The staff at the smoke shop were extremely helpful, and very kind. I dont pin this negative experience on the staff or the smoekshop itself, I just want to put a warning out there, related to this specific product. Every time I go in it feels like I'm inconveniencing them just trying to buy something. I don't ask for much, just atomizers and juice but the last time I went there the guy selling it to me just seemed plain pissed off that he had to help me. Not really anything cool or special. Pretty basic smoke shop with limited product. The employees / owners aren't that attentive. One employee sits in a camping chair behind the counter in her pajamas, one girl was sleeping on the glass counter and when she decided to greet me it looked like she was super hungover and was gonna barf, another employee barely talks like he expects you to read minds or communicate telepathically. The store itself smells like the sewer is leaking unless they use porta potty flavored air freshener. Definitely something that smells like it will kill you from long exposure. I worry for the health of the employees. THE ONLY REASON I gave this smoke shop 1 Star is because there is one really sweet brunette female and she is always smiling, making conversation, product suggestions, and over all a great energy. I came in to get a 14mm piece but when the sales associate helped me pull one from the case, it looked too small to me. I double-checked with him and he said he was sure it was correct. When I brought it home, it was indeed too small. When I came back another sales associate was having a phone call with a friend behind the counter and told me I'd have to wait a little longer. When he was done he didn't want to go through the hassle of finding me a replacement piece in any case where he'd have to go get the keys so he picked one out after going over all the displays that were unlocked to avoid having to unlock the case right in front of us. Went here to get a new Hookah after we had one break. Were looking for a basic one, and found one we liked for $40. OK. Take it out of the case when we get home and the part that attaches the hose to the stem is glued on where the threading is screwed up. Needless to say this means it doesn't work well. Took it back 24 hrs after purchase and the same nice girl is there and wants to help, but the owner is unwilling to change out the stem in question with one from another hookah OR give a refund. Owner's solution: leave it here and I'll call you back. Would give it one star, but the attendant was really helpful and managed to find a replacement stem from a matching hookah after all. I've been going to citrus smoke shop for about two years now, and I have always been met with great glass, and amazing costumer service from the nice smart employees. I've bought a few pieces over time from them, i bought a water pipe, quartz nail, and a quartz carb cap. From the stand point of a medical patient, the three pieces together work the best for me, I used a lower dose of wax and only took one hit. That one hit lasted me two hours. So with that in mind those are the best for the price pieces I have bought so far and they were worth every penny. The best money I have ever spent. I believe the last time I came in a guy named Hawk helped me. I asked him many questions and he helped me figure out exactly what I wanted by the end of the talk. he was very knowledgebe about what he was selling and he had an aswer to every question I had. Also I was told at citrus if you have proof of a medical marijuana card they will give you a 10% off on all glass products. This place is legit. I came by to get some seesha the other day and was admiring the nice selection of glass. The owner came over and showed me some of his favorite pieces and told me about the different varieties he carried. READ MY STORY: I bought my brother a college graduation gift of a new vape mod that cost me around $260 at 7:30pm, right before they closed. When I got home, the mod had a manufacture problem, not with just mine but I found out with all the Nemesis clones (there are 5 manufactures of Nemesis clones, and the one they sell is the shittiest) So, the next morning I brought my brother and I back to the store to get a refund, after all, the Nemesis clone I bought was manufactured by blind Chinese children and I literally bought it 12 hours ago. When I got there I was met with the only redeeming quality that this store has, LAURA. She is friggin awesome. I told her my story of wanting to get a refund for this piece of sh#$ vape clone and she said that her BOSS doesn't do refunds, only exchanges for the same one. WHAT!! I was furious. I had her call up her boss to ask politely if he had any sympathy in his dark black hole of a heart if he could refund my money back. She even told him it was a brother's college graduation gift. NOPE and he hung up. I told her there was no way I am about to exchange it for the same thing only for it to break on my brother again. I told her to call him back and I would talk to him.
