Every time I go in, the staff members are friendly and pretty knowledgeable, not to mention they are patient with me when I want to look for a new flavor to try. I always feel like they genuinely want to help me find what I came in looking for. That's pretty standard "good customer service," but they have gone above and beyond for me. I have brought mods in with questions/concerns/problems more than I can count on one hand, and each time the staff will do what they can to make sure I leave with a functioning product - only one of those times did I need to purchase a new mod. The other times, they have either repaired or replaced my device FREE OF CHARGE. They did not have to do this for me, and I truly appreciated the fact that they did.
