I don't typically write reviews on Yelp unless I have a really bad or really good experience. I have written a few for poor experiences, but this is not one of those! This review is not about pricing or anything like that - I'm sure I could find better prices than Digital Ciggz if I really wanted to. I am posting this review to commend their customer service. Every time I go in, the staff members are friendly and pretty knowledgeable, not to mention they are patient with me when I want to look for a new flavor to try. I always feel like they genuinely want to help me find what I came in looking for. That's pretty standard "good customer service," but they have gone above and beyond for me. I have brought mods in with questions/concerns/problems more than I can count on one hand, and each time the staff will do what they can to make sure I leave with a functioning product - only one of those times did I need to purchase a new mod. The other times, they have either repaired or replaced my device FREE OF CHARGE. They did not have to do this for me, and I truly appreciated the fact that they did. Horrible business. Very unprofessional staff. Almost never, ever product on display. I purchased two Drag X mods from them & both leaked fluid from the pods & one unit burnt out. Since then I quit going to this "dump" and took my business downtown Santa Rosa, at Citrus. Great staff, fabulous products. Digital Cigz deserves to go out of business....there the pits!! read more

Digital Ciggz - Vape Shops Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

My boyfriend bought me an electronic cigarette from here for christmas that I had asked for. He ended up getting the last one, the floor model. A couple times after using it, I noticed the e juice started leaking out the sides of it. I brought it into the store & asked them if I could return or exchange it, but they would not let me return it and I couldn't exchange it because they didn't have any of the same ones left. I've gone in to the store 4 more times since then & was given excuses as to why it's normal for my e cig to be leaking. (I had an ecig before that for 5 years & never had problems with it leaking) The last time I was there, about a month or so ago, I was told by the manager that I would be getting a phone call from them discussing what we would do to resolve the issue. I have yet to receive a call. Very unhappy customer. read more

There are other B&Ms I frequent, but tried the College Ave location for parts. That experience was less than enjoyable; due to restricted store hours, lack of parking, darkness and size of small store. I was leary that I may have the same experience here, but it was a Saturday, I needed replacement coils and this store was the closest. Wow, was I wrong! I totally enjoyed my experience there! Parking is Plentiful! Their hours are awesome! The store itself is well lit and spacious! The customer service was great! I don't remember the name of the young man who helped me, but he was extremely patient. I went in for coils, but then decided to taste some brands I hadn't tried before. After about 20 different tastes, I walked out with a new adv! While I was there, I observed the other employees & customers. There was a nice over all chill vibe goin' on. Good job, I'll be back! After reading reviews for both stores and having shopped at both, I honestly think folks may be confusing the two locations. read more

The shop on Mendo has awful service. It's like the people who work there go out of their way to be rude and make you feel dumb. I've been three times now (the last time only because the College shop is closed for remodeling) and haven't had a good experience. Don't go there unless you've exhausted all other options! At the College Avenue shop, the guys there go out of their way to make you feel appreciated. All of them, especially Seth, are friendly, curtious, and very knowledgeable. Going to the College shop is comfortable and a breeze, I go out of my way to go there (I live much closer to the Mendo store) because of how I'm treated as a customer. read more

I've been going to Digital Ciggz on College for about 2 1/2 years now. I've always loved the people and the Great service there. I was amazed at the time they would spend with you, especially if you were new to Vaping. I wish I could remember names as I would surely drop an Addaboy. They opened the Mendocino store. I was really stoked. I get My car washed at Mendocino Car wash and Digital Ciggz is right next door. How convenient is that, right! Great store, Bar and the atmosphere is very cool. But lately, the atmosphere has soured a bit. The employees just don't seem as happy as they used to be. Not only that but, the turn over has increased tremendously. There was this 1 kid who really took Great care of me. I was buying Mods and he would take his time and like train me on how to wire it and all. So, I asked the Manager who I believe his name is Eric. He's about 6' with sandy blonde hair. And he just really like I'm better than they are and just with NO feeling says "I fired Him" . This place is a scam!!! I just purchased a mod from them 2 months ago and everything was great until my mod stopped working. I went straight to digital cigz because when I purchased the mod the salesmen told me that if anything happens to the mod or even if I didn't like it that I could return it and get a new one. This was not the case!!! They tried to fix it but told me that it was unfixable. Then told me that they couldn't Warranty the mod either because I didn't have a sleeve that went over the box the mod came in... I told the manager what the salesmen told me and all he said was "well unfortunately that salesmen was fired." I then left and told them I will be taking my business somewhere else. These guys are great!! I came in about a month ago with a broken RSST and although their replacement tank didn't fit becasue I had purchased it elsewhere (Citrus smoke shop=terrible!), they equipped me with a kayfun along with helping me build it (Thanks Bruce) that i am more than happy with. Consistently great customer service and a fantastic selection. I prefer their other location, but the 4th street location is undeniably convenient. Occasionally, they have inventory issues with the flavors and strengths I prefer, but that seems to be epidemic in this industry. All in all, the best in the north bay and it's not close. read more

My wife and I are visiting family in Santa Rosa and ran out of Ejuice so i decided to check out this store. The store is very well set up and comfortable. We spent about 2 hours just trying out their Ejuices with Tim and not once did we ever feel rushed or pressured to buy something or try something we weren't interested in. While there my wife decided she wanted to upgrade from her EVOD and wanted something a little bigger. We spent another 1 hour or so checking out their devices and she finally settled on a Provari mini, she couldn't be happier with her decision. I'm a brick and mortar vape store junkie, I frequent most of them in the area, I purchase a lot online too. If I'm in North Sonoma County I will always go and hope Kraig is at work that day, he introduced me to vaping and has never steered me wrong. Kraig has known when I was ready to "graduate" to each new mod, pays attention so that he is spot on when suggesting a new juice, and is a good therapist. He did that in a past life for real. Michael, the owner knows who to hire and what to keep in stock--although he is expanded and will most likely expand more, he'll never get "too big for his britches." I started shopping at Digital Ciggz back at the end of 2013. At the time, I was looking for a way to stop smoking for good. I had heard about e-cigs but had no education and felt myself getting lost online. After driving by this new building on Mendocino ave several times, I finally went in one day to see what it was all about. The thing I really liked about this place was the vapor bar-I really wanted to test taste some of the flavors without buying-this place is great for that-so many flavors it can actually be overwhelming. I ended up buying a starter kit and a few flavors. It turned out to be a great choice. I found the staff to be friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and flavors. I got 3 flavors, one It turned out I did not like as much as the others, but it was OK. Its a pretty cool atmosphere, very modern comfy environment and no seedy crowds. Just a couple days into it, I was able to completely quit smoking regular cigarettes. Still amazed at how well this has worked for me! I have gone back about every month for my supplies and even get a 15% discount which saves me even more money. If you are looking at ecigs as an option to quit the nasty tobacco habit, I would highly recommend you go here and learn all about it-it will save you hours online doing research and nothing compares to actually trying different flavors before you buy them. I enjoy shopping here. But I would recommend having some patience when they are busy, as the staff don't rush you when they are helping you. If you ask questions about the product they will sit with you and show you how they work. You can "taste" different flavors at the "bar". I get the sense that some of the employees are learning how to provide a lot of information about numerous products to customers with diverse needs and expectations. This industry is relatively new and Digital Ciggz is obviously trying to stay ahead of the curve. I never liked the feeling of walking into a "head-shop" I got from other E-Cigg retailers around town. I am a normal ow at Digital Ciggz Mendocino Ave location. The manager named Mike their is very kind, knowledge and outgoing, as is the staff that works with him too. Today I bought my first juice without any nicotine, I was helped out by Chris and he was very patient and understanding in the process of figuring out which flavor would be right for me. Not only did he give me his opinion and personal favorites but he also told me which brands bad stock without nicotine available, seeing as some companies don't make it without nicotine. I am very impressed by the stores consistency and availability, I will not be shopping at any other E cig stores. Today I was able to get some discounted merchandise as well which saves me a lot financially. They were kind enough to clean my IPV D3 for me and taught me how to do it as well. read more

I loved the atmosphere in this store on Mendocino and have been going there for quite a while. They have a good variety of juices and a good inventory in general . I generally get my products from Jordan as she always seems to be the one there to greet me when I walk through the door. Always friendly helpful and knowledgeable, with a smile on her face. However each time we go in since, we find that asking questions about prices, juice flavors, parts, etc is too much for them to handle. It's as if they don't even want to work. Maybe they are just selective with who they give good service to. Each person we deal with here has such a big ego and they show it to you. Very conniving and sarcastic. The other location near the jc is the better option.
