They did a great job explaining the WODs, giving scaling options and target ranges of where you should be in the workout depending on skill level. Overall, one of the best boxes I've dropped in to. I filled out the cancellation form after my last class in July and was continually charged for the next few months. When I tried to contact them I got no response. Eventually I filled a fraudulent charge claim with my bank, was refunded and received an email confirming my cancellation. Even then they continued to charge me and messaged me saying they would send a report to a collections agency if I didn't pay. It's November now and I'm still dealing with this. Would not recommend.

My goal was and continues to be to get more healthy. Linda has done a wonderful job in building my strength and overall fitness. She also discusses healthy eating habits with me. I have to be honest that I don't always follow her advice because if I did I would weigh a normal amount and be able to run a 10 K but I am now working out consistently. I decided to take the intro class for Club Pilates and I could automatically tell it was different than what I had experienced the first time around. My intro class was with Jill, I signed up the same day. I loved it that much. I have gone seven different times since then and used Sarah, Wendy and Dawn. And every single one of them was more than competent and skillful and knowledgeable at what they do. I am the type to ask questions if I don't understand, especially about form and nobody seems aggravated or "too good" to help me with my questions. It honestly feels like a family , which I love. There are two different membership options to choose from , 1 is eight classes a month and the other is unlimited. I chose the latter option. I love that you can book ahead and see all of the classes on an app. The machines are always clean and ready for the next group . The equipment is all new and not heavily used, which I love. Bathrooms are always clean, fully stopped with any of the extra feminine necessities you might need while stretching your body in abnormal ways I would love for you to join me for a class!
