Turkey, Brisket, loaded baked potato casserole, jalapeno corn.

This lives up to the original in Wolforth, TX, which has been in the top 10 of the Texas Monthly magazine's Top 50 for several years. Counter service ordering and mostly self service. The brisket is top notch and sides are amazing. Don't miss the chocolate pecan pie. Love the smokers that make you hungry with the smell.

Super cool place for authentic Texas BBQ. We had the #6 1/4 of all meats- truly feeds 4 people- turkey, chicken, brisket, pulled pork and ribs and 4 sides- WOWZER! Come hungry and leave amazed! The staff was great!

Delicious! We came from the mountain west and were excited to have some southern bbq. We enjoyed the creamy jalapeño corn, corn bread, potato salad, beans, pulled pork, brisket, pies, and cookies. Everything was delicious. There wasn't anything we didn't like! Highly recommend.

I love barbecue! I have had barbecue in Texas, and Tennessee as well as California and Arizona and can easily say this is the best barbecue I've ever had. The meat is perfectly tender, and all the sides are delicious. The cornbread is perfectly moist too. If you love barbecue and you're in the area, stop by! Also the price of the family plates can't be beat! Okay we had key lime pie and it was the best!!

The food is delicious! I'm from New Orleans and this is some of the best BBQ! The staff was so nice and friendly. My brother and I shared the #6 and we had leftovers and enjoyed all the meats. It was melting in our mouth.

I've been wanting to try this place for months since I've had friends in Panama City talk about it. Did not disappoint! My son and I split the family meal #6 and what a feast! It was a little bit of all the meats and 4 sides. We were stuffed and had a pile of leftovers. Highlights for me were the pork ribs and the brisket. Staff was very nice, looking forward to leftovers for dinner.

Absolutely the Best BBQ I've Ever Had I'm a fourth-generation Texan, born and raised -- and I can honestly say this is the best barbecue I've ever had. The brisket was perfect, tender with that true Texas smoke ring, and the sides were just as incredible. The owners are from Texas, and you can tell they brought authentic Texas barbecue tradition with them. Hands down, worth every bite.

The Cuban sandwich was just phenomenally delicious. The pernil was well received by everyone too. The ropa vieja was great too. To be fair, there were no losing meals at that table. We could have all switched plates and enjoyed something delicious. This food is well flavored, but not spicy. That's not a flaw. That's just how the food is.

I visited this restaurant around 1:00 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing…read more When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty, with only two tables being served. Despite having two employees standing at the front talking behind the register, the restroom had no toilet paper. When we placed our order, we were told they were out of yucca balls and that they also had no beer available. We ordered a tripleta, beef patties, and juice instead. What was most frustrating was that the customer who ordered immediately after us was able to order and receive yucca balls. We asked about the discrepancy, and the explanation we were given was that she had ordered them earlier. However, we clearly heard her place the order while standing there. A simple, honest response--such as acknowledging that there had been a misunderstanding and apologizing for serving the last order to another customer--would have gone a long way. Instead, the interaction left us feeling singled out and, honestly, racially profiled because the other customer was Hispanic. Ironically, we are Hispanic as well, which made the situation even more disappointing. To top it off, the "tripleta" sandwich was not an authentic tripleta. If the chef wants to call it a traditional tripleta, it should follow the classic preparation and the meats that make a tripleta what it is. Otherwise, it would be better to rename the sandwich rather than market it as a traditional tripleta. Anyone from Puerto Rico--or anyone who has enjoyed authentic tripletas at Puerto Rican restaurants--will immediately notice the difference and likely be disappointed. The sandwich would also benefit greatly from properly seasoning both the pork and the steak. Adding the traditional mayo-ketchup sauce would go a long way toward delivering the authentic flavor people expect from a tripleta. The beef empanadas made the one star in this review since they were decently stuffed. Just need to work better on the wrapping. I posted a pic. But at least they were made and not bought frozen. I understand that mistakes happen, but honesty, consistency, authenticity, and good customer service are what determine whether customers return. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

Spicy (not too, but substantial) jerk chicken plate with half a chicken served over a bed of delightfully aromatic red beans and rice (unfortunately a bit dry) and a slightly overcooked, sweet piece of corn on the cob. I have been following Chef Champion online and made it a point to stop in today, regardless of the rain, to meet him. I am so glad I did. After searching via the Waze app, we looked on Google, and it's in Panama, the country! So, we're already irritated, but no worries. Havana Night came to the rescue! So much that we ate there the following evening, too. Also, we asked some locals what they preferred getting from the menu. They all went with the dinner plate, your choice of chicken, beef, or pork with two sides for $13.99-$15.99. On both visits, we went with the chicken with black rice and black beans, a staple for most Cuban restaurants. Most importantly, the service was courteous and willing to explain any dishes. Their restrooms, tables, and floors were clean, too. It is a very well-run establishment. So, do not hesitate to eat here. On a side note, we had a conversation with another guest upon returning to our hotel. We asked him what he had in his plastic bag because of the pleasant smell. He mentioned a Mexican restaurant but quickly said the same about our take-out. When the wife replied, "It's from Havana Night," he promptly gasped and replied, "Oh wow, that's wild. I had that for lunch with some co-workers here for business. We plan on going back. It's just a hole-in-the-wall place next to a gas station, but it's so good.
