They also used the toilet and the chain was caught and caused the water to run continuously. It made my bill be $150 dollars for the month. When I mentioned it to Jan she said I was responsible for that, but I gave her permission to be in my house to show it and make sure everything was the same when they left. She said she would pay half at closing, which she said was $50 bucks. I do not know what kind of math she took but that is not half. I never had a bill over $28 bucks when I lived there for over 7 years. I would not trust her to be in my house alone and you shouldn't either. She also gave the code to the buyers and they showed up at least one time without an appointment without Jan. I would not recommend them for anything.

We had a leak in our house that ended up flooding most of the down stairs, as well as a leak in the cealing upstairs. The contractors didnt find a source to the leak so they redid the messed up portion of the cealing and replaced the tile that had mold growing from the water leak. This took over a month to get done, they haven't even mentioned anything about putting us up in a hotel or something since we obviously couldn't live in the house with mold, we had to move our cat and dog out haven't heard anything from them about that we are ready to move back in to the place we love. They are just inconsiderately taking their sweet time having simple tasks performed.

Unfortunately, the disclosure at the home showing was not accurate --failing to mention mold, a furnace that is an explosion hazard, electrical issues, and foundational defects (Main beam of the home being held by shims). FYI, the house was not being sold as is and I would not have went through with any of this if they would have properly disclosed this! (Ironically, the owner of this agency boasted to be about strong communication and paperwork accuracy.) They basically stole took my earnest money due to claims that I did not submit my inspection response in time. Their agent, Melissa Cameron, said, "If you want your money back, take us to court." So I had to file in Putnam County Small Claims Court against the homeowner where the judge reviewed the evidence and ruled in my favor--but neither the homeowner nor Stewart Home Group has returned the funds. I'm a disabled U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and their actions nearly made me and my family homeless. This happened just two weeks into the purchase agreement, while the home I was selling was in escrow with a 30 day close leaving me with about 3 days to find a new home. To make matters worse, owner Stephanie Miller‑Stewart personally called me, bullying me to drop the small-claims case. She offered to return the money only if I agreed to back off--reminding me that the MIBOR Association dropped my ethics complaint, and warning that most people don't "do well" in court especially since I did not have an attorney, so I should just accept the money. They also retaliated against my realtor after I notified them of intention of small claims action against their homeowner. The stress, anxiety, and frustration they've caused my family and me is absolutely disgraceful. And they weren't even our realtors! Just sharing my horrific experience and I didn't even get the house!

We were not able to look at the master bedroom, which is the worse, because the seller has dementia and was in bed. We were respectful and didn't bother the man. But this same man showed up at our closing fully dressed and pretty coherent. Unlike Sarah who was in Mexico on vacation and sent another realtor to face time the closing with her which was ridiculous. After 4 cleanings the room is still unusable. Sarah had the nerve to tell me she didn't notice the smell It burns your nasal passage it is so pungent. Shame on the owner and their realtor Sarah for not disclosing this and playing on our goodwill to be respectful to the elderly. They also pulled this same stunt with our Inspector when he tried to look in the master bedroom. It is a costly mistake, not to mention we over bid to get the house and they still said nothing. We did not get to do a final walk through before closing on the home. We were told the sellers needed more time to move out so we agreed to let them stay an extra 7 days after closing. That was a BIG mistake on our part and if you read the review below from Christopher Hargrave, this seems to be a pattern with Sarah Noel.

I moved into the property in October, by the 24th the floor was completely separating from the…read moreslab, and they reinstalled flooring.YAY!!! Few weeks after that dishwasher leaking, not horrible, took care of it fairly swiftly. The most troubling of all is by November plumbing. Ugh, plumbing is a nightmare, Noone wants to deal with sewage. The toilet was clogging, and burping in the sink and tub. This situation has gone on for about 11 months. Plumbers back and forth, about 7 to be exact. Multiple work orders, maintenance visits. We started purchasing plungers, snake, draino etc. All to continually have the same problems. Waiting for approval for crappy work, only for the situation to persist and grow worse. Smelled something moldy, and found water in the closet adjacent to the bathroom from the kids room. Adviced to leave the home by the pediatrician, I spend 700.00 that I didnt really have to spend. Did they surprise us with completed repairs when returned home? Well of course not, or I wouldn't be here. They are still attempting to do a patch job. So, after much back and forth, leaving my home for a week to accommodate with repairs. I return to a new toilet not installed, a paint job over mold and a plumber throwing a fit because my husband asked him, not to run a hose from my girls bedroom window to the bathroom. The most frustrating part is, a plumber came out in January, canceled because he wasn't properly equipped to do the job required. He did however explain the problem: there's no vent, on this side of the house for the bathroom. Something to that affect, he wrote it out in the notes, and it was ignored. I'm done, I think I have been more than patient. I want out of my lease, and compensation for moving. No more plumbers in and out, no more burping in the tub and sink from the toilet. I am a homebody, and I love to create a warm cozy space, I can't do that with sewage smell coming from the bathroom every few weeks, kids sleeping in the living area because of mold in the closet. I cant take a relaxing bath, fearing the possibility of sewage making its debut. Its just a lot, and I value my peace. This has been very stressful, as you know it never clogs completely during the week, always on the weekend, and drag through Sunday. If you place value on your peace, and like me; enjoy creating a cozy retreat from the outside world. Do your research, this may not be the place for you..

Turns out, a bird flew in through the vent and then got stuck and destroyed my dryer. That was $250. It got stuck because the exhaust vent is over 30 foot long. That is something that Tricon should've fixed long ago. We have had to have this dryer vent sucked out at least once every nine months since we have lived here. We have lived here for six years. 2. Tricon scheduled to come fix it and then rescheduled. That's one day off work. So the equivalent of $400 or 1 day of PTO burned on my part. 3. Tricon tech comes out and stayed 4 minutes before telling me they can't work over 6 feet above the ground. What do you mean?... it's your house. How do you not know that the dryer vent is over 6 feet in the air? That's another $400 and another day of PTO burned, for me. 4. Outside vendor gets assigned and comes out 3 days later. Outside vendor takes pictures, stays for 10 minutes and says that they have to get the work approved or they don't get paid. That's another $400 and yet another day of PTO burned, for me. Did I mention I only get 10 days of PTO a year?... that's almost half wasted on Tricon's nonsense SOP's!! 5. I have to go to the laundromat to do my laundry because even though my dryer is fixed, I can't run it for fear of setting the house on fire! You would think that would be an emergency when it is a fire hazard. That's $25 a visit, with all of my laundry. 6. Now they are saying that the quote from the outside vendor is under review for approval and I probably won't hear back until Monday afternoon. So I am looking at another $400 and another day of PTO that I have to burn for ridiculous, outdated, arbitrary, just plain stupidity SOP's and lack of customer service. I've spent over 3 hours on hold with Tricon with this issue. It's cost me over $2,000 with either PTO days that should have been mine, maintenance repairs of my own appliances, and laundromat fees. And NOW I have to wait for the outside vendor to come and finally fix the issue.

Well, what to say about Jackie Anderson as our real estate agent. IT DON'T GET ANY BETTER!!!!!!…read moreWe've now sold and purchased multiple homes with Jackie and she is simply AMAZING!!! She listens intently to what you are looking for in your home and then goes about finding that perfect home for you. And does she deliver!!!! We have found our forever home because Jackie is relentless in finding that perfect home and doing everything she can to get you into that home. Our new home hit every "want" on our list and within budget. From recommending great mortgage brokers to fit your specific needs to recommending the most thorough home inspector on the market, Jackie will get the job done. And when it came time to find contractors to help us do some upgrades to the new home, I reached out to Jackie and she had all of the connections. She saved us a TON of money!!! Jackie is just as attentive and AWESOME when it came to selling our home. She was in regular contact with the buyer's agent and constantly kept us in the loop. When there was a couple issues that showed up in the buyer's inspection, she recommended the most affordable, timely, (did I say affordable?) and flat out likeable plumber I've ever used. He fixed the problem in no time, came out on an evening but didn't charge "evening" prices, and saved us a ton of money. The HVAC guy was even better. He came out and fixed the problem for 1/2 the price of all other quotes. This HVAC guy was super cool as well and went above and beyond. When I wanted to upgrade the heater in the new house's workshop, you know who I called. Once again, he was amazing. And to think, I would have never met this dude without Jackie. On both the selling and buying of our homes, we had problems with the other agents. But Jackie handle ALL of that for us. There are agents out there with zero scruples and we ran into those issues, believe me. But not Jackie, her ethical standards are the highest I have ever encountered, not just in real estate, but in business. She is always honest and truthful, will shoot straight with you without being condescending. She truly works for you as your agent. She took the hits for us and fought for us beyond what ever could be expected. We truly love Jackie and consider her now a friend, not just our agent!!! Let me just say it this way, JACKIE WAS SENT FROM HEAVEN ITSELF. She's an Angel agent and you're crazy if you go with anyone else. Yes, there's a ton of good agents out there but there's only one Jackie Anderson. She'll get the job done and treat you with respect, kindness and incredible professionalism. And not matter how much you bug her with the smallest of questions, she is always responsive and always acts like it's no big deal. I know I HAD to be annoying at times but she never once acted like it. We don't ever plan to move again but if we do, we're calling Jackie. YOU BETTER CALL JACKIE TOO IF YOU WANT YOUR DREAM HOME or if you NEED TO SELL YOUR HOME. If you want it straight from me, I give Jackie permission to give out my cell number to anyone that wants the BEST AGENT ON THIS SIDE OF ETERNITY!!!!! Yes, seriously, reach out to me. I'll tell you to hire Jackie on the phone, in a text, in an email, in Morse code, using the NATO alphabet, I'll plane write it or even send smoke signals. The message will be the same....HIRE JACKIE ANDERSON AS YOUR AGENT!!!!!!!!!! YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!!!!
