The crew at The Collision Company provide top notch work and best-in-industry customer service. I brought my car here after it was hit in a parking lot. Bryan took care of all the back and forth with her insurance, and advocated for me when the adjuster attempted to nickel and dime the repair. On top of that, my vehicle had been resprayed a custom color under the previous owner, the crew was able to blend and match the paint on the new bumper to the existing fenders with no paint code to reference, which is almost unheard of when you're talking about matching a plastic panel to a metal panel. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't take the car home with me right after it was completed. Bryan was completely understanding and allowed the car to stay parked there for a number of weeks. I have a partial wrap on the hood of my pearl white MS, and after 48,000 miles the car is in excellent condition except for two half inch scratches just above the XPEL wrap. Before I replace my partial wrap I decided to see if I could get these two scratches fixed. My wife went to The Collision Company in Roswell to get an estimate. Josh had one of the guys on the floor look at it and in just a few minutes sanded and buffed the scratch out completely! There was no hard sell to repaint the entire hood like I received at another repair shop. Josh and team just wanted to provide the highest quality service possible and leave a customer satisfied. New to the state of Georgia, I got my GA plates, but when I went to take off my Ohio plates, the bolts were rusted on, and I was not able to even get my OH plate off, much less get my GA plate on. I discussed this problem with the local VW dealership (Gossett- another great place) and they suggested I go to The Collision Co. to have them take a look at it. Because I work M-F 8-5, I called ahead to see if they could see if an accommodate me by allowing me to come in either before work, after work or on a weekend. I was told that they were not able to arrange that, but that if I came in on lunch someone would be able to provide and estimate in 10 minutes or so. I went in today on lunch, and guess what? We took our son's car to the Collision Company for a body repair. While the car was in their possession, the stereo system which was mounted in the trunk was stolen. They called my son on the day the car was ready for pick up and said they had to go over something with him regarding the car.. They said the stereo was stolen out of the car but there was no damage to the car's body so the car was apparently left unlocked on their lot overnight. The shop supervisor admitted that it was likely an employee (a porter) that moved the car from the garage to the outside lot that intentionally left the car unlocked for the stereo to be taken later. When asked if they had security cameras on the property, they said the cameras do not work and the employees know that. We asked if they had insurance for this and the office manager said the owner wanted to pay for this out of pocket. It was very high-end equipment (@ $4,000) that we put in the car when it was new in 2010. We provided the details to her and she said she would call some stereo shops and get back to us within a day. After two days, we had to call her and she informed us that they decided WE need to claim the loss on OUR insurance and The Collision Company will pay our $250 deductible! This is not a cell phone or laptop that was stolen out of the car...this was hard-wired amplifiers and speakers that were mounted in the trunk! Their employees knew what was in there. If someone stole the engine out of my car while it was in their possession, would my insurance have to cover it? This is why THEY have insurance! Our insurance agent said if we claim this, our rates will likely go up as a result. So Collision Company admits that one of their employees left our car unlocked on their lot resulting in our high-end stereo equipment being stolen, and they feel they should not have to pay? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! read more

We had extensive hail damage on our SUV. I originally took it to a PDR company who indicated to fix it right, we would need to do a combination of PDR and traditional collision repair, and recommend The Collision Company. I worked directly with Tina and was very pleased with her responsiveness and professionalism. Overall, the repairs look great (can't tell it was repaired). What prevented me from giving it an overall A was the fact that I found a handful of defects when I went originally to pick up the car. Tina was with me and quickly took ownership and assured me they would take care of it. While I wish their QA process would have caught this originally, I was pleased how they handled it and would recommend them to others. read more

I have used this shop for years, including both accident damage repair, and restoration of a vehicle that I own. I recently wrecked my Ford F250 pickup fairly extensively, and these guys did a fantastic job on the repair. It took 4 trips in a month to get my VW fixed, because they sent the car to the dealer after they fixed the bumper and then they returned it back to me with all the parts not even placed correctly, you could see the tail light sunk in, the gap on the side and the clips- they did not even inspected how the parts were put back. Then the car key won't work, because they left the keyless receiver disconnected, we were stranded. Then the car was delivered again with a half an inch misalignment, and Tina Landeck insinuated we caused the damage when it was never fixed in the first place. Big disappointment- if you don't have an Audi, Porsche or Bentley, don't bother going there- you Won't be given the benefit of the doubt or getting an apology when they screw it up. They tell you in writing they will help and then "They do not return your emails or calls." do yourself a favor and go to the VW certified classic collision in kennesaw, previous work was done prefectly, it did not take a month of begging to get it done, and they give you the benefit of the doubt. Their reviews in kennesaw are not 4 stars but the service beats the one at this location and they take the car to Jim Ellis that is 100% accountable and customer service oriented compared to Nalley, that fixes one thing and brakes 2 others. read more

that was a nice review from the other post but that's not what this place focuses on - they are a medium to high end car collision & repair (renovation) operations and they do it very well. Unfortunately, I totaled the front end of my 2008 BMW 535i in a collision on 400 one day coming home from work...I ran into the back of a GMC Yukon with the steel hitch crushing in my front end. My insurance company (Amica) recommended this company to do the repair work (one of their preferred repair shops in the area in Roswell). I'm glad that it ended up in their hands. The damage was about $20,000+ worth and they had to order the original OEM parts from BMW to rebuild the front half of the car. 4 weeks later (a little later than projected) - I got my car back and it looked absolutely perfect (no sign of any damage). I've had no problems with the car since. What they do is a work of art (high craftsmanship)...not just a car repair place. They take extreme ownership of putting your car back together and they do it very well. Stephanie who is the general manager also personally calls you about every other day to give you a status of your car repairs. She was fantastic to deal with - refreshing to meet someone who is so energetic and passionate about her company. She took all the stress off our hands and worked with the national package delivery company's insurance company to settle the insurance claim for the damage done to my friend's 2003 Toyota Camry.
